This store was wonderfully stocked and surprisingly cheaper than Petsmart or Amazon. Also an employee, Ashley, was extremely helpful and was willing to let me explain to her the proper care of fish, which she has a passion for, as do myself and she wants to learn which is very rare. If you go, definitely seek her out. Excellent employee and just an all around nice person. She honestly probably deserves a raise.

You don't have to search any further because I know the perfect groomer for your furry friend - Stephanie! I was blown away by how she handled my dog. We purchased a baby bearded dragon along with a Zoo Med 40-gallon terrarium starter kit for about $300 (not including the bearded dragon). Within two weeks the screen had started caving in. We returned to the store, explained to an associate what was happening, and she said that we could return it as long as we had the receipt (which we did) and it was within 30 days of purchase (which it was). Disappointed with the quality, we ordered a new one online for about $500. We returned to the store and had the displeasure of speaking with the manger Amanda for no more than 60 seconds before she told us that we may as well leave because she’s not accepting the return. We ended up speaking to the owner who had settled on a store credit, only to go back on his word once he called corporate and found out that the store credit could be used at other locations.I could never recommend a company that that will lose a customer over $300, let alone have a store manager like Amanda who clearly does not belong in customer service.All of that aside, Nicole (one of the sales associates) who we have dealt with multiple times, has never been anything but helpful, respectful, and very knowledgeable. Maybe consider her for the management position next time.

I've brought my Pops there several times, for grooming. Stephanie takes her time & does a great job. I like that they take one dog at a time. I'm fussy over how I like my boy to l👀k. Great new Pet Store in Boynton. We had our 2nd dogs nails done there today and Stephanie is truly amazing. She was able to get her nails clipped sooo easily. All the staff is great and they all pay attention to your pet every time you go in.P.S. great selection of bakery dig treats

I went in to use the self dog wash station that they had to offer. I thought it was awesome that they had a discount card if you buy a certain amount of washes, so i went ahead and purchased it. The girl that helped me first asked me if she needed to disinfect the wash or if I didn't care... which I thought was odd because all of the stations should be disinfected before each use. I used the station and wasn't too happy with it. So I asked if I could just buy a single wash instead and be refunded the amount of the discount card. The girl said yes. So I went to the counter and she then told me the manager doesn't do refunds for the card and that the info was on the back of the card a purchased... which it was not.. nor was I notified that the cards were nonrefundable. I am completely aware that I should've just purchased a single wash just to try it out first but that was my mistake and I just wanted to swap the amounts. I asked the speak with the manager. I've never wrote a review about a bad experience in my life but this was worth the time to explain. The manager with blonde curly hair, I believe her name was Amanda. She was just so upset that I asked for a swap. I just told her I don't like the experience of the wash.. nothing against the company, nothing against her. She was actually very attentive with getting me towels which I appreciate. But something switched in her head. I've never been spoken to so rudely. She asked why I didn't like my experience and I said I got too wet and the dryers were not powerful enough. Other locations have a higher station to protect the person doing the wash and the dryers are higher powered because I need something a little bit more heavy duty for my doodle which is very hard to dry. That is all. She laughed at me and shook her head as I was explaining. She went on to tell me that Pet Supermarkets dryer would burn my dog.. which they do not. She went into detail about how she hates the higher stations at Pet Supermarket but its not about her and her experience. The information that she was telling me did not matter. She wanted to keep going and going and I just kept saying I appreciate it, I appreciate it. But that wasnt enough. She came up with all the excuses and acted like it was such a hassle for her to swap the money. She also assumed I was asking for a full refund which I was not. I was completely willing to pay the full amount for a single wash. She told me 4 times that she's refunding me because if she didn't I would've given her a hard time and she didn't want to hear it... I only asked 1 time and I wasn't rude about it. Watch the camera footage. I also replied 4 times that I really appreciate it. And she also responded 4 times how shes doing this to be nice and nobody would allow this to ever happen. Why did this have to be such a HUGE deal..? I also apologized because I just truely wasn't happy.. I don't know what they expected of me. Never been treated so horribly.I'd also like to add that my dog almost got choked with the collar that they provide because there was nothing protecting the dog from staying in the station. He fell out and I had to put him back in... othwise he would've been just hanging there like noose. Very unsafe.

Saw a coupon online so decided to go into pet supplies plus earlier today. When I went to check out, the coupon didn’t cover what I intended on purchasing. I was about to leave, until david implied that he could help me look for some different options that the coupon would cover. After going through options david recommended to try out mittens pickings ,the pet supplies brand. So much healthier than the Purina iv been feeding my cats for months! With this, he also told me about the app to get points towards my purchases whenever I would shop with them & he helped bring my cat food to my car! Being in the service industry sometimes you don’t go places because of the product, but for the costumer service you experience! I will be returning regularly! He really is outstanding!

This new store is great, they are well stocked, the store is always clean and they are conveniently located to a lot of neighborhoods which allows quick and easy delivery services. I had a slight issue with an auto-ship order and the manager Amanda was excellent! She assisted me to quickly resolve the problem and kept me updated throughout the process.

Everyone in store were so helpful and friendly, it feels so good to walk in, been acknowledged by everyone and assisted with so much kindness, specially when you are first time pet owner, having not idea of what to buy for your new addition to the family. Amanda, Gerri, Ron, Stephanie, and another gentleman (owner?) were so helpful during my visit advising essentials for my puppy and definitely will come back to the store and let Stephanie take care of the grooming of my puppy.Thank you all.

Recently got a new pup and the staff at our neighborhood pet supplies plus has been so wonderful in helping us get all we need for her. Our little lady also got her first grooming session with their in house groomer, Stephanie, and she was fantastic. She is so gentle and does great work! My kids fell in love with their pup all over again. She looked so cute!

I finally have a reason to go here. We just rescued a doggo from the shelter and remembered this store being built. So finally got to go. Very nice, new, organized and a friendly staff. Joined their rewards program. Was visiting Naples, FL and found one there. Was happy to have a place to go if needed.
