I visited Wagner Realty and followed up on the phone SEVERAL times regarding booking a long-term rental next year. Each time, I was told someone would get back to me. That was 5 weeks ago and still no contact. There is no way I would ever use this company and would not recommend themEXCUSE ME ????? FIRST of all, I do not have TWO cats. Therefore I would NEVER represent that I have TWO. SECONDLY, when I contacted your office by phone on day one just to inquire if you managed ANY properties at One Particular Harbour I was told you managed 20 units and would get back to me. Since I was on the Island a few days later and had not heard from anyone at your agency I decided to stop and personally renew my inquiry. I was told at that time (again) that properties were available for the dates I had requested but you would have to verify with the owner(s) that my ONE cat would not be a problem. Once again,WEEKS went by without ANY RESPONSE.Once I returned home (another WEEK later) I contacted you AGAIN and was AGAIN told you were waiting for an answer regarding my ONE cat.NO ONE AT YOUR AGENCY EVER CONTACTED ME!!!!And today I read your response to my negative review which contains NOTHING BUT LIES!This is further reason to NEVER recommend your office.

This wonderful condo will make your vacation on AMI absolutely perfect! With its close proximity to one of the best stretches of beach, you’ll enjoy a spectacular sunset every night without ever leaving the property! There has been so much thought put into every detail of this place! From the comfortable beds, the very well stock kitchen, and the beautiful furnishings, we never wanted our vacation to end! We will definitely be back to AMI and stay here again!

We have been returning to 3 pines for 27 years. It has been updated, clean, beautiful and Wagner Realty has been wonderful when things go wrong. Sit on the porch with coffee in your hand, feet in the sand. Best feature is no stairs for us older folks! Everything you could imagine, just like home. Laundry in house, pots and pans, internet, hair dryer... and the view for sunset right out of your living room.

I would like to express that the check in process is terrible!!You can't check in until 4pm which is ridiculous and when you have a question regarding the check in process you have to talk to an answering service and they are completely clueless. I spoke to the answering service several times before they would help me get into the lock box for the keys to the Condo.For the money you are spending to rent the properties on Anna Maria Island, you would think that Wagner Realty would stay open until all guests have checked in or provide clients to a key pad code system for easy access.We will NOT be renting from Wagner Realty ever again.I have a party of 60 people coming in June of 2024 and they just lost our business.

We were very dismayed to find our rental property was not ready for us..... it was not clean (many ants and dirty in places, including the toilet) but the agent at the office readily apologized and found us another unit immediately, which we so appreciated. We then enjoyed our stay very much.

I want to thank Wagner Realty for being so accommodating in our trip. Our original place to stay was damaged during Hurricane Ian. So, we were left with not knowing if e we were going to have a trip or not. I reached out to Wagner Realty and they were so helpful. We didn’t know if we would have a car since we were flying into Punta Gorda and Lucky Schmidt went over and advice by providing us with several options. As far as our condo, it is beautiful and very clean. Views are amazing. Whenever I had a question, it was answered promptly. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful vacation into a very enjoyable one!

This condo was great for 4 of us. A very comfy king bed and two twins in the other bedroom. The kitchen was stocked with all sorts of utensils and cooking supplies. The living area was beautiful and very comfortable. The pool was great. Wonderful time with great weather
