We had just a one night visit here in January (before we could get into our condo the next day). I was pleasantly surprised overall. Kathy checking us in is wonderful, and the two gentlemen staffing the parking area were great as well. Our room was properly cleaned and easy to access. It was quite roomy - larger than I expected. We had easy access to the pool, and the beach is a short walk. This property is located on Bridge St, which can be a bit busy at times. But our room was very quiet - so no issues with noise. I think it is likely that we will return for longer visits in the future

Love this place. Can't wait to return. Staff go over and above. Can't beat the location.Rooms: Clean, well laid out, comfy beds, crisp sheetsNearby activities: Right across the street from the beach. Down the block from the pier and all water activities, rentals, tours, etc.Safety: Security on site 24/7. No issues. Always felt very safe walking around.Walkability: Great walkability to everything. Restaurants everywhere. Circle K next door. Across the street from the beach. Free island shuttle stops right in front.Food & drinks: "Island time" on property. Great food, fun atmosphere, nightly live entertainment.

Wow! We usually stay at their sister property, Silver Surf, but this was our first time staying at Bridgewalk and won’t be the last!! To start, the room we stayed in was MASSIVE! 850 sq ft plus a huge, screened in porch! Even the bathroom was exceptionally spacious, which is helpful when your whole family needs to get ready at the same time. The location is amazing! So convenient being right on bridge street. It’s wonderful not having to stress about parking, when you’re a guest here. (The parking attendants are friendly and helpful!) Speaking of awesome workers, everyone working in the office truly makes you feel welcomed and appreciated every time you step foot in there. Julie, Angela, Kat, Kathy, Etc. We adore them all and always look forward to seeing their smiling faces! :) Hoping to make it back for another stay in the near future!

We really enjoyed our time staying at BridgeWalk. We got to listen to the live music next door at Island Time while sitting on our patio, but when we went inside and closed the sliding glass doors you couldn't hear it. They decorated our bed for our 5 year anniversary that we were there to celebrate. Parking attendant was super friendly when we checked in. Everyone was nice! This hotel is in a great location too being on Bridge St. and right across from the beach. Your view isn't oceanfront, but we had fun watching people walk up and down the main street from our patio. The rooms are very basic but have everything you need. Because it's not a luxury hotel the prices are really affordable. We are so glad we found this place and would stay there again. :) We appreciate everyone's kindness and ability to make it a special time!

Definitely 5 stars! The staff was so nice and helpful (Special shout out to Kathy at reception- she was terrific)! Even having the smallest room at the hotel, it felt plenty spacious, with a large bathroom and walk in shower, comfortable beds, and plenty of space to store luggage and items. Superb location near shops, restaurants and activities, and near the free trolley stops. I can't wait to go back!

This was a great location right on bridgewalk. We had a king room which was plenty room enough for my family of 4. The balcony was very specious and screened in which was a added bonus with a full wall sliding glass door. Every staff member we ran into from front desk to parking attendant was very nice and accommodating. They even offered to help carry our groceries upstairs for us. I cannot say enough great things about this place. Thanks for making our vacation a wonderful experience!

From the moment we arrived we loved this place, Cathy was a gem in the office! Rooms very spacious beds comfortable bathroom was huge, suited our family of four perfectly loved the balcony over looking bridge street was great to sit and watch the world go by and to admire the beautiful Christmas tree and decorations! My only regret is that we only stayed 3 nights! Wish we stayed longer the location was just the best, cute shops and restaurants definitely the most chilled place we stayed whilst touring Florida, Didn’t use the pool as super close to the beach! Honestly don’t hesitate get your stay here booked! Wish we lived closer!

Park the car for the weekend and walk the strip where there are many shops, restaurants and bars. Live music that you can hear from the pool. All the rooms have beach chairs and towels and the beach is right across the street.Walkability: Right on the downtown stripFood & drinks: Several bars and restaurants on the strip

We stayed in the Queen Palm Building and we loved it! A nice screened in porch, room with two beds one of the beds being a Murphy bed, huge bathroom, huge shower, and huge walk-in closet. You can get as many beach chairs as you need from down by the lobby, there are also beach umbrellas to grab. If the beach isn’t your thing, pool is small but so relaxing and has nice shaded options. The parking was easy and the attendant was so friendly. Would definitely stay here again

Stayed for four nights over Thanksgiving - loved our unit (Royal Palm Studio with the full kitchen), it was large, comfortable and was nice to sit out on the patio. The sliding doors blocked out all of the noise from the street as well. Megan was super nice at the front desk, and the proximity to the beach was excellent. We would definitely stay again

Place is beautiful but parking is very limited!Limited where u can get towed at 12am if you're not in your designated spot and u only get 1 parking ticket per guest room.They're a low staffed which is why my room floor were filthy but I got in early so they try to get my room on time for check in. I really appreciate that!There's restaurants and bars around , beach is a short walking distance and it's walkable to get around. Just park and start your vacation.

We had a much needed and wonderful stay at Beidgewalk for our anniversary. Everyone that worked there was so helpful, kind and welcoming. From the second we got there until we checked out we had a great experience. Kathy at the front desk was wonderful and Eric who guided parking was also helpful. I was unsure about staying in a hotel during Phase 1 of the state reopening but they went out of their way to make sure everything was sanitized and that we felt safe and comfortable. We will be back!

The room was very clean & big. The staff was very friendly & great location. Pool location not the best & very small. We stayed 7 nights & first 5 were very peaceful. The last 2 nights though-mainly the last night people were very loud below us until 12:30am. Very young kids were running around screaming & hollering. Parents talking loud & laughing. We had to get up at 3am to get flight out & i honestly did not get any sleep at all. Made the flight back miserable & got home exhausted.

We have stayed here several times.Rooms were great with super balconies overlooking the street. Easy walking distance to some great restaurants.Parking seems limited but is expertly managed.You will enjoy your stay!

We stayed in the Royal Palm 2 bedroom condo/ townhome. Very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed and more. We arrived 2 hours before check in and let us check into our rooms early. When I mentioned it was my wife's birthday the following day they surprised her with balloons and gifts! The staff was very friendly. Everything to do is only steps away even the beautiful beaches. Great bar/pub right next door. The island time bar and grill. We will definitely be back!
