AMAZING STAFF!!! All staff members are extremely knowledgeable and want the best for your pup. My dog is a picky eater and has a sensitive stomach. I’ve been plenty times and each staff member is extremely helpful!! My dog loves loves loves coming into this place. He drags me in there and the staff is always so warm and welcoming to see him which makes his day!! Also the bath section they added I strongly recommend! It is always clean and they offer amazing shampoo that you can feel the difference after!

Pink and purple haired assistant knew everything and had advice too. She was a really good employee. She cared about what she was doing and she esteemed the store and knew her worth and now that's my store.

Nice pet store with some different toys, collars, and things than your normal petco/petsmart. Def worth checking out if you have pets.

Hi, I came to this Pet store to buy something as simple as dog food and found multiple beta fish on the brink of dying and in tiny glass cups with no filter. I asked an Employee why they were in such rough shape and she responded with “ We have a person who takes care of them in the morning and that’s it.” The audacity to work at a place and have beta fish in such rough conditions with their fins and tails deteriorated and some even floating to the top or laying on the bottom of there tiny little glass cage and STILL charge $60.00 bucks for the betas, and to add on top of this these cups were grimy and nasty caked with stuff in the corners. Imagine how many betas fish rot away in these tiny glasses and then thrown away like nothing and replaced this is terrible care of the fish in this pet supermarket and I won’t be returning. Terrible.

This pet shop felt like the original pet stores from 2004, where all of the animals in the cages and stuff were able to be pet, and you could leave with all the accessories needed..They don't have cats and dogs...

Love this store, its always in stock with what I need compared to other locations. Great pet outfits here. The secret is to check the prices online with what your buying to ensure you are getting the best price. Sometimes their price online is cheaper then in store. They will price match them selves and others.

Chewy cancelled my cat tree order with no explanation so I stopped in to my local Pet Super Market where I was promptly greeted at the door by employees Jay and Shannon. They were extremely attentive to my needs and beyond friendly. When I told them of my experience with my cancelled order they offered to help me out with a cat tree instore I selected if I could provide proof of my cancelled order. They honored the price and even offered to load it in my car for me! Excellent service all around!

i bought shrimp here and all of them died within 24 hours. it had nothing to do with my tank because my friend also bought a couple shrimp and they died too. there were a few dead shrimp in the tank with them at the store, i think they must have been sick or something. very disappointing though as they were the only place in the county that had them, i called multiple pet smarts and local aquatic places. maybe this is why.

I used to come here a lot but the last 3 times that i have visited have been super disappointing. I have a Staffordshire terrier, a pitbull pretty much and the last two times I've brought her here i just felt like she was very unwelcomed. I like bringing her to try out toys and recently took her in for a new harness....everyone just stared at my dog like she was a walking disease...tired of the discriminatory behavior that pitbulls get overall but from a pet store is unacceptable

My dog is sick and I almost purchased a product that wouldn't have helped. Nicole educated me on a more reasonable approach and put my dog's welfare before the sale. I still bought his food and favorite treats but her attention was priceless and I love her service.

I am always visiting Pets Supermarket. Basicly, a loyal customer.I would like to complaint that a salesperson name Esther, is very rude to customer. I felt as if I was being accused and attacked. The manager of this place is of no help.I would also like to compliment a person that works there, name Diana. She is always patient and helpful. She should be promoted.

I usually go to this store to pick up what I KNOW that I need, that being said if you're looking to browse anything (huge selection for food/treats/toys/leashes and harnesses) I WOULD NOT recommend them...the employees/team staff are nice enough to say hi when you walk in but will let you wander around and struggling with items and not ask if you need any help or give any recommendations or anything...store was damn near empty..10:30am on Monday

I've been going to this Pet Supermarket for a long time now. It's right across the street and I have 2 dogs, 2 cats and a bunch of fish. Super convenient. It wasn't until TODAY that I had a real urge to put up a great review. Yes, I give the store itself 5 stars, but this review is about Chester. Omg, every time I come in the store, he greets me with a smile, always so helpful and personable - 2 days ago I rescued a pregnant cat and went in this store panicking. Chester was right on top of it and showed me everything I needed - and then he went in the back and got me samples of different foods to see what she liked. He really went above and beyond in helping me, this time especially - but looking back, he always does. All of the employees here are great, but this little bit of extra kindness really brightened my day.

10/10! I bought my ball python (who doesn't have a name yet lol) on Saturday (2/2/19) and I had a wonderful experience! The man who helped me was very nice and extremely helpful!! I'll be back soon to get some more snake stuff 😊

They test ur fishes water for free, they teach you for free, they are awesome knowledgeable, and just straight up honest and nice, I was getting fish from a private petshop that didn't have much knowledge n i kept killing my fishes, and not knowing y watering lots of money but here they have healthy fish and nice people to help you
