Let me start off by saying my baby Jake from State Farm always and only came to this location for grooming and we always had a great experience here. Our new baby Calvin had his first grooming and it went very well! All of this was because of Kai! We will only come back to Kai she did an amazing job and did his grooming style EXACTLY how I showed her the picture . Kai is awesome and very sweet. 5+ stars for her! Don’t ever let her go!! Her quality of work shouldn’t go un noticed! Kai you’re amazing!! :)

Horrible grooming experience at the west Boynton Beach Petsmart.I asked for a simple bath and my dog doesn’t look clean his hair looks greasy and dirty I am completely disappointed and dissatisfied with the outcome. He looks dirty It looks like they didn’t do anything at all. Really bad grooming experience!!! I completely regret coming here.

The groomers do an absolutely phenomenal job! Very attentive to the owner and pets needs. Also very convenient that I can grab my dog a treat after each haircut or get him whatever he needs.

I love shopping at this store. It was clean and friendly. However, it’s been twice I bought the 50% off sale items, and on both times, I couldn’t get 50% off. They said it’s mislabeled. It’s very misleading to customers, and it’s not right. I can pay the total price but the principal of you putting mislabeled, and then we have to pay the full price. It isn’t very unpleasant. I don’t think I want to buy anything anymore from this store.

Bella’s first & second trip to Groomer! First was to get comfortable$, 2nd trip very comfortable but since she’s so tiny 2.5lbs, we opted for Express service! Baby Teacup Poodle!

All I have to say is be very careful when checking out. Always look at the prices and double check what you're being charged. They advertise one price and charge another. I had to go back in store twice and ask for a refund on the difference they charged me. This was two separate incidents in the last year.I do have to mention the employees are very nice, understanding, and patient when showing and explaining what happened.

Came to this location today for a new toy for my little puppy. He even came in the store with us for the first time and was shaking LOL we ended up getting one of the hide and burrow toys which helps with instinctual learning and hunting with puppies. Decent parking right outside and to top it off there is a Wawa right next door if you need gas or want a delicious coffee.

Took my dog to get a bath and hair cut. She came out adorable. I also ordered a raincoat on line and they had it ready when I went to pick up my dog. Nice store.

We have been to this PetSmart grooming department for nail trim before and it went well. However our visit recently was not good at all. There was a lot of tension in general in the atmosphere which both humans and dogs sensed. They had a new inexperience groomer who also didn't know the computer system so it just made the entire process more challenging as he was given tasks that he was not adequately trained to do. That was not bad enough but when he was given the task to do our pups nails, he was not competent yet for that task. He struggled to get our dog up on the table. He had not been trained on how to pick up a large 70 lb dog. Then he couldn't get him into the neck stirrup. Our pup was overly stressed, with his tail between his legs about what all was happening. He is a totally compliant pup and doesn't mind grooming or vet visits at all. Then, the young man did a poor job of nail trim/grinding and the process was taking a very long time. Finally other staff was called in to complete the process. I understand it is difficult to find employees, let alone experienced employees. I suggest that in these situations, employers need to work side by side right from the start to make sure the new employee has the training they need before being sent out solo. This young man will learn how to do the job (or not) but in the meantime, pups and family are stressed by untrained workers and I believe the entire grooming atmosphere is affected by the situation.

The grooming department is attentive, caring, and sweet to all the animal clientele. I generally stick with one groomer so my animals get the chance to learn and love their experience. Stephenie B pays attention to the grooming details and professionally makes sure that my animals are not sick / up-to-date on their vaccinations to prevent a healthy atmosphere for ALL pets.The general store staff is extremely knowledgable, making the experience easy when I have random questions or get stuck on making decisions about a new product.I LOVE the PetSmart App and play a cute little game called Treat Trail to earn a % off of my purchases. Download at the very least, you'll be surprised at how competitive it can be to Amazon if you're an avid user/shopper. They reward you very well for loyalty.

This pet store is so well run: they still have little animals like hamsters for the kids & they all look so well taken care of. The cat/kitten adoption has almost always had volunteers there playing/interacting w/ them, & the employees are very helpful. Found a cat tunnel I'd looked all over for but there it was at this store & on sale! Have just coincidently been there when they had a special adoption event & everyone was so nice. A very well run pet store & a nice place to just stop in w/ children or grandchildren as I do!

I sign up for intermedia class and I do not like how the trainer correct the pet parents he is very disrespectful the way he talk with lots of lack of respect to me and my class mates. I do never talk to anyone like that one day some need to embarrass him or punch him in the face when he get in your face.

Amazing service... Stephenie Collins is the best, kindest and most professional groomer that I have ever met l. I recommend her to anyone and everyone because she legit rocks, and treats people like human beings, even when she has a full schedule of dogs and is behind. She's always kind, her dogs are always flawless and I Love her. 🙏💙

Had a great experience with a new associate today. I visited the store to buy a hamster for my daughter today. The sales associate, Michael, was friendly, patient and provided a lot much needed information about the hamster. He said he was fairly new to the store but certainly worked like a pro. I appreciated the amazing customer service that he provided.

I've been to this particular store / grooming salon, many times. They are awesome, professional, quick, super talented and very kind; not to mention knowledgeable and great at what they do. Shauna is a great salon manager. She runs an amazing grooming salon that always seems to go the extra mile for me every time I come in. Stephenie, the bather, is the sweetest, most beautiful person. She is committed to excellence and has gone above and beyond for every single customer that I have seen her serving. I can't wait until she's a groomer because I am certain that she will be excellent at that, as well.The store manager, Keith, has always been kind, welcoming and promptly answered any and every question that I've ever asked him. He has made sure that I, as well as every other customer that I've seen him tending to; was completely satisfied.... All in all, I give this particular salon and store an 11 out of 10 and recommend it for anyone seeking a groomer / pet store. Lastly, they also have some pretty cool stuff super cheap, on clearance.

After having a difficult time looking for camps on a Sunday for my pup I found PetSmart I was happy until they told me “he looks like a bully breed so he can’t play with other dogs” even if I brought his DNA test they only allowed him to play with humans. On top of that, when my brother picked him up and came home the bag with his food, had roaches crawling out of it and onto our granite countertop!! It was disgusting and I do not recommend bringing your pet here. Unsanitary and they do not care about certain breeds apparently.

I do not shop here I get everything offline it is at least 50 to 70% less expensive than going to a store like this, retail prices are so high anymore do not get duped into buying something for $100 from here that you can get from Amazon for 49 bucks or less, shameful

It was my first time in this store. It was clean and neat. It had all the food products my cat eats. What's sad is that because of COVID the shelves were quite empty as we're the fish tanks and small animal cages. It was so bizarre to see things this way. On the bright side, staff was very polite, kind, and helpful and, as I mentioned, the store was very clean, including the ladies' restroom.

I have been talking my cocker spaniel there for over a year.Haircuts every two to three a month.Baths in between.Recently when I scheduled an appointment I was told she was becoming very difficult and they would evaluate her if they would continue to groom her.I would estimate that she was there 50 times.

We just got a rescue dog and are in need of a groomer for him. Booked an appointment for 2:30 pm. Received a call from the store, they had an earlier appointment which I took When checking in the stylist said the service is a 3 to 4 hour drop off. This was not disclosed on the website. I cancelled and am looking for another groomer

This review is for the grooming department. Anna B. is wonderful. She was able to cope gracefully with both a nervous senior dog and a nervous senior owner. My dog was only minimally traumatized, which for him is an upgrade. She got the nails, especially the dew claws, as short as I could want. Gizmo is all set now with his summer "do". Thanks Anna!
