This is a UPS store and a Pharmacy ..I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Hannah ☺️Beautiful smile 😊 she was all smiles!!Customer service and her presence was very welcoming..She was doing both training in pharmacy and check out with UPS Customer..And Didn’t mess a beat👍..I really like Good customer service..

Always exceptional service and great attitudes. Ms. Patel and Hannah are never too busy to make me feel welcome and that I am a priority! The UPS store is convenient and always a pleasant, helpful experience. A refreshing relief to the big box pharmacies. 👍🙂Update: I use this pharmacy and the UPS store regularly. I had a pharmacy pick up today and the level of client service by Ms Patel and Hannah are wonderful. The store was busy and yet they filled my prescription quickly!!! Again, not seen in the big pharmacies!!! Thanks to them both.

I take a certain medicine that pharmacy frown up on filling , Suboxone. As soon as I said the medication they immediately said oh we don't carry that until I told them I had six other medications I feel then they were willing to take my scripts. Needless to say I went on the plane a different pharmacy

Best pharmacy! Super kind and helpful staff. So accommodating! They hadn't filled my script yet when I stopped by to see if it was ready and they literally stopped what they were doing to fill it even when I said it wasnt a big deal and I could always pick it up later. Also, I was having an issue with my Dr sending in the script and had to contact the pharmacy quiet a few times in a short timeframe and they were always polite and never acted annoyed or anything. I just couldn't be more pleased with the care, attention and basically everything this pharmacy provides

Best pharmacy !!! The staff is awesome they are so helpful and kind. Previously I went to Publix and Bradenton hometown. If I would call they would always be in a hurry and act as though I was inconveniencing them. I would be rushed off the phone before I was even finished asking question. Bayshore pharmacy is a totally different experience they are always helpful and patient when you call. Never rush you off the phone. When you go to pick up prescription they always greet you. You can tell they are a sincerely caring staff. I would recommend them to everyone with a pharmacy or without. I guarantee you will have a better experience here then wherever you currently go. Bayshore pharmacy is by far the best… 💊 😊

The worst pharmacy in Bradenton. They added a pill to my dad's medicine that he has never taken, he is having a lot of medical issues because of that. They delivered to wrong dose of medicine to me and had me within hours of going to the hospital. WORSE PHARMACY IN BRADENTON. Had all my medicine transferred to another pharmacy.

All I can say is in alll my years of taking all kinds of medicines at every other pharmacy in manatee county, The only way I would leave Soni and her Staff is if they closed the doors. I have never felt so welcomed at a pharmacy before in my life. They all go way above and beyond any expectations of any other pharmacy . Explains all your meds so u can understand everything no matter how busy she is... Nothing but love for Bayshore Pharmacy for many more years to come. Thank you Soni and staff.
