My husband first got into the hobby and I wasn’t a big fan because of the potential water on the floor etc. However, when saltwater solutions started doing his monthly maintenance, the house stayed much more clean and the tank looked beautiful. This made me appreciate it more as the floors did not get wet or dirty when my husband use to change the water himself. They also have great prices and are the best saltwater aquarium store in Bonita and Naples.

Great store! Been going there for years. Staff is super helpful. Always informative on making sure you don’t make the wrong purchase for your tank. They also service my aquarium monthly. You have to trust who you’re letting into your home. I am usually not home when they do the service. And I have two small dogs. I never worry. Their staff earns that kind of trust. Love this place!!!

To start, our home is beautifully decorated with a 160 gallon, a 70 gallon, and a couple 10 gallon saltwater tanks. Our impressive variety of fish, coral, and invertebrates in every tank is because we shop at Saltwater Solutions. People come into our home and say “Wow I’ve never seen a saltwater fish like that!”The owners and staff have always been very knowledgeable and actually identified an issue within our tank that another local store had misidentified.Looking forward to the new location to open as it is in a very convenient area.

After going into this location in Bonita I knew I should not have gotten anything after I've seen what a mess this place was fish sick everywhere. Being New to the hobby I was not aware I purchased something and it ruined my entire tank. Also girl at the counter was very rude playing on her phone the whole time She made me feel as if she was annoyed that I was in the store. So I went to a place called barrier reef In Naples Were they seriously took care of me and helped with every Little thing.

Great place to find healthy corals. Staff will spend whatever time necessary to make sure you are informed. We started our saltwater experience here and couldn't be happier that we did. Every bump we thought we ran into, the staff was eager to help us through it.The fish selection is decent, what makes it even better is that Ryan will go get whatever it is you want if it's available so the selection is endless. We had fish and corals not work in our tank and they took them back and gave us decent credit in return.We will continue to shop with Saltwater Solutions as we buy new tanks. I highly recommend these guys for the newbies because it wasn't so long ago that we were new and this staff considerably helped us grow our knowledge.

Getting ready to set up a saltwater tank. I stopped in to ask some questions. I am so glad I did. What I thought was going to take forever to get to where the tank looks nice. She had great solutions where she told me about using her water she has running through her massive collection of corals which are healthy, using domant rock for structure, using live sand, and adding Coraline algae to seed the rocks. Talk about saving someone months to do do it right without her advise. She also had knowledge of the tank I am getting as well as what will live with the light it comes with. She win my business, that's for sure.

Fish from this location are very poor quality and die within a matter of days in very established tanks. The two times I have purchased from this location the fish died within 72 hours of adding to tank. Have not had this happen with any of the other livestock purchased at any other store in the area. Corals look good. Fish not so much.

Perfect place to experience marine life you would never have the chance to see in the ocean. Ryan is very knowlegable and is always happy to help with any questions or concerns you may have. I have been shopping at Saltwater Solutions for two years now and they have the best selection and service in town. I drive up from Naples to shop here and it is always worth it. They run great sales, match local prices and often have more selection than all the other stores combined. WORTH THE TRIP EVERY TIME!

I’ve had an over all terrible experience with this store on multiple stores I don’t know where to start. I had a few fish from them they died one after one. So I had one fish left and shrimp that I paid over 100$ from them for. I they gave me 20$ store credit for them, sold them at the same price again. So they tested my water said it was high in nitrite said probably the reason. So upsold me on this octopus (200$)and sold me some chemicals to get the levels right. Had to pay for octopus on spot before I could bring home. So I put the chemicals in the tank wait a week. Bring in a sample and to get pick up my octopus (so excited) and they said my water was perfect! Good to go! Bring the octopus home and he’s dead by the morning :/ I call them and tell them the situation and they said there is nothing they can do to help. Moral of the story these people will tell you anything to get you to spend money in there store. With no regard or care for the poor animals life. Bad experience and high prices👎

If you are looking for a one stop shop for all your Saltwater Aquarium needs Saltwater Solutions is the only place in Southwest Florida to shop!! The owner (Ryan) is fantastic, very knowledgeable and easy to work with. If there are any issues he steps up to the plate and will work to resolve them with you. I also use their services to maintain my tank and JB who comes, is always there when he says he is and is neat and clean and does a great job! They also have the best selection in town and will special order coral and fish if you have a specific request. They are great!!!

Go back and forth FL-NJ, July 4, 2021 seen something very wrong w/tank from my camera, called the store Ryan (the owner) answered said he just happened to be checking on things before celebrating the 4th. He went to my house and took care of the problem. There wasn't any one else around. Talk about customer service, just a reminder, he is THE OWNER and could have said the store was closed for the holiday.

I started my tank in June. It was an anniversary gift. Cycled the tank and started adding fish and coral 2 Black Ice Clown, Coral Beauty,Sexy shrimp 4 pieces of soft coral, and 1 anemone. Three weeks ago stop in and bought 2 pieces of live rock and a piece of coral to the tune of 280.00. Now I have 1 Clown 3 coral, and Coral Beauty. I now have red and purple algae growing in my tank. Do not shop here if you value you home reef.

Never, ever, try to have Saltwater Solutions come out to your house to diagnose a tank or problem. They wanted to charge me $120 just to show up. I have spent around $2000 on materials and livestock at this store and for some reason I was treated like a stranger. Never going there again.
