This place is nice however it comes at a cost the employees are treated like slaves. The manager of this particular location is a nightmare shes demanding and very very rude smug and just a mean lady. Believe me when I say avoid talking to ANYONE here just so u can shop peacefully.

WORST DOLLAR GENERAL I'VE EVER BEEN TO! Empty shelves everywhere, prices were marked up, was hard to find any of the store brand products, but all the name brand products were stocked. Employees goofing off. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.

We are from out of town and realized we needed toilet paper. Got here at 9:54pm thankful we had a place to buy some. The worker was standing at the door and made the gesture of her hand going from side to side in front of her neck and shaking her head....telling us we couldn't come in with 6 min left of the store's "open" hours. We would have been out of the store before 10.Great customer service DG.

Sunday night at 7 PM AND THEY ARE CLOSED. The biggest DG in town but yet they can’t keep employees to stay open. I wonder if Corporate knows about this? Family Dollar here I come for the next couple months.

This is the new store on S. Waukesha (Highway 79) in Bonifay. My first time in this particular store (the new larger one). There were a lot of empty shelves. What I liked: (1) a lot of freezer and refrigerator space and they were well organized and well stocked. (2) plenty of room in the aisles, so social distancing is easier. (3) there are plenty of nice new shopping carts stored inside the store in easy reach of customers.*Persons with Mobility issues: This store is good for persons with a physical handicap or mobility issue because of the wide aisles. There is no need to step up to get to the store entrance! One can use a walker, crutches, wheelchair, etc. inside store easily. Unfortunately, I didn't see any shopping carts made for adults to sit down to rest (which Publix and Walmart generally have). It is best to use your own electric scooter-type chair here which has an already attached basket for your purchases. Or better still, have a friend put all of your stuff into a regular shopping cart and push the cart for you.

Well let’s just say it’s a lovely store until we went to check out at the register with the cashier. Must I say Lisa “the cashier” couldn’t even speak or say anything because her mouth was full of food. Then she gives hand signals ... really? She was just outside smoking a cigarette when we first walked in. Guess she couldn’t smoke & eat at the same time. Very rude!

Always friendly and helpful shopping, although twice I've had cashier issues, once she was unaware of how to exchange a small item. Another time charged my debit card whole amount after paying for half with another card, and cashier had no idea and no way of resolving the issue

I frequent this dollar general often and the giant sinkhole popped my tire in two places. It cost me $230 to replace my tire and dollar general corporation sent me a letter saying “there is no negligence on part of dollar general” although they are fully aware of the problem. Best part that I was down $230 the day after Christmas and four days before leaving to go out of town so it had to be repaired asap.

The market and store were fine and the help. But the giant sinkhole that you can’t see upon entering about wrecked my trailer. I mean it is a Sinkhole. There should be some sort of indication, guard tape, fencing, something. I mean it’s a friggin sinkhole.

I give it 5 stars since they are still getting things set up. Very happy with the prices on the items that I bought. Love the fact that there are frozen foods and produce! Saved me a trip to Wal-Mart 😀

This store keeps no regular hours!! You go at 8pm...cloed....850..closed!! You can't depend on it being open at all! Its aggrivating!!

The Dollar General Market in Bonifay, FL is beautiful. Extra wide aisles and a great selection of everything you usually find in a Dollar General including a wider selection of frozen foods, plus a nice PRODUCE section just inside the door. I will definitely be back.

I have been to this place 4 times since they have opened. I downloaded the app so I could shop using coupons. 3 out of 4 times, I was unable to use the app, because of computers being down, ect... I asked for help each time and explained my frustrations. I received no help. None of the employees I spoke to, did anything to make it right.

The store is just like any dollar general as far as products and only 1 cashier. However, it is the nastiest I've I've ever been in. The floors looked like they hadn't been mopped in months and months and let's not even talk about the ladies restroom. It was beyond nasty!! 🤢🤢 I won't be going back ever.

This store could be the best store in Bonifay. Just like every other DG the wait to check out is ridiculous and the associates have zero customer service skills or pride in the store. Just my opinion.

It's ok they do have order pickup but they are always about at least one cashier short so the lines build up . I did find nice flower pot
