I just moved to the area and took my standard poodle to them. They did a really good job except on her feet. They got a little too close in several areas and I didn't notice till her feet got wet. Otherwise good job.

Candace and her staff took great care of our 4 month old goldendoodle, Axle. It was his first ever trip to the groomers! Candace suggested I wait until his adult coat came in to get a full cut. In under 2 hrs they bathed him, clipped his nails, and gave him a good trim around his face, feet, underbelly, and tail. And even made him so cute with a mohawk! And he smells so good. Candace even went above and beyond to video his first time and will be sending it to me via text. A memory I will cherish. Thank you to all the girls at Fairy Tails Pet Grooming! We will definitely be returning.

We just rescued a severely matted Male English Springer Spaniel today from Alabama and this was the only grooming business willing to help us. The other groomers near us were either complaining or didn't even answer their dang phones.Thank you to the staff for willing to accommodate this poor little guy.Your prices were fair and your customer service was amazing!!We will be taking ALL our dogs to you guys from now on.

This is the best place! They always do a Wonderful groom on my two little Dogs. My Dogs are always in Good hands. I Drive all the way from the West End of PCB because, I know I don't have to worry about my babies here. I've taken them to other places & they usually have a dry cough upon leaving but, not w/ this place! Just shows me they're Gentle w/ my little guys. If they had more stars I would give them more!

WONDERFUL! It makes me want to live in Bonifay just to bring my dog there. I made a last minute reservation with Lexi via Facebook messenger and she was able to accommodate my mini schnauzer for a few hours the following day. I asked that he be kept separate because he can be a bit weird around other dogs than his sister dog at home even though he is an absolute sweetheart otherwise. They accommodated my request and even played ball with him which is his absolute favorite thing! Lexi even brushed his beard for free because he had a mat in it. I was overly impressed with our experience and if I’m ever that way again with my pup we will be visiting for sure! Very reasonable prices as well.

Great customer service all the way around these girls are great! They took care of my cat. They even went the extra mile and clipped her nails! She decided to get into an electric wax warmer so I had to have some wax removed. And they did an excellent job. I definitely recommend them.

Had my Husky groomed and was very pleased with the results. They cleaned his ears, brushed his teeth, trimmed his feet, brushed & combed out his undercoat and gave him a good bath. They take time with each customer and try to make the visit as comfortable & rewarding for your pet. The groomer is kind, thoughtful and thorough. My dog smelled really nice and looked beautiful! I am very pleased.
