Our puppy has tons of energy and is not good with strangers. He will keep on barking when somebody gets near him.Visited this shop and they treated our pup so well. He kept still while he was having a nail trim and was not intimidated at all.We are truly happy with the service.I just wish they are open on Sundays which is good for working moms.

I’ve been taking my rescue, Scruffy here for a few years. Tracy is his groomer and sometimes Brett. They always do a wonderful job and are very kind and professional. Thank you for taking care of are baby’s. 🤗

We have a large Doberman who is very sweet but does not enjoy the process of getting his nails cut. Brett is kind and patient, it was great experience all around. We were in an out in 10 minutes.HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Love pet spot! I’ve tried so many different groomers and my Pomeranian’s cut is either horrible or good the first time and then never consistent. Pet spot ALWAYS does a great job. they are friendly and very reasonably priced. Jenna is my go to! Love her and her cuts are always even. Highly recommend

Dropped my nervous Yorkie off for grooming. Then she saw the other dogs & was so happy to play with them while waiting for her haircut. Picked her up & she looked fabulous! Thank you Pet Spot!

I can safely and happily say I have found the “Spot” for my babies. I have now taken my 13 year old poodles to the Pet Spot for almost a year and have never been more satisfied in a groomer. We moved from NYC 7 years ago and had a few different groomers here in S Florida, my older girl had severe issues and had to be sedated when groomed but not anymore-Brett is the dog whisperer for sure. The rest of the staff is amazing and I’ve never felt more relaxed leaving my girls. Thank you all.

We have 2 dogs, a German Shepard and a German Shepard mix. Meaghan did a wonderful job bathing our babies and ensuring they were squeaky clean and smelling beautiful. Paulina is a superstar with her grooming skills. She had our Mocsie (90lb mix with arthritis) looking absolutely beautiful with her new summer hair cut. She even seems to be walking better too! I highly recommend pet spot for anyone looking for bathing & grooming services by caring humans! They take pride in their work and I appreciate that! Thank you Pet Spot 🐶 ❤️😊

The pictures don’t really do him justice, but this is the best groom Pickle has ever had! My second time here and very impressed (especially after a horror show at another shop around the corner) Super clean, and they listened to all of my wants. Pickle was completely unkempt when I brought him in, mats behind his ears and all and they did a fantastic job. Very nice people, from the phone call to set up the appointment, the consultation, to the pickup. This will be our family’s new pet salon.

So sad after bringing my dog for 5 yrs with excellent grooming, the one time the scrapped her all up ( slight bleeding)Instead of being professional and apologetic he turns it all around on me??Don’t understand why people just can’t do the right thing. He should’ve apologized waived the fee after five years of faithfully having my dog groomed there even splurging and buying the staff lunch but no you would’ve thought I was arguing over $1 million…….Sad.

Brett has a great staffFurbabies are happy and have fun with other friends. Great groomers. I wanted to update. Brett the owner, goes above and beyond to help his clients. I had to change my girls' appointments at the last minute and he squeezed us in. My girls also spent the day there since my condo was doing smoke alarm inspections. My 3 year old Shihtzu can't wait to go to Pet spot! Great caring staff. Thank you Pet spot. I'm a very happy furbabie mother. Update, yesterday was a very sad day. Our last time at Pet Spot. We're moving. Very emotional for everyone. The staff is great. Jenna Our groomer is wonderful. She said how much she loved my girls. Her and I were almost in tears. Other staff members were kissing my girls goodbye. Take your furbabies to Pet Spot. Your furbabies and you will love it there. I will miss them and so will my girls.

Found my new grooming spot. Took my 5 months old puppy to Pet Spot, hoping to find someone to trim his face. This was the third place I've taken him. Brad came over and told me he'll take care of my baby. I walked to Starbucks for coffee and Brad was done as I was walking back. Thank you, Brad for understanding a puppy needs patient hands.

I've only been a dog owner for the last 5 years, but there is nowhere else I would take my dog to get his nails trimmed. I first met Brett when we brought our dog Xena in for her nail trims. She absolutely refused to let us do it, but absolutely was in love with him. He literally is the dog whisperer! Fast forward through nine foster dogs and now my own personal dog, Saint, and The Pet Spot is the only place we will go. I have pitbulls, so they don't require grooming, but whenever I'm in there I see lots of adorable fluffy dogs getting their hair trimmed and looking fabulous 🤩!My new dog, Saint, came from such a horrible background of abuse. Brett took his time with Saint, and sat on the floor with him, and got him to trust him before he attempted his nails. That spoke volumes to me! He wasn't about just trying to get the customers in and out, he's building rapport with the animals he cares for.There is nowhere in Boynton Beach that I trust more than The Pet Spot. Make sure you give them a try!!

Love this place! Brett is awesome!! She looked perfect and so cute when I picked her up, she is special needs and almost totally blind however Brett assured me she would be well taken care of. When I arrived to pick her up she seemed calm and happy. Needless to say she will be a regular :)

We have been taking our Jimmy to Pet Spot in Boynton since the day we adopted him 4 years ago. He loves going there and playing with his friends and always looks great and smells awesome when we pick him up. They always groom him exactly the way we ask and are open to trying new things I think may look cute. 5 stars to Brett and his great staff. Thanks!

I would highly recommend this groomer. We have a persian cat who gets a lion cut and they do such a great job. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Lola always comes back happier then she left and looks beautiful every time

Once again such a great experience! Had to have.my mom take Simba in for the works. I was working. They met her at car and ascorrted him in. Took great care. Helped mom to car when done. Look if you call and it is over a month wait it is with good reason. Thanks to everyone!

Brought my reactive chihuahua mix dogs here for their first ever hair cut. I was so nervous that they would be nervous, but the staff did a great job at easing our anxiety. Smoky and Larry came out looking and smelling great! I will definitely be back!

Great place to take your dogs. My father turned me onto Pet Spot and I know I take my pup there often. They always have room to see my dog for a grooming and they have lots of friendly staff. Sometimes it’s hard to get my dog to leave because I think he loves it there a little too much. Lol!

Love this groomer. The owner is so nice. The dogs aren't locked up. They roam in a small area. My dog doesn't love other dogs but does so well here. This is the best groomer by far. I drive 20 mins to get here and wouldn't go anyplace else.

This place used to be great. Has been going downhill for the last year and the owner Brett has become rude and arrogant. Do NOT bring your fur babies there. I would never trust them with my dogs again. There are lots of other places that would appreciate the business!

The people here were nice. I took my cat here a few months ago to get her nails trimmed. She got fleas for the first time. I am still dealing with a flea problem. I do not recommend this place. It's sad she got fleas because she needs her nails trimmed again.
