I rushed to make it to the dollar store in Bonifay. When I got there at 4 minutes til 10 doors were locked and didn't see anyone! I just needed to load money on my card...but...I guess 10 o'clock means 9 somethibg

Once again this location has the doors locked 15 minutes before the store closes why is this so often a problem? What kinda management is running this place closing the store early like that ,its called a closing time for a reason why not change it to 9:45 if your gonna be so lazy to not wait the extra 15mins that by policy your supposed to close at. This is a reoccurring problem and very frustrating for the locals plz get some management in there that will run the place correctly..

A nice one stop shop kind of place. They have just about anything you would need or could want from clothing to ice cream. With the closest big box store over 10 miles away this place does a very good job at getting to keep a good variety of everything at a decent price point. Their seasonal items are just the same as the "no named" big box store and are generally available at the same time of year. If I had to sum it up into one sentence I should say they are a smaller version of this no named store with less of a crowd (this meaning in and out visits are much nicer) and sometimes even a cheaper price. But all in all this is one dollar general that's doing it right.

It always seems cluttered and dirty in there. I don't think I have ever went there and had all clear aisles. There is always stuff to get put up blocking the way. Or a poorly organized discount table. Or a large item that doesn't quite fir in the shelves. I end up wandering the store for twice as long because I am never sure if I found everything I was looking for. This store could really use either an upgrade in space or a step up when stocking the shelves.

I dislike this DG the aisles are too close together, staff isn't very helpful or friendly. The store layout doesn't make much sense. The staff act like you are in the way hurry get your stuff and get out attitude.After this review I revisited this store a few months ago and the cashier was very unfriendly. I smiled and tried to speak to her she did not respond, she kept giving me "dirty looks". Practically threw my grocery bag at me. Will never shop here again I would rather drive to the Caryville location than to ever shop at this location again.

Has a good variety of stock and efficent and kind employees. How ever, has no bathroom and has a bad entrance when driving. It is on an incline and the parking lot is very small and filled with some potholes.

This is my favourite little store to get necessities when I visit the area, has everything, household products, drinks, frozen dinners and even dog food. I was surprised to even find medications. Well run and stays open till 10pm.

WORST dollar general i have ever been to i highly suggest you just pass this place up never will i ever or anybody i know will ever go there the assistant manager was super rude wouldn't even listen to me just ignored me and the lady working the register was on a side isle stealing stuff putting it in her bra it's a damn shame, i never make bad reviews either but this was just sad and the place was so dirty especially the bathroom , it's just sad. but i can't get over how rude the employees communication to customers is. just wow never again will myself or anyone i know go there. the manager should be ashamed of her damn self.

This store really in pressed me. There are 2 dollar general in Geneva Al. They don't hold a candle to the one I visited on hyway 90 out of bonifay AlThis store was very clean, well stocked the products well placed. Very roomy, easy to walk and push your buggy. Cashier was helpful and Curtis's. Will be shopping there more often.No

If this is on he 90 in Bonifay .. The store is one of the first ones in this area.. It's small and not enough space for the level of inventory it has.But the help is very nice and very courteous. They greet you with s smile and hello an how can o help you...

This is the worst store ever. Its always a line from front to back. Most of the employees show signs of drug abuse and always one cashier is out side smoking while the line gets longer and longer at the one register. A random drug test needs to be put in place. Terrible store.

The lady at the register was a little rude. I told her to have a nice day when I went to leave and she just looked at me and talked to the other lady beside her. Customer service skills are lacking.

Before purchasing anything in this store please read this. My family was displaced for 4 days because of Hurricane Irma. We traveled to Alabama to run away from the storm. On the way home after sitting in traffic for hours we got off at a rest stop to use the restrooms and fill up our gas. The gas station was closed so we went next door to the Dollar General. My two young sons needed to use the restrooms so we asked the Manager of we could use them. She said NO! My husband explained the situation and she still said NO. It was raining, we were tired, stressed and knew we had a mess we were coming home and the lack of compassion she showed was disgusting! Before you patronize this store know the kind of people you are supporting.

Great store in Bonifay, I drive 25 miles to only shop at this store.Manager is always helpful and never lets the line get long.Hate that at other dollar stores.
