The customer service at this location is wonderful. I usually order online and pick up and it is so easy you’re given a time window that your order will be ready and when the order is ready, they send you a text as soon as you’re on your way to the location you let them know, and when you’ve arrived, all you need to do is tell them which designated space you’re in and within a few minutes. Your entire grocery order will be delivered to your car. Can ask for better than that. Thank you Walmart for this great service.

This location is amazing. I was able to find the things I needed that day. Saved me trips from the other stores. I’ve found some groceries, office/school supplies and arts and crafts items. Access is super easy. It’s located in the corner of Palmetto and 441 and tons of parking.

Employee cursed me out in parking lot I’m not sure if she was having a bad day and needed someone to take the hit, I was so excited to by Christmas gifts and decor because I saw a new line of Christmas decor they just added on ticktock I was ready to ball out there, as soon as a I get into the parking lot I stop because there was a truck in the way, I decided to maneuver around the car and pull up far enough to let the other car by… as soon as I did so employee cursed me out and called me names and told me to slow down, by the way I was going 5 miles per hour and was at a complete stop to let a family by…. I left without purchasing anything unfortunately I was so excited.. have no idea what I did wrong.Its especially sad because I have worked in multiple customer service jobs and even on my worse day I would never treat a customer like that. Also my first time at a Walmart I normally do my shopping at Target I think I’ll stick to Target as their employees are always so kind.

last time I went here I had the lights go out while I was outside coming in, this time I came here with my sister in law and brother and I took care of my items at the self checkout register, but when it came to my sister in law with a gift card, almost all the registers in self checkout went out and the manager was called in because the giftcard wasn't working, according to the worker. we had to go to another register and didn't even bother using the giftcard. What is wrong with Walmart that they do not use the giftcards?

I’m not a huge person for reviews however, hopefully someone reading this in management will see this and correct or make this process more streamlined.I was buying an electronic controller and I decide to look it up online. I noticed the same product that was in the store was $20 cheaper online. I asked the lady in the electronic sectionIf they could match the price. She said no we can’t match the price as you need to buy it online then pick it up in the store. In my opinion, that makes no sense so I had to go onto the app and buy the product online. Since I was in the store buying products already, I went to see if I could pick the product now since I’m here in the store. I was told I cannot pick up the item up because it needs processed which it was already processed in the app when I looked. This item was just a controller in a box in a display case back in the electronic section. All that needed to be done was a person to walk back there and grab it out of the display case, verify my ID and tell me have a great day. But no I have to wait and come back 3 hours later. Doesn’t make a lot of sense in my mind as I would’ve just processed the order and got the customer out of the store with their merchandise making them happy and completing the transaction.

Within 5 min in the store one of the employees ran me over with a cart and disnt even apologize, rightnext to me another customer looked right at the employees face and asked her a question, she simply looked thenother way like nonone had said a word to her…. Walmart gets worst by the day. Be carefull thats how major companies go out of business down the road. Ill do my shopping on target noving foward.

I've been trying to call other Walmarts in Coconut Creek and Delray Beach to ask them about a certain item I've been looking for, but nobody answers the phone, and when one person did answer, I couldn't understand her because she couldn't speak clearly and then she hung up on me. I tried calling this Walmart for help, but all I heard was my own voice echoing.What kind of stores are they running anyway? It's disgraceful! I've got a good mind not to shop in any of their stores anymore!Well, folks, I tried calling the Boca Raton Walmart again, and this time, I heard the automated voice telling me my menu options, so I pressed "zero" for the operator, but again, no answer. What's more, there was too much cracking on the phone, so it was hard for me to understand what was being said. I tried getting in touch with the operator again, but like last time, all I could hear was my voice echoing!Well, I just give up! It isn't worth all this aggravation!

My primary store is Hillsboro Blvd and 441. This is a true story. Checking out asked for an assist from check out leader to clean the glass so my item would scan. She said what. I repeated. next she told me that my error was that the computer was asking what quantity of Avocado I was purchasing. I urged her to help me as I was carrying my sick 14 year old dog who I had just taken to the vet and sat for 3 hours . I apologized to her for holding the animal and she said, " you smell like your dog," I replied well I suppose I do as I just spent 3 hours sitting in a pet clinic. The rest was not pleasant. I do urge walmart to reconsider obtaining the business I was giving to the next Ice Cream Brand Van Leween, which is being tested in my location. How many customers do you think are going to buy these flavors and let the check out person say they smell like their pet. I bought the cornbread and strawberry jam. Well Walmart, not its time to review your staffing needs.

When we arrived there were no shopping carts, had to go back to the parking lot to get one.In the beef section there was a small flank steak mislabeled with a price of $68 and a weight of over 6 pounds. When I pointed that out to an employee nearby stuffing the shelves, she just shrugged her shoulders and was not interested!

Every time I ask a question to the employees, they either don't listen to the customer or they are unaware of the products.Also, it is very difficult to find halal options in the store.I would like to see more halal products.

This was the last time I went to Walmart. Bought a yogurt Haagen-Dazs and is moldy and still before the due date, I had the same experience with mozzarella cheese twice, but apparently is becoming way more frequent. Extremely concerned about the lack of quality control, temperature keeping of refrigerated/ frozen food.

I could spend all day in here. There's absolutely zero employees that are helpful, except Pamela. She is fantastic. Always friendly and does her job and doesn't make you feel like a criminal for doing a return like the others attempt to do. I love looking at their clearance items and I love finding all the markdowns. I don't mind the self check out, but heaven forbid you have a mistake on the machine and need assistance....you might as well walk away from your register and start over at another one because nobody is coming to help you. They gave me an attitude the other day over adjusting the price of shirt they marked down because it rang full price. Like in robbing the place for the $4 savings lol. Either way, I'm happy I don't have them bothering me while I shop. And the customers are just ignorant. Honking at each other every five feet, holding up the whole parking lot to get a space one more closer to the entrance instead of just walking. Silly things that you just shake your head at. But even with all that, I still love to come here and look at the mark downs and new products.

I was there on 14 August the self checkout line was all the way back past the frozen area with at least 20 people in line . Half of the checkout lines were closed. They were too actual people as checkouts with 15 people in line.While waiting in line, I called the store to all of the different areas even the operator no one picked upNo management in sight they had a security person near self check out and they had somebody else agreed or checking receipts as go out the doorThe lines were like Christmas in August

Took my granddaughter whose attending college at FAU, shopping for groceries at Wal-Mart today here in Boca Raton and I was very impressed that it was highly stocked in every department. Was able to go in and out in less than an hour. Very satisfied customers.

Laura (checking receipts at the door) was too busy chatting with her friends when I walked in with items that I was not sure if they were from Walmart, this is why I went to the front desk (right by the entrance), to see if they were from there. The person at customer service scanned them and said they were not from there so I walked out 4 mins later. Laura stopped me and asked me for my receipt! I explained to her that they were not from Walmart and that the clerk checked since I got these items as a gift and I was not sure where they are from! She asked me again for my receipt and I explained again that I did not have it and why I don’t have it! She stated that I did not walk in through the front door and that she did not see me go in! I said I had walked in 4 mins ago but she was too busy socializing instead of doing her job! She followed me outside and watched me as I loaded my kids to the car! All this took place around 1:40pm, 9/20/23!
