The guys and gals working here are awesome!! Always eager to help, from what I've seen. If the one helping you can't find what you need, they'll find someone else there that can. I've even had them recommend a different store, if they don't have what you need. Some of the most helpful hardware people I've ever met, and I've been to a few hardware stores in my 60+ years.

This is the "go to" place on the island for hardware needs if you don't want to go "off island". It is a small place, compared to most big hardware stores, but it is jam packed with stuff. The crew there are unbelievably friendly and helpful. They don't stock what you would find at Lowe's or Home Depot, but shopping at the island Ace Hardware is so much preferable to going off island. I recently found they do a fantastic job of matching and mixing paint....much better than Lowes. It is a rare week when I am not in there at least twice.

Super friendly. I know they're all friendly but this one's located nowhere near I-4. That and the internet quality from where I was staying at sucked from my phone at times so I'm glad I bought some playing cards there.

Great to not have to go off island. They're undergoing a major expansion and renovation so their normal stock is sometimes limited, but friendly staff that does their best to find items that may have moved or substitutes.

We live on North Captiva, so it's great that we can get hardware without having to leave pine Island, which can add hours sometimes to an errand run. This is a top quality local business - the staff is very helpful, and they have a great selection of stainless and hot dipped galvanized hardware.
