If I could give it a worse rating I would. Just want people to be aware of how you’ll be treated. I just got off work, and stopped in with my mother so she could buy herself pants. I was walking through the store looking for the “skirt” aisle for myself, and GRACE stopped me and accusingly asked if I needed help with something. I politely told her no, a bit shocked at how she approached me. She then stopped in her tracks and stared me down as if I was stealing!! I was walking down the middle isle reading the signs!!! She continued staring me down until I walked back to my mother and loudly said I wanted to leave. Disgusting woman, she should be ashamed. As I was waiting in line with my mother to pay, she called for her manager and accused another young blonde girl who just walked out the door of stealing. Horrible horrible employee. Employees shouldn’t be given a pass to treat customers this way. Will never return.

The “manager” working on 1/30/2024 needs a course in customer service for sure. She was extremely rude and argumentative, not only to my family and I but, also to the customer ahead of us asking questions. Will never be shopping here again because of her attitude.

Dirty. Cluttered. To top it off they do not have enough people working registers so taker forever to check out. A perk was having a cashier pull me out of line, to have me stand in a separate line, just so she could help the person behind me…… ????PS - be prepared to sit in the parking lot to watch a bunch of 80 year olds trying to figure out how to get out of a parking lot.

Great place for clothing, home accessories and pet supplies. Prices are reasonable and it does not give the feeling of a yard sale. It is clean and well organized. The staff was friendly and courteous.

The store product was fine;however, the manager was incredibly rude. I tried on 2 swim suits and decided to purchase both. I did not realize that the bottom from one of the suits did not go with it as it was on the same hangar. The manager proceeded to insinuate that I may have swapped them out for better fitting ones, which was untrue. I didn't even know they were improperly paired. She had rung the mismatched suit up when I advised her that I had not not realized they were mismatched nor had I swapped the bottom out. She then decided she wouldn't sell it to me nor locate the correct bottom because the line that I had just finished waiting in was too long. I have never encountered such a rude manager nor will I ever return to Bealls.

Six people in line. One cashier walked away. One cashier remaining. There is management hanging up clothes. Sure the stuff is cheap - decent quality but why do I have to wait 20 minutes because nobody wants to play cashier? That their job isn’t it?

I was Bealls Outlet for the first time today. As soon as I walked through the door, Grace greated me with such a sincere hello. I found what I had been looking for all day at the other outlets at Bealls and a little more. At check-out Grace was again so pleasant. She offered to enroll me in the rewards program as she bagged my things. Grace noticed that one of items she rang had a little damage. The slight imperfection was fine by my standards. When i expressed that to Grace, she smiled and offered to leave the counter to personally find me a perfect match. I think Grace and I will see each other frequently. I want to acknowledge her today to you. Grace is great!

The short haired older lady with an accent that works the register is either in need of a vacation or is need of a job change. She is neither friendly,helpful, courteous or any of the other customer service skills set one should have when in the customer service field. Just sayin.

Bealls has a great selection of linens, household items, small furniture, bathroom decor, makeup, grooming items, unusual snacks, jewelry and clothing. I found 6 pairs of summer shorts for about $50.00. Returns are easy & fast. The only complaint I have is that their selection of summer spaghetti strap tops is limited.

Love this store! Their selection is by far, better than Marshall's, which I made the mistake of going to first! Found the exact types of dresses that I went looking for and more! Everything nicely priced! Have never been disappointed at Bealls!
