We love sending our dog to camp and for boarding at Bonita Springs Pet Paradise. Amanda and Allie are the best managers and have the most amazing staff. My dog is well cared for and had the best time and they keep you posted and you can check on them with their cameras. This is such a great place for your pets when they are not with you.

I have been bringing both mine and my mom’s dogs here for years. Even as the staff has cycled through different employees, they are all always wonderful! Pet Paradise Bonita Springs has done a great job treating them with so much patience and care. I truly appreciate this business so much! Besides the wonderful staff, the facility is absolutely top tier. We have brought the dogs in for everything from grooming to boarding to vet visits. Every time it has been an amazing experience. Thank you guys so much! Teddy and Pickles are looking forward to their next appointment. (:

Very well run overnight dog boarding facility. 🐶The staff was extremely professional. They greeted promptly every time & out of 100+ dogs, they knew ours on a first name basis.Their app is very easy to use, and provides real time video to check on your dog, as well as order a treat, ice cream or a bath before pickup.My dog was exhausted upon pickup from all the activity and social interaction with other dogs during her stay at Pet Paradise Bonita Springs

I had an appointment for my dog with the vet, they don't tell you they don't except cash payments. He was supposed to go to the day camp and they also didn't tell me that he couldn't until he had his booster shots. Ruined our trip we had planned for today with my granddaughter. LACK OF EXPLAINING THERE POLICY TO ME KNOWING THIS IS MY DOGS 1ST EVER VISIT.

Easy pick up & drop off. They notifed us quickly with a health concern and followed up promptly after departure to see how our pet was doing & if we were happy with their service.

First time experience and want to alert all pet owners. Be very, very cautious when using this facility to board your pet. We boarded two of our dogs only to learn that they totally disregarded all the written instructions for feeding them. Each dog had their own food, labeled by dog name; when to feed (date, day of the week and time of day "morning or evening"). One of our dogs has a food allergy to chicken so his food is lamb. They disregarded the instructions and fed the dogs 3 times a day, thereby running out of food. AND what's even more critical, we have no way of knowing if they gave the dog with the chicken allergy food that contains chicken. I guess we'll find out this week if he begins with skin and ear issues. When we picked the dogs up this morning, we saw that they had Danny's collar on Vinnie and Vinnie's collar on Danny. This confirmed for us, that they did not know which dog was which and most likely fed them the wrong foods. Anyway, to sum up, "It's a beautiful facility and makes you think it would be a great fit for your pet. But, they don't have the critical attention to detail and care that is necessary to ensure that your pet receives the attention that they so much deserve and that you are paying them to provide. Do not recommend.

We had such a wonderful experience at this location. They were welcoming, friendly, and caring. I was able to watch my puppies play throughout the day and they got the full playtime! We were given excellent service and so were the dogs. Highly recommend

We just picked up our cat and dog from Pet Paradise (Bonita Springs), I was a little worried because of some of the previous reviews but they were so wrong!! The place is super clean, all the girls at the front desk were so sweet upon arrival and departure. They have cameras where you can see your pets throughout the day. We even saw the dogs playing at playtime and one of the girls holding our chiweenie, so cute!!! We will definitely be using them again in the future!!! Highly recommend!

Worse customer service I’ve ever dealt with rude called to get my dog in was told they would call had 2- procedures they called said they could not get him in for a week I explain he has been a customer for 4 years he severely twisted or inflamed his ankle he needs pain relieves girl I spoke 2 could of cared less talked over me belittled me talked down to me worse service I’ve ever seen I’ve had him 10 years never even told me what o could of done to relieve or help him got my records from them will never return

I was very happy they both my dogs are having a great time playing with others from the cam. Staffs are professional and full of love for all the pets. However I noticed when I pick them up, one of my dog is coughing with a very loud noise. I thought she was just excited or choked when she saw us. Later on we notice the cough is continuing. She looks very uncomfortable. I wish they will inform me right the way. Now I will need to spend extra money bring her to the vet for check out. I did receive a courtesy call. I have explained about my dog suffering. She mentioned the manager will call me. I have not received any call yet. Other then that will give 5 stars to the staffs who taking care the dogs.

Kennel cough again (stay was 6/15/23 - 6/20). Why? We have the dogs vaccinated at the vet on site. Still third time. Shame on us for doing this to them again. We called the vet and they said we need to talk to the boarding facility about cough. Vet has no information on how they handle cleaning, etc. $1000 stay and another vet bill and meds. Great looking place but something is lacking when the dog comes home sick. Please everyone report the issues so they take it more seriously. The manager told me she has not been informed of any other dogs getting coughs.

Very disappointed. Was looking forward to finding a good responsible place to leave my two elderly dogs. I explained when making our reservation and at check-in our 15 year old Maltese is having issues with bladder control and is being tested for a solution and our 11 year old Morkie does what ever the older one does. We picked them up earlier than expected, our driver from the airport made a special stop for us because it was so close to closing. After paying, the staff brought both dogs out to us. And the staff quickly left to help with another guest. Our dogs were handed to us wet and not sure we not sure why....... didn't take long to figure it out. They were covered in urine. The oldest an all white Maltese fur was disgustingly stained. In addition was the smell. How long were they like this? How did they get like this? I received a text message asking about their visit. At the time I was so angry I declined not to answer. Next was the email - delete. The next day they called. There was no explanation on any of the above given expect the little on kept having accidents and they had to hose out their living area. They asked if I would like to bring them back in for a complementary bath. Seriously, by then they had two bathes to remove the stains and smell. So, in our file we have a complementary bath for our next stay. I apologized to our driver for the smell in the car and even gave him Clorox wipes to help. How embarrassing!! But most of all were our pets like that the entire time of their stay? Wondering if they even had proper bedding. Appreciating being able to vent.YES you can contact me.

I’m always timid about boarding my boy Axel because one he is not fixed, and two I’m always unsure how his breed will impact his stay. Staff was super friendly toward him! I loved that I could check the cameras throughout the day, I caught him out for his playtime twice and the one time the lady was very interactive with him and I could tell she was enjoying playing with him. The other time I caught the end so I didn’t see much. I do wish there were cameras at the kennels so I could see him while he wasn’t out at playtime or they let you know when he’d be out for playtime so you could watch. My only disappointment was the website said he would get 2 hours of playtime a day but upon arrival I was informed he would only get 15 minutes, twice daily. I’m not sure why that was, maybe because he isn’t fixed so his playtime had to be one on one instead of with other dogs I wish it was atleast 30 minutes twice daily because that just didn’t seem like much time for a big dog and adding extra playtime was pretty expensive. But overall he seemed to really enjoy his visit! And I had peace of mind seeing that he was enjoying play times.

I boarded my dogs here for the first time. They stayed only 2 nights. I dropped them off healthy and they returned sick. I feel awful for being them there. DO NOT BOARD YOUR PETS HERE!! I should have followed the reviews where others stated their dogs got sick, but I figured since my dogs were not fixed and wouldn’t be in the general mix of dogs, but only with each other, that they would avoid any illness. Wrong!Also, Pet Paradise takes your money for extra individual play time and don’t deliver. They also overcharged me for services erroneously billed on the day my dogs were leaving. They wouldn’t even be there!! They tried it. Review your bill if you decide to forego the negative reviews and carefully understand the charges. I spent a lot of money leaving my dogs here for a short time and even more to bring them back to health. CLEAN YOUR FACILITY 🤬😡

Thank you pet paradise Bonita for taking good care of my fur baby Halo! All of the staff were so lovely to speak with. The facility looks very new and clean! It is SOO addicting watching my doggy play and swim on the web cameras. They even accommodated giving him a Go Home Bath when I came to pick him up a day early. They fed him as directed and he had lots of play time, even in the super big pool. They made sure to spray the grass outside and keep the grass and the dogs nice a cool. The facility is so nice the dogs have an option to go inside in the shade whenever they please because the indoor & outdoor play areas are connected. I felt relieved knowing I could check in on him during the play times & watch on camera! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Our dog Lulu was a first timer to Pet Paradise and she had such a great experience. We had to make a last minute decision in which we usually take our dog to our vet and they could not accommodate us at the time. Pet Paradise was so welcoming and had a availability, everything worked out perfectly! It is brand new and very clean inside and outside. The staff was thorough with the intake process and ensured us that our dog was in good hands. They kept us up to date with pictures and emails which put us at ease since our dog is older and new to the facility. The staff really enjoyed our sweet pup; it was so nice to hear from Diana who really bonded with our Lulu. I highly recommend and look forward to bringing Lulu for future boarding. We left our Mini Aussie here for two weeks while we were on a cruise over Christmas and New Year’s…They took great care of our puppy and it was nice to be able to access the webcams to see him having fun or just because we missed him. Staff was friendly and helpful…Will use again.

5 Stars for the grooming service, lillys_grooming. She did such a great job with my doodle, he came back looking gorgeous and very happy!He boarded there recently too and whilst he probably would have enjoyed more than two hours of playtime, it was wonderful to see him on the webcams and he was super happy when I picked him up! Will definitely be going back to them!

I am so happy with this location! The staff is well trained and the manager Lauren goes above and beyond for the pets. This is a very busy location and in the middle of season where every business is short staffed but my dogs were very well taken care of and I watched them often on the camera. I can't thank Lauren and her staff enough. I will absolutely be back. My dogs wouldn't have it any other way! I'm a very happy customer!

So far this place is great. I love how many secondary options they have for security and extra doors. There's no chance of escape. I do like how clean the place is, I also appreciate that they separate the small dogs from the large. It's a wonderful idea to have a veterinarian on site. I do wish that they had more play times and outdoor experiences more frequently that didn't cost so much more $ .... Otherwise so far so good.
