Only one person is decent and reasonable in this freaking pharmacy, everyone else is incompetent and stupid. Their system keeps calling you and texting you and when you finally go pick up your meds , they tell you it's not ready. What a waste of time and energy! This pharmacy has so many issues and their staff needs more training when it comes to customer service and it doesn't help that they're under staff. WALGREENS IS garbage!!

This review is specifically for the pharmacy. 0 Stars if I could!!I have been seeing the decline on the service every time I go. The people they have employed leave a lot to be desired.The line on the drive through is always long and slow, same as the line inside. Staff just seem unmotivated and disinterested on the customers. The people attending the drive through can be heard yelling and not showing any patience.I kept going here because it’s convenient, but convenience is not always better. On Monday Feb. 5th, I just had the worst experience and just have had enough. I have changed to another pharmacy but want to warn everyone, and Walgreens, about this horrible customer service.On the date I mentioned above (stated hoping the pharmacy takes action), I went inside to pick up my prescription. I had been called saying they were ready. After 15mins in line, only one person in front of me I was told I had to wait because they couldn't find it. The lady who told me this said she would call me shortly that she was going to get it ready at that moment. I can see her in the back, on the phone, looking at the computer, talking to other staff… the line now keeps getting longer. Half an hour later, still nothing. She is still back there. I talk to another staff member, asking someone in line if I could cut in quickly. He acted as if he didn’t know anything. I called the lady, who walked by me as if nothing. She said “It just has to be prepared”. Told her it had been now 45 minutes since I had been in the store, and she just walked away.The guy who I talked to said he would personally take care of it. But literally 2 minutes later went to another staff member and told her “I’m going to lunch; can you take care of her?” and just left. The line kept getting longer, none of the staff working there bothered to come and try to make the line move longer and I could hear the drive through person just being disgustingly short with everyone.I am really appalled by the people working in this pharmacy, and as I told them when I called to complain to their customer service department, it was the worst and most disgusting experience.

Their automated Rx system sucks. They tell you something is ready and it's not. I had a refill rejected by insurance because they said it was too soon although I never refilled it. Walgreens says I did at another location. Now I have to wait 3 months to get it again.

Worst pharmacy customer service in the city . Wait times are astronomical. They don’t even greet you at the drive thru . Why even have two lanes . I’ll be changing pharmacy soon as they are terrible here . Update Changed to Publix pharmacy and I’ll never go back . Customer service is 110% better.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. When you call to speak to someone, you reach a call center, not the pharmacy. They then transfer you to the pharmacy. I called 3 times. Each time they pick up the phone and immediately put you on hold. Over and over for 35 minutes, and then hung up on me. If you’re busy, common courtesy would to ask your paying, polite customer to call back, and suggest a time when you’re not busy. This is not the first time I’ve been treated poorly. I’ll be moving our family’s scripts immediately.

This pharmacy staff must have negative IQ points. It’s the only explanation on why every single time the app says the prescription is ready and I come in I end up having to wait an hour. EVERY TIME!!!! (I have been in the drive thru for an hour and a half and it hasn’t moved , not a single car has moved in 90 minutes….)

Worst customer service in the pharmacy and I requested the manager to call me back and that has not happened. I had to go back 3 times because they did not give me all my prescriptions. No apology !

Horrible service. No one waits on you in pharmacy. They look at you and walk away. I literally hate Walgreens in general. If I weren’t on vacation I would never walk into another one again.

Pharmacy is the worst. My usual pharmacy has been out of stock of my medication, so I decided to go here. Over the weekend it took me 40 minutes to even get anyone on the phone and the same person answered 3 times saying "can I help you?" After I had explained why I was calling twice before that - Like are you kidding me?!?! When I finally spoke with the Pharmacist, he told me I could pick my script up that following Tuesday after 10AM since it would be the 30th day. Called Tuesday (today) and some dumb Tech is now telling me I can't get it till tomorrow. So now I have to go allllllll day tomorrow without my medication till I get off work. Like she couldn't understand that today was my last dose. Most illiterate people work here, I swear. I ended up hanging up on her cause you can't argue with stupid. And its a medication you withdraw from, so I will be spending most of tomorrow afternoon not feeling good. My insurance allows me to pick up a day or two early, so I guess they are just going to ignore that fact. There is a reason they allow a day or two early, and It's so you have your medication when you run out!!!!

Pharmacy /clinic Staff are excellent. Never had a problem. Pharmacy Always answers all questions. Never rush me. Warned me of a medicine contra indication with over the counter products The Dr. Didn't notice. 24 hrs open very helpful. I've been there odd hours when ill, every shift excellent. Techs get you your answer and pharmacists are extremely caring, take time explaining and their experience /education is of the highest standard. Glad University or Miami is a big plus for Walgreens Healthcare Clinic. The Clinic is very convenient, best to make and appointment, they have same day appts. If not, reasonable if you need to be seen. Nurse practitioners are knowledgeable, thorough and can take care of many different health situations instead of having to see a Dr. Or until you are able to fallow up with one . Great place for flu shots/ preventive care too. Pics examples of some Items very helpful that were suggestions.

Every time I come in here to pick up pictures, I am left standing for upwards of 10 minutes while other employees walk by. Today I stood there for 15 minutes. A lady saw me and did nothing. Finally I flagged down an employee who I think was a manager and stated that I had been there for 15 minutes with no help while they prioritized the customers up front. He got my pictures and asked me to check out up front. I said that I would prefer to check out there since I didn’t want to wait in a line. He said that he was busy in the back receiving merchandise and could not ring me up. Further making me feel like I was not a priority to the store or the workers. I asked the lady why she didn’t get someone to help me and she said she called for someone but because she is in makeup it’s “not her job to help me”. The only employee that was kind to me was Barry. He was a kind face and he apologized when nothing was his fault. I told him that I appreciate him apologizing but it was not his fault. That I was upset because 2 other employees told me it wasn’t their job to help me. Barry was very sweet and this man deserves all the recognition in this location. Thank you Barry for being kind to me when other employees were not. I appreciate you. Keep being your kind self.

Went there today for vaccination, Amanda was very helpful, the gentleman that gives the vaccine is very nice and has a good hand, I barely felt the injection. 100% recommended.

Thank you pharmacy for rushing filling my order. After the most horrific ordeal and emergency room horrid as well, EVERYONE was helpful, the operator who transferred the prescription and the teach team who had pity on me and filled it faster then it took the ER to give me an icepack.

The worst pharmacy by far. It’s almost a joke at this point how horrible the service is and how the sense of urgency is not present at all. Why do they always say my prescription isn’t available. I call the customer service number and they see it on the shelf at this location they claim to not have. The line to pick up prescriptions at drive through is always long and takes 45 minutes to an hour so pick up a single prescription. They should just close this location down at this point or hire pharmacists that actually can do their job the right way. I could probably get my prescription faster if I just walk in and go behind the pharmacy counter myself. Anyway will be switching pharmacies due to too many inconveniences.

I like to undo the whole places they ask you a question because I got mixed up when I was in one store they changed the name I keep it think I'm thinking that I'm the same place so I like to undo the whole thing again so I can read and understand and then pay attention when they change places one time I'm at Walmart the next time I'm in the Walgreens and I don't see it and then I keep an answer wrong questions so I like to do the whole thing again tomorrow now it's kind of bedtime.

This is the worst pharmacy customer service I have ever encountered. Don't dare ask a valid question about your husband's cancer medication. They are extremely rude and cannot be bothered. There is a pharmacist in particular who is extremely rude. She has been unhelpful and nasty to me on several occasions, I have also witnessed her treat other customers with no respect. Most of the front staff is extremely uneducated and , will blatently tell you misinformation. Don't even bother sending your prescription here unless you want to wait for over an hour for items that you were told were ready for pickup. That is if you're lucky enough for it to even be in stock. Management really needs to step in!

If you enjoy always waiting either outside in line in your car or inside at the pharmacy this is your store. Manager called me to give me other options to avoid that but my rx's require me to show up in person, but that still does not address the real issue and chronic issue of having only 1 person staffing a 2 person drive through. Also it is clear upper management within Walgreens corporate do not care to solve this problem as it has been reported many times over many months. However, the staff that do work there have always been very helpful and very pleasant despite being chronically short staffed by their bosses."...inadequate staffing posed serious health risks by increasing the chances that workers make mistakes while filling prescriptions or inoculating patients. A survey released last month from the association found that 74 percent of respondents said they did not think they had sufficient time to safely perform patient care and clinical duties."

Worst drive-thru testing experience ever. Waited 1 hour and 20 minutes in line only to be greeted by an incompetent employee. She took my driver's license and disappeared, came back and disappeared again. I had to yell and scream to get my driver's license back so that I could leave without getting the test done. Avoid this place like the plague. It should be closed down. I wish I could give zero or minus stars. Even a 1 star review is a compliment to them.

My Walgreens didn't have the meds I needed so they said to go to this store. I traveled an extra 1/2 hour and the person would not look in the computer to see that I was supposed to get a $40 discount. She said they don't accept manufacturer's coupons which they do at other Walgreens. She didn't want to take the manufacturer's coupon info from me nor would she look to see that I had the discount for the last several months.I give the store some credit that they had the medicine ready for me when I arrived.

Dealing with this pharmacy is the worst, most frustrating experience. Having to wait over 9 hours for a prescription filled is absolutely mind blowing. My wife had surgery and her medicine for the last 3 weeks has constantly taken 9 hours to fill. Calling in you wait 30 minutes on hold to be hung up on or told it’s ready soon. Due to my hours of work this is the best location to get her medicine filled, but after today I will go out of my way to avoid this place.

The employees are nice here so my goal isn’t to bash them at all. However, the pharmacy is SO slow that I would highly recommend going elsewhere to have a prescription filled.I was waiting in the drive through line for about 40 minutes before going inside, where I waited another 20. Then, I was told my prescription was going to take another hour. I will not be using this location again

I ordered a poster from here and it was vertically oriented. They printed it horizontally and I was just wondering why it was printed that way and I got a rude response. He then proceeded to tell me that they will not change it and oh well. I would have brought it and just ordered somewhere else the correct way but the costumer service was extremely low. I waited at the cash wrap to tell him its okay I don’t want it if its printed that way but then proceeded to take another customer that was behind me. He then turned around and ignored me. Never have I ever been treated like that in a Walgreens, usually some of the best workers out there!

Worst pharmacy customer service in nearly 49 years of being alive. I had script transferred from the Walgreens near my house because a med that was a must take as out of stock; this one was able to give me 5 days. I tried and tried to get the rest of the 90 day supply of this must take med, but could never get a straight answer. Hold times on the phone were over 30 minutes. My advised AVOID.

Why should my doctor send in a prescription that can't be filled for two days? Horrible service. There's no sense in me having to go here twice so cancelled my other prescription as well. At this point, I prefer to go without my meds.

Being low on staff —yes that is a thing currently —is hard on retail workers they do what they can and it should be recognized.Be kind.
