Ok, full disclosure. I don't speak dog, but the way my groomed gorgeous chihuahua kissed me when we got home was proof to me she loved it. For me, seeing her the way I imagined, was priceless. Place is a gem, and the owner, Tammy, well what can I say, find out for yourself. BTW, This was my 1st visit, and certainly not my last. Pebbles has a new BFF.

My dog Buddha’s haircut is always cut exactly how we described it on our first visit. The staff is friendly. The prices are also reasonable. The place has two added gates for your dogs protection. That’s a super plus for me. I’ve literally watched my dog jump a gate at a salon.My dog bodhi is a rescue so he can be very dramatic. They never complain about it.

Copper loves coming here to be groomed. He’s been coming since I got him. He’s a 9 month old medium to standard goldendoodle and they do an amazing job! I always get compliments on his cut. 100% recommend coming here for grooming. Pricing is very fair, cash only or Venmo but they have an ATM in their shop. Never had an issue.

I continue to be pleased with this groomer. Dogs love them, and they are always friendly. Bonus for the long lasting scent. In 3 weeks, my pups will still smell great.

I’ll start off by saying I have never written a negative review in my life.I brought my dog (mini Goldendoodle) in after reading some positive reviews online. I will admit that he was matted as we just moved and had a baby so unfortunately grooming got put on the back burner in all the chaos. I packed up the baby after getting the “he’s ready text”, picked him up- paid $100 and when I got home- noticed BOTH sides of his ears were cut and bleeding. Yes I have photos that I will attach.Now, I am a very non confrontational and patient person so I called just to express my concern and was brushed off “oh I didn’t notice. I’m not sure how that happened.”NOT THE POINT. I should have been told when I picked him up. Period. I can understand accidents happening but being blown off after my dog was hurt is absolutely ridiculous. AND if you truly didn’t notice the bleeding cuts on my WHITE dogs ears then when I called you should have been apologetic and oh I don’t know ???? GAVE A REFUND or atleast a discount?So there it is- my review on “De la Pooch”. Hopefully none of you have this experience because you pick somewhere else to take your sweet puppies.

de la pooch is always wonderful - we have been taking our golden retriever, gemma, there for years and she always comes out looking perfect, and soft as can be. everyone is so sweet and professional, and ive always felt good leaving her in their care. i love how they de-shed her so thoroughly, and clean up her paws and belly and tail, leaving her so soft she feels like a puppy. theres nowhere else id rather take her!

This was my 1st grooming appt. at this facility.I was unaware of the cash only or Venmo( I don't even know what that is) and was charged an additional $3.50 from the ATM in shop and another bank charge of $ 1.50 from my bank. I prefer to use credit card, don't like carrying cash.My dog looked fine but the smell of the shampoo was awful and I had to wash him again after our return home .

Very impressed and definitely recommend. I've been struggling to find a good groomer since moving to the area and this was my 4th try. Admittedly, I have high standards for my furbabies. So glad I found this place!! It's clean, comfortable, reasonable, flexible hours, and my pups were not stressed when I picked them up. I love that they were together in a playpen and not in those horrible stacked cages. Give this place a try!

We brought our four month old shih tzu, Goose, to De La Pooch today for his first grooming session. Goose had a blast socializing with the other dogs and with the staff. The De La Pooch groomers are so sweet, loving, fully understands the needs of our new puppy, and I fully trust them with our dogs. We will be life long customers. Thanks Tammy and Team!!!

I was NOT pleased with the service. I read the reviews and I thought it was going to be a good idea. According to other customers the lady is a “dog whisper” but that was not the case. Kamila is a very friendly puppy and it was the first time I saw her uncomfortable and stressed. While the price is very reasonable I would not go back due to the poop costumer service I received.

Today my Silkie Terrier was taken to DE LA POOCH to be GROOMED. The job they did was the SORRIEST JOB I HAVE EVER SEEN, BAR NONE. I HAVE TAKEN MY DOGS TO GROOMERS FOR YEARS, AND NEEDLESS TO SAY, I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING TO TOP THIS. IF YOU CARE ANYTHING ABOUT YOUR PETS, YOU SHOULD THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING TO HAVE YOUR DOG CHOOPED UP THERE. THEY SAID MY DAUGHTER, WHO TOOK HIM IN, SUGGESTED THAT HE BE CUT THIS WAY. I THINK NOT. I would think twice before going to have my animals groomed here, if you care anything at all about your pets.

I took my 7 month old Poochin for a bath and cut. She looks great and I felt very comfortable leaving her with Tammy. She is very caring and I felt she immediately bonded with my puppy. We will definitely be back.

This was my first time are De Lá Pooch and it was an amazing experience! Workers are very friendly and welcoming. My puppy looks amazing and you can tell he had an overall great time while he was there :)

The staff was nice when I came in and I was politely informed my Labradoodle was matted and would either need de-matted or shaved. I chose demat for $225 (OMG) but let her know if the dog was upset or not tolerating the demat to go ahead and shave him. When I picked him up 6 hours later I found he had been dematted but then shaved short--not cut. Why put them thru demat if you were going to shave them an inch or so long????? I was obviously upset but said nothing---this was 5 days ago and today is the first day my dog has been his normal self--he has been very skittish and hesistant when you reach out to pet him. He has NEVER acted this way before---I only wonder what really happened during those 6 hours... See Before and After below.

This was our first visit and it was great. Everyone was so nice & helpful. They made sure what we wanted done and paid attention to all we said. Our Sammie is 12 years old and they did a beautiful job with her. We really liked that she could roam around with the other dogs. It was a wonderful environment both for Sammie and us. With my health issues, I hadn’t been able to keep up with Lily’s grooming, my aging Golden Retriever. Her haunches looked like a sheep needing shearing. When we arrived the friendly calmness of the owner set me at ease. In only a few hours, I returned and was greeted by a happy, beautifully groomed puppy. Really outstanding!

First time for grooming for my standard poodle! What an amazing job they did! My girl knows she looks and feels fantastic! Initially, she was afraid to be there due to her first visit, but CC, one of the groomers, took my girl and me on a tour and CC pet and and talked to my pup until she was acclimated to the environment and staff. They were loving, took care of my dog, cleaned and groomed her to perfection! We will definitely be back! Next appointments were already booked for all 3 of my furbabies. Thank you to all the staff there for your welcoming kindness and great work! My dog is still smiling and runs around like she's a queen!

Had a wonderful experience in September and will be returning. First time our puppy was groomed and they were terrific! Returned today for our second puppy cut and they are excellent. She told me that our pup was dealing with possible ear infections and we saw the vet immediately and she was put on antibiotics for both ears. So thankful for excellent groomers ! We brought Winnie for her third haircut today and they have her looking "GEORGEOUS " ! They are wonderful with our fur baby and we highly recommend them if your looking for a groomer.
