Very warming and inviting environment. We were looking for raw food for our dog but did not know how to start. The owner went the extra mile to explain us where to start. She was friendly and well knowledgeable. It’s far for us but we will be visiting the store again.

Stopped by the store and met the owner. Had a great conversation about England. Then we talked dog food. It was great. I bought what I needed and left. Came back the next day to get what I forgot the first trip and met the other owner, the wife. She was fantastic. So I bought some more dog food. My babies are so happy to have a pet food store of this quality so close to home. Thanks again.

Came here on a trip to buy my dog some anti-inflammatories after a long day at the dog beach and all of the staff was super helpful and pointed me in the right direction. They even gave my dog some treats and love. I definitely recommend stopping by for all your pets needs!

I’m SO grateful for the wonderful, compassionate, and knowledgeable people who are there to help me when I go to this excellently-stocked store! I’ve been in a couple of times prior to my most recent visit and was impressed but, during my last visit, Joan really did everything I needed to guide me in the right direction for the right, and more palatable, foods for my little guy (cat), whose kidney disease has advanced. The food she recommended he actually ate!! Which he hadn’t done in nearly a week, turning his nose up at everything I put in front of him. I’m overjoyed and so grateful she was there to help me. I can not recommend this place enough!! Everyone there seems to care as much about your furkid as you do!

A great, local, pet food store. They have the best food you can find. After reviewing the top rated dog food brands by The Whole Dog Journal I found that Fritz and Ellis carries many of them. Everything in the store is wheat free. Great, friendly, family service. Prices are comparable to the big pet store chains and quality is a great deal better. This is a local business that deserves our support.

The pet Food market on Bonita Beach Road is it absolute best place and first class business. From their owners to their staff they are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the health of our fur babies. They helped me find the perfect dietary solution to my prior 16-year-old Shih Tzu and have done the same with my new year and a half old Shih Tzu. Emma is an absolute doll and always takes the extra time to help find the best care for your love. She trains her staff to be simply the best. She took the time to help me find a holistic vet chiropractor that was monumental in the outcomes for my furbaby. Lucy, my 6 year old terrior mix and I love coming in to visit. She likes to browse and sample all the new treats and check out any new toys that squeak. Sometimes she even picks up a present or two for her cat siblings. The owners are so nice and very knowledge about all their products. #shoplocal

Called them because I ran out of my dog Pi's special food. Christmas EveNo one had it, but them. Drove 40 mins to get it.Scott was so nice on the phone. Like I knew him. Even nicer when we got there.Bought the food, met his wife.What great people who are definetly animal lovers. For a small store they have a decent selection of products. The pricing is competitive and the owner and employees and very friendly and helpful. I'm so glad they are so close to us, they have yummy chew treats that my poochies love.
