We have had our little girl (A red teacup poodle, her name is Layla) groomed here twice already. We love the results. When we bring her in the only thing I request is to not cut her eyelashes and they do their best not to. They also send your babies home with a little cute bow or bows. I love this place so far, also the lady who runs it is named Layla just like our little girl, she is great and very helpful! Here are some pics of our girl after her first groom at this location.

The best groom!! Everyone was super friendly and our pup looks so handsome. We are very happy and looking forward to coming back regularly. The whole staff really cared and asked questions about our dog to make sure they knew what we wanted and his personality before he went in. We finally found somewhere that we are comfortable and know our pup will be in excellent hands!!!

ALL PAYING CUSTOMERS BEWARE - I recently had an unfortunate experience with Woof Gang Bakery, a dog grooming establishment where my pet, a 32-pound medium-sized dog, has been groomed regularly for over a year. When I noticed that they consistently overcharged me for each visit by categorizing my dog as a large breed instead of a medium one. This overcharge, which amounted to $10 per visit, added up to a substantial amount over the course of more than 20 visits.Despite bringing this issue to the attention of the manager, Felipe, the response I received was incredibly disappointing. Felipe acknowledged the overcharging but claimed there was nothing he could do about it. While he admitted their mistake, he refused to issue a refund for the overpaid amount or even offer a credit towards future services. I wasn't seeking a cash refund; I merely requested a credit for the excess amount I had paid.What was particularly disheartening was Felipe's explanation for his inability to rectify the situation. He informed me that he had consulted with the owner, who declined to provide any resolution beyond a mere $20 spa credit. This response left me baffled and unsatisfied, as it seemed unreasonable that Woof Gang Bakery would not take responsibility for their own admitted error.My experience at Woof Gang Bakery was marred not only by the overcharging but also by the complete lack of customer service. It is deeply disappointing to encounter such rudeness and indifference, especially when the establishment admitted their wrongdoing. As a loyal customer who frequented their services every two weeks, spending upwards of $250 per month, I expected a more accommodating and customer-centric approach.I feel compelled to share my experience as a word of caution to potential customers. Be wary of Woof Gang Bakery's practices, as they seem to prioritize their profits over their customers' satisfaction. It is regrettable that they are unwilling to make amends for their admitted errors and offer fair compensation for their overcharging.I hope that my review serves as a warning to others who may consider patronizing Woof Gang Bakery. My intention is not to seek a refund but to ensure that others are aware of the disappointing service and lack of accountability I encountered. It is essential for businesses to uphold their reputation and provide excellent customer service, even when mistakes are made.

BEST place to bring your furry friends for a bath or groom! I have been taking my dogs here as long as they have been open and they are the only people I trust, my dogs are so happy and they love the experience there, even my little trouble maker Maltese Augusto who doesn’t like when anyone handles him has a good experience there, and he has been going for 4 years. I’ve been taking my dogs there for years and they get baths every 2 weeks at least, they smell so good every time. My Yorkie Bell who passed away in 2020 loved going there up until her passing and since then I’ve been taking my doodle Mila there since she was a puppy. The people who work there are all very sweet from the desk to the people in the back. Won’t go anywhere else!

Today I experienced a very unpleasant situation at this location. I was yelled at in both English and Spanish and my cc was slammed with force on the counter by a male named Camil. Not sure if he is an owner or employee but all I know is that he is beyond disrespectful and rude! The lovely lady that works there has always been respectful and it's the first time I had to interact with this Camil person. I will never go back there again with my fur babies. Bad vibes in there, so bad! I hope he doesn't treat anyone else this way, employees, customers or animals.

Very professional and kind grooming experience . My maltipoo always gets a warm , loving greeting when he arrives for his grooming appointment. They are on time with the appointment, and have call ahead reminders.The stylist listens to our needs and meets expectations , my dog doesn’t have hesitations when we arrive, and looks and smells beautiful when I pick him up. I highly recommend Wolfgang on Yamato .

Woof Gang has been grooming my dog for three years now. They are punctual, gentle, and what I love is I don’t have to leave my dog there too long. They are caring and use digital communication so I know when my Mia will be ready for me to quickly pick her up . I also recommend them on my local neighborhood site when people are looking for a good groomer.

I have been bringing my Victorian Bulldog, Nina, to Woof Gang Yamato for grooming for the past year. They have always taken great care with her, and she is always excited when she gets there. The store also has some yummy treats for dogs and good products. I highly recommend!

We've been taking our pup to Woof Gang for over 3 years. She always comes home smelling and looking fantastic. The owners are so kind and great about calling us if there is a cancellation and can squeeze us in before our scheduled appointment.

Today was such an exciting day because we wanted to celebrate our dogs 1st birthday. We’d never been to Woof gang and we were looking forward to buying our boy a treat. I searched online to see what time they closed and it said 6pm, thankfully I only live 3 min away so I got there right at 5:43pm. This is 17 mins before they close, however the lady at the register shooed me away and said they were closed. I can’t believe this is the level of customer service you provide, even the hours on the door say you close at 6pm.It’s good business practice to honor the hours you put on the front door of your establishment.

I cannot say enough good things about Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming on Yamato in Boca Raton! I have been taking my beloved cockapoo there for his monthly grooming and I am always impressed with the amazing job they do. My pup comes back happy, looking fabulous, and smelling fantastic. The staff members are always so friendly and welcoming, and they keep meticulous notes on my preferences, ensuring that my furry friend always gets the perfect cut.One thing I particularly appreciate about this grooming salon is how attentive they are to my dog's needs. My cockapoo has sensitive ears and is prone to ear infections, but the folks at Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming take special care to wash him with cotton balls, making sure he stays healthy and comfortable. It's clear that they truly care about their furry clients and go above and beyond to ensure their well-being.Overall, I cannot recommend Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming enough. If you're looking for a top-notch grooming salon with friendly staff, exceptional service, and a true love for animals, this is the place to go. Five stars all around!

Nice grooming job but they attached a feather to my dog's ear using some kind of plastic clamp that is annoying her tremendously. I pulled most of the feather out but could not remove the plastic clamp. I live pretty far from the grooming salon and no one is available to help remove it when I can get there. We are leaving the area tomorrow and my dog now has to live with this plastic clamp attachment. Made a very nice groom go downhill quickly. Grooming: 5 stars. Customer service: 1 star.

Our first visit to the Yamato location was a total disaster, how can anyone recommend this place? I almost cried when I saw what they did to our dog. They literally ruined my Schnauzer haircut. We have never been as disappointed, sad and upset with a pet growing service as we are at this moment.
