We have been regular customers for the last three years, and are seriously unhappy with their services. If I could leave a blank rating I would. Our schnauzer mix has been butchered for the second time. The first cut was back in November. We usually ask for a modified traditional cut, and received him with hair so short and close to his body, and incomplete sanitary area cleanup, and razor track marks in his belly fur. He was left so short on the belly you could see his skin. The groomer was not in a rush, so I'm really wondering why this quality of cut was even allowed to be paid for (We go for the full groom, nail trim). The management told me he had to be fixed by the same groomer, and there are no refunds. I took him back in to tidy up and finish the sanitary areas. There was literally nothing to be done for the body/face/legs/tail outside of shave him naked. Fast forward four months to last week, we took our dog in- because his fur was finally grown in enough to get a proper cut (and no sign of the chop job back in November). My husband brought a picture, which was completely ignored, and we received our poor dog in the same condition as November.There isn't even enough hair to "fix" to be happy with the cut. No refunds, partial or otherwise (those aren't even an option), or additional services could keep our business. That's all you'll be offered for an unfixable cut. Look elsewhere for grooming. Pictures included are from 11/14/23 and his cut last week March 24th.

After searching and using different dog grooming to satisfy what I am looking for, finally found Woof Gang dog grooming who are excellent in grooming my Bella!!! Not only that, but when I mention to Bella let’s go and get you groomed, she is so happy and she can’t wait to get into the car. She gets so excited!!! She use to be so afraid when she knows she is going for grooming, but not now anymore, and thanks to Woof Gang, for making her visits much easier. They do such an excellent job in their grooming!!! What I love the most also, is that they call me 20 minutes before she is groomed for me to pick her up. She is not caged at all. Takes them one and half hour for grooming!!! Finally Bella and I found a perfect place for her grooming!!! Excellent in everything they do, especially it’s such a clean place!! Love, Bella and I. 🐾🐾❤️❤️

I have been seeing Fabi for years and she does an outstanding job on my 2 service dogs: Stanley Bernard and Priscilla Sapphire. I travel from Orlando to see her in Boynton Beach as I have had many groomers in my lifetime and honestly can say, she is the very best!!! I am a former Ms. Florida and my dogs travel with me for events, speaking engagements and volunteering. Fabi is caring, passionate and very patient. My babies are very playful. When my babies come to see, Fabi, I know they are safe and they love her. I also love where she is working at the Woof Gang Bakery as they have so many outstanding products and always get my cookies. My babies love the pink bag as I get a supply of cookies to bring back home. I would recommend Fabi to anyone looking for someone who cares and goes above and beyond. ALL PAYING CUSTOMERS BEWARE - I recently had an unfortunate experience with Woof Gang Bakery, a dog grooming establishment where my pet, a 32-pound medium-sized dog, has been groomed regularly for over a year. When I noticed that they consistently overcharged me for each visit by categorizing my dog as a large breed instead of a medium one. This overcharge, which amounted to $10 per visit, added up to a substantial amount over the course of more than 20 visits.Despite bringing this issue to the attention of the manager, Felipe, the response I received was incredibly disappointing. Felipe acknowledged the overcharging but claimed there was nothing he could do about it. While he admitted their mistake, he refused to issue a refund for the overpaid amount or even offer a credit towards future services. I wasn't seeking a cash refund; I merely requested a credit for the excess amount I had paid.What was particularly disheartening was Felipe's explanation for his inability to rectify the situation. He informed me that he had consulted with the owner, who declined to provide any resolution beyond a mere $20 spa credit. This response left me baffled and unsatisfied, as it seemed unreasonable that Woof Gang Bakery would not take responsibility for their own admitted error.My experience at Woof Gang Bakery was marred not only by the overcharging but also by the complete lack of customer service. It is deeply disappointing to encounter such rudeness and indifference, especially when the establishment admitted their wrongdoing. As a loyal customer who frequented their services every two weeks, spending upwards of $250 per month, I expected a more accommodating and customer-centric approach.I feel compelled to share my experience as a word of caution to potential customers. Be wary of Woof Gang Bakery's practices, as they seem to prioritize their profits over their customers' satisfaction. It is regrettable that they are unwilling to make amends for their admitted errors and offer fair compensation for their overcharging.I hope that my review serves as a warning to others who may consider patronizing Woof Gang Bakery. My intention is not to seek a refund but to ensure that others are aware of the disappointing service and lack of accountability I encountered. My wife and I have a toy poodle, and have used Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming for her grooming every month for 5 years, and today was the absolute last time we will ever go there. This store recently changed hands, and the groomer we have been using for the last 5 years left when the new owners took over. While losing the groomer was disappointing, that was fine, people move on. However, we always have 5 months of appointments scheduled, and last month the day before our appointment a staff member called and said our groomer had left and they couldn’t groom our pet at her normal 8:30 am appointment, but they could groom her the following week with another groomer at 1:30. Without another option, I said yes. We had our appointment, and while the grooming wasn’t quite the same, it was ok for the first time with a new groomer. I then asked about the next 4 previously scheduled appointments through March. I was told we didn’t have any future appointments scheduled. No explanation given, just no additional appointments on their calendar. Again, without another immediate option I asked to schedule another 8am appointment 4 weeks from Nov. 8th, and that appointment was today, Dec 9th, and the last straw. It started with the groomer being late, in addition to being a different groomer than the one we had the prior month. It ended when today’s groomer, and I am being generous with that term, delivering our dog to us with the absolute worst haircut she has ever had. She was practically shaved down to her skin. We don’t ask for a fancy poodle cut. We want her to have a clean face and feet, and a puppy cut over the rest of her body. Today’s “groomer” shouldn’t be allowed to cut a mop let alone anyone’s dog. In my opinion the groomer we had today is completely incompetent. Not only did she practically shave the dog’s legs and body, unevenly by the way, but she also couldn’t even cut the hair on the top of her head or the hair on her ears evenly. And to add insult to injury, the new owner now charges more for poodles. The only consolation that I have from today’s experience is that our dog’s hair will eventually grow out, and that I will never be going back to Woof Gang. If this new owner is content with hiring incompetent groomers and can’t be bothered with honoring or accommodating their existing clients’ appointments, then I will be more than happy to never set foot in the store again. I will also be very happy to tell everyone I can about my experience and to stay as far away from Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming as possible.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. The new owner lies! She told me I could drop my dog off at 9:00 and pick her up after work, at 2:30. I did that once and the groomer, Lisa, did a very nice grooming. I was happy and scheduled another appointment. When I dropped the dog off, I was told that they’d call when she was done - I explained that the owner told me I could leave her there until 2:30. They called her and she said no - she said it wasn’t good for the dog!!!! I tried to reach her several times but she’s never actually in the store. Her prices are very high and the young kids who work there are rude - - stay away - - go anywhere else.UPDATE: First, I doubt she was upset as she is a kennel trained dog. However - the fact that it took you 5 months to reply to this review tells a lot about how you do business - Second - why you had a high school girl tell me instead of you calling me to explain what you were thinking is beyond rude and cowardly. My review remains - stay away!

I'm giving 5 stars to our groomer ,Amy. She has been taking care of our shih tzu Mikey, for almost 6 years now. He loves her and really looks forward to going to the groomers. Sorry there is no way for me to post a picture of my beautiful boy, maybe Amy can do that at the shop. Unfortunately I can not give any stars to the business as a whole. Management is terrible and all the happy, friendly people have left.Amy has left this business ,moved away..

This is the only place I'd take my lil guy for grooming. I can't say that I've had any issues with drop-off and/or pick-up. The new owner is on top of her game. She does her best to maintain cleanliness of the store and safety for all the pets. I let Amanda do the grooming for my dog Butters. She always does an excellent job and Butters loves her. Don't take your fur baby anywhere else! Ask for Amanda!!

Amazing experience! Brought my lovely Dog there . I can’t say enough about this establishment! From start to finish HIGH HIGH marks! They could not have been more kind, professional and accommodating! The groomers were angels 👼 👼 👼 VERY VERY HAPPY!!!! It’s not possible to leave a review with zero stars, but if I could, I would. We used Woofgang in Boynton for many years, but our recent experience was horrible for us, yet much worse for our dog. As soon as we got him home, we saw that he could not open his left eye at all. Since our vet was closed, we had to take him to the emergency facility. He was diagnosed with a severe eye inflammation, probably caused by inadequate rinsing after shampooing or a burn from the hot air from the dryer. The cost was over $300. We called Woofgang the next day to tell them what happened. Their response was that since we signed a waiver, they take no responsibility. I fully understand the need for such a waiver, but someone is indeed responsible.By the next morning, we saw that our dog’s butt was red, sore and inflamed. Now we went to our regular vet, who said that since he was just groomed, he was probably clipped too close. Now the cost was $117.We have no reason to alert Woofgang of this other issue since we know their policy, so we can only alert other customers. Someone is responsible for poor grooming, indeed. We are responsible for thinking our dog would be safely and carefully groomed. This is not about money at all. It is about good care of our loving pets.

I brought my long hair llhasso Apso Oliver in for a grooming. I got so lucky with Orleans the groomer. I can say Oliver finally got the perfect cut. He was matted and needed a really short cut. Orleans did such an amazing job. I recommend Orleans as he is now my permanent groomer. All your staff is always so nice and friendly. And we will be trying the dog treats that are for sale next time. They look so good. I have to praise Orleans one more time by saying he is really talented.

Took my dog a couple times there and last time did not cut my dogs hair correct and refused to fix it after trying to bring him back. Would not recommend taking your dog there. Very bad experience and they do not care about the customers at all!!!

I had a horrible experience. I have been going here for 8 years and never had a problem. The groomer I used left and I took a new groomer. I got a phone call from her stating that my dogs legs were matted and could dhr shave them. I said yes but only to the legs. When I went to pick my dog up I was horrible to see that her entire body had been shaved. My beautiful Havanese dog looked like a rat. In addition, the groomer told me that my dog was very anxious and I should get tranquilizers for her before her next grooming. For the next few days my dog cowered in the corner of her crate and was visibly shaking. I called to complain and asked to speak to the owner. I was asked if I wanted to speak to the groomer and I said no. Five minutes later she called me back was very rude and insisted she asked to shave the dog. She denied what she told me and then hung up on me. It took 3 days for the owner to call me back. I am so disappointed and upset with my experience not only with the grooming but the way I was treated

We have been bringing our dog here for a long time, but something has changed over the past several months and we aren’t coming back. The quality of grooming has been hit and miss and they have hit us with surprise fees for our last several visits.They charged us a de-matting fee as our cavapoo had a few small mats in our last visit. To avoid it this time, we made sure we brushed out every mat we could find before we dropped him off. They said there would still be a fee PLUS an additional new charge because “poodle fur is difficult to brush”. So two separate fees for brushing our dog? We’re now expected to pay $85 + the de-mat fee for a 20 lb dog to get groomed.They just called and said he was so matted, they’ll need to shave him completely. This is a dog we brush every week with multiple brushes and use detangling spray. Our vet often comments on how good his coat is. They are just looking for money and the easiest/fastest groom.If you own a poodle/poodle mix stay away from this place. They are friendly but will rip you off.***UPDATE***Took my dog to another groomer and they said there were no mats worth noting.

Brought our Yorkie and Maltese here for haircuts and blah for the 1st time. Store front is immaculate and they are laser focused on customer service support. Erin very nice woman took care of our puppies from beginning to end. This place listens and groomed our pups just as we asked and are happy we gave this place a shot. Love, love, love this place. Took my dog there to get his nails trimmed. He is terrified of getting his nails trimmed, which makes it difficult for the vet, to the point where he has to be sedated. Figured I would give woof gang a try. They were amazing. In less than 10 minutes my dog came out with smooth, trimmed nails. More importantly, he was happy, which makes me happy. I will definitely be going back. Thank you soooooo much.

Very disappointed with the last visit. The worst cut our dog has ever had. Inexperienced groomer was assigned to do this job. The previous groomer Lindsey was excellent but left this place. I asked to be moved to another experienced groomer who knew my breed. Obviously that request was ignored. They lost me as a customer.

Brought my rescue in today for the first time to Woof Gang Bakery to have her nails clipped. Everyone was very nice and they did a great job! Better than bog box stores and better than what I've been able to do at home. Will be back often for return service! I enjoyed their bakery and treats assortment, too!
