We’ve tried other groomers and have to say this grooming salon at PetSmart is the BEST! Super reasonable prices, and the staff is fabulous. Huge shoutout to their groomer, Carley. She listened to what we wanted and delivered well above our expectations. Our dog is the super anxious type and does so well with her – even letting her cut his nails which is something even our vet hasn’t been able to accomplish. Carley rocks the most, highly recommend her!

My girlfriend and I brought our 11 year old dog here for the first time. They CUT his paw and did NOT tell us. When we call to get some info on this simply out of concern for our dog, we get the run around and they want to charge us for their mistake. Don’t bring your animals here. Go get them cut somewhere else. These people don’t care about your family.

I Booked an appointment a week ago came in they started working on my dog and after an hour told me they can’t finish the grooming session and didn’t give me a valid reason why , terrible customer service, a bunch of rude kids work there , never coming back here again, lucky I can’t give 0 stars.
