My wife Joanne and I purchased Aventon bikes yesterday an Adventure model for me and a Sinch for my wife. The care and attention that we were given was exceptional. We each tried several models first and aligned with what we were most comfortable with. Our original referral to the shop came from the happy customer base that we had reached out to work with. If you are considering any bike we encourage working with a bike shop that will partner with you. We live in North Fort Myers and traveling to Pine Island for a reputable family to deal with was an easy choice for us.We also purchase a bike rack for the back of our class B van to take it to the State Parks that we camp in.

Great business! We were a group of 6 and we rented E Bikes from Island Bikeworks on Pine Island, FL. The experience was smooth and easy! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. When we reserved a couple days prior, they only had 5 E Bikes and one of our group said they'd rent a regular bike. Island Bikeworks got back to us later and said they expected more E Bikes to come in and they would have one ready for us. Great customer service. One of us didn't have to suffer....ha ha! Highly recommend Island Bikeworks on Pine Island, Florida.

Bought a new Sun Solstice a few weeks ago. Love the bike and the store experience is "the best". Bikeworks took the time to fit me into the bike and make the proper adjustments. Very knowledgeable and super friendly.I recently rented a child trailer for my granddaughter to ride in while visiting. Reasonably priced and the staff installed it then gave user friendly instructions.

I would like to add to the good reviews I read about Island Bikeworks. I stopped in early Saturday morning wanting to rent a 10 speed bike for a few hours. Judd set me up on the spot with the right bike and good info for a cruise along the bike trail. Can’t ask for more when you get fast friendly service.

We were so pleased with our experience with Island Bikeworks! We had 2 ebikes but needed to rent a third, this was our first time riding Pine Island and our first time renting an additional ebike. We were uncertain what type of bike we would be renting but looking at their website we thought we would be good to go. And we were. The rental process was a snap - easy, quick. An email I sent to the store was responded to quickly and politely. They were ready for us when we arrived. The bike was perfect. The pickup and return were quick and easy. This was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend Island Bikeworks.

Island Bikes is a company I would definitely give nothing less than a five star. The bikes that they brought to us seemed brand new. They were in great shape, and we really had a blast. On top of that, their customer service was awesome. They're very nice and pleasant to deal with. They offered flexibility to us based on our situation and the weather. They explained everything well. I had no experience with electric bikes before, but I have to say, I came out of it definitely a fan. Maybe some day I'll buy one myself. I would definitely recommend this company 100%.

Judd and his family make you feel like family here. My Sondors X was in desperate need of a tune up and Judd got it in better than new shape.Go here here over other nationally known brands. You won’t regret it one bit. Then check out the island while you are there. It’s a beautiful area!

The staff at Island Bikeworks were friendly, accommodating, and very helpful. We rented bikes for Sunday and the staff offered to lock the bikes where we could easily access them and return them when through although the shop was closed that day. The bikes worked very well - no mechanical problems whatsoever. We had a great time exploring Pine Island by bike! Very pleased with this business.

I was on Pine Island for 10 days in April 2022. A 1 week bike rental was perfect for me. Rates were reasonable. They included a lock, helmet and the 20+ speed bike worked perfectly. Our reserved bikes were ready when we arrived. Baskets and a lock was provided. they made it super easy to return them even though they were closed that day. I will certainly come here for bikes next time Im on the island.

I hate social media and never leave comments, but Island Bikeworks (IB) was so helpful on our recent trip to Cayo Costa that I just had to weigh in. The IB staff was courteous, responsive, and did what we needed them to do (i.e., drop off/pick up great bikes). We have used IB several years in a row and we will definitely be going back to them in 2023.

Made the mistake of buying a mountain bike from one of the big box stores. Nothing was set up even remotely correctly. Brought it into these guys and had it fixed up in no time. Pricing was completely reasonable, would highly recommend.
