They were so friendly and helpful and professional. Helping us get a step in harness for our new 1 year old rescue and find the right kind of treats and dog food. What a find!!! We were so happy with them, I hugged the lady helping us. This is help and service from people who enjoy their job!!!

I have a 5lbs morkie jack 7 years old over the years I notice he needs soft food. Whenever I go into this location I’m always at lost at what to buy the staff is always so helpful. They go as far as to offer samples to try, when I get to check out she always ask for my rewards number. I’m always overwhelmed but the staff always smile and provide guidance. The value your two female offer you cannot put a price on. I’m so thankful for the people you choose to represent your store. I could order online but always choose to go into the store because of the staff and the valuable insight they offer. Thank you Victoria.

Thank you sara for everything! Adopted two kittens a little over a week ago and they are absolutely perfect. Incredibly sociable, easy to care for because they were potty trained, smart great kittens. You can tell they were very well taken care of because they are so sweet and loving and so soon! Sara was very helpful, answered all my questions very patiently, and told me everything I needed to know to properly care for them and give them a good home. She made the adoption easy but kept me informed! Thank you

Staff very willing to help. But its good to do some research on your own, and possibly try different things before just being set on one particular thing. Very happy to exchange anything purchased I store, YES even open food. We need to love our pets - you need a big heart to be able to listen to an animal that is unable to speak. Great place over all.

Found this place after walking out of Robert Fiance Beauty Schools next door. i got my hair done and noticed the pet market. Walked in and bought a few toys for my Maltese. We are on vacation in Delray Beach. I’d recommend everyone here what lovely clean pet store with great service. And good location off federal.

Felt very weird and cold attitude my first time coming here with my child. A group of the female associates at the front talking friendly with eachother but annoyed and rude once we needed help. We walked right back out. I don't spend my money where I'm not welcomed.

The main thing I hate about this location is the busy, overly crowded parking lot. If you want a quick stop, in and out, you probably won't get it. I circled around the lot several times and finally got a spot far back in the lot.I normally won't complain about walking far BUT carrying heavy bags of food, litter, etc. to your car all the way across the lot gets annoying time after time. You would think an employee would offer help taking it to your car. I've received service like this at other similar stores, and I wish this location would ask if you need help to carry your 50lb load.They have a large selection of products and I always find what I need in stock, but the location is enough to deter me from shopping here regularly. I only shop here when absolutely necessary, and I would be a regular if the parking wasn't a hassle or the employees would help carry large loads.If you're elderly, a female that lacks a lot of strength & endurance, or someone that is injured, then I would avoid this spot. Unless, of course, you find nearby parking by a long shot!

Make sure you get there before they close, twice I got there at 8pm on the dot and the guy wouldn't let me in 🤦🏼‍♂️ I mean I get it but you can let it slide from time to time if someone gets out of work late and needs food for their puppy 😔 perhaps I'll start using chewy.com instead. The girl is cool about it and let me in but the tall dude with the glasses really sticks to their closing policy lol

I jut moved over to the Boynton area and I must say Victoria is by far the sweetest and most helpful person I have ever met in a pet store. She not only is knowledgeable but she genuinely has a love for my puppy which makes it so much better. Solay (my dog) and I enjoy taking walks over to the store just to say hi!!!! I absolutely love this store just bc o her!!

I come here to buy a special dog shampoo I can’t find in any other stores around. I have been buying it from this location for a long time and have noticed lately that the seals are are not intact and I check the other bottles and some are totally gone. About a month ago I purchased two bottles of this expensive shampoo and one was TOTALLY EMPTIED ANS FILLED WITH WATER. I returned it and let the employees know about my concern on a couple occasions and they did not seem phased about it. Not sure if it’s an inside job or they just have a problem with returns, but I won’t be visiting this location for this anymore.

I will drive to West Palm to avoid this store. Unpleasant and rude staff. Unknowledgeable about the products. Put on hold and forgotten. The owner need to re-evaluate his hiring decisions.also this store doesn’t honor the redemption incentives from vendors. Two thumbs down 👎👎

Very impressed with the store @ Sunshine Square.I got a new puppy and tried 2 other pet stores BEFORE going to Pet Supermarket. Hands down Pet Supermarket was the best! Clean store. Friendly & knowledgeable staff & good selection/decent pricing.

Everything is neatly organized, and products always seem to be in stock. Easy to find an employee to assist you. The only negative, if it really is a negative, is the smaller selection but that is a space issue as they don't have huge box stores such as PetSmart or Petco. Manager is extremely nice.

Not cheap, but staff are awesome and they care about your pet's needs! I buy all my dog food there, including treats! Carry better brands of food and treats. Adoption center for kitties is a big part of the store. Definitely try it! Beats "big-box" pet food stores!

I have been going to Pet Supermarket for years for dog food and toys. I usually go to the Deerfield and Pompano stores and have always been happy. On March 11th I bought a bag of Wellness (the food I always buy) from this location and when I got home and opened it a moth flew out...I didn't think much of it but now less than a month later the area where my dog's food is kept has moths everywhere and bag is infested. I called the store and the woman (who was very rude )told me I would not get a refund and wanted me to bring the infested food in????, no problem it's trash anyway. I'm shocked that they do not want to try fix the problem or care that they have food on their shelves infested with bugs. This experience makes me weary to go back to any of their stores or buy any other food here ever again. The food is expensive and the whole bag has to be thrown away now and they made no effort to make the situation right or show they care at all.
