this facility is managed by the nastiest woman… serious bipolar issue as she was nice upon arrival but then went carnivalape on my daughter who used the restroom…. there was NO signage stating a customer was not allowed to use it!!! Clearly all items were left on the floor and purchases were not completed. Tri county Animal Shelter can do better with staffing…never ever returning!

This store is fantastic! They have a wide selection of items ranging from clothing and shoes (even Jimmy Choo!), to electronics, books, toys, furniture and even pet supplies. Not only that, but they also accept donations of items you no longer need, with the proceeds going to a non-kill shelter. It's definitely worth checking out!

The lady at the counter was very nice and you can tell that she really loves animals. Both of her dogs came up to me and one of them brought me a toy which was cute. I ended up getting both of these pillows for 5 bucks which I think is a good price :-)

The ladies working were friendly. The place is absolutely packed. Almost fire hazard packed. The prices are way too high which is probably why it is so packed. Regardless of the original value of an item, it was donated and it seems like they could do a lot more for the animals if the pricing was more reasonable. Half of the things were not priced and I got tired of asking the prices. It almost made me feel like the prices were made up on the fly. Probably won't return. Too bad.

Love the idea helping animals. ...but I guarantee the staff is helping themselves too much.Everything I asked about was not for sale & tons of Louis Vuitton behind the counter never for sale!Charity and shops are notorious for cherry picking by the staff.Not returning anytime soon.

Went with my daughter yesterday and had a wonderful experience. The Lady in the shop was very nice and welcoming. I purchased a couple things and look forward to going back!

Very rude. I came in here with my daughter back in June of last year to shop for her quinceañera. As soon as we walk in the lady was very rude and gave us a dirty look. She also yelled at us to put our mask on and asked us if we spoke English which I found very offensive. While we were browsing the lady was constantly overlooking me and my daughter and was standing by my daughter as if she was going to steal. Which obviously she wasn’t but she was confused and took it as if she was being racially targeted considering the fact that other white customers were not being harassed or treated rudely by her. She was very rude to us both. I love the store and the items and prices but this store needs to find a new lady who won’t target and glower customers because of their ethical differences and skin color. She also charged me five dollars for a item that clearly said 3 dollars on the price tag. Will not be coming back there again.

Went there yesterday for the first time. Great finds and the prices were more than reasonable. Susan's little dog was so adorable and she was very pleasant and helpful. Even threw in a few freebies which as nice. Definitely will be back!

Went to just look around, the prices are great, the shop is nice and I appreciate what they're trying to do but the older lady in the front is absolutely rude.Had an attitude the whole time, screaming and yelling at customers who walked in without a mask, even while the customers were attempting to put their masks she would be so nasty and rude as if they argued with her.Didn't want to buy anything from how she was with everyone even though I specifically was buying she was nasty with me

I can't believe how rude the miserable older lady "running" (into the ground) this place is. She yelled at me about wearing a mask, I do not mind wearing one and put one on right away but no one has yelled at me like that since my Mother. I was waiting to donate items I know they would be interested in because I asked a few weeks earlier so I am not bringing them in junk they can't sell (nice women's clothing, some brand new with tags and many for work).She was fussing with the dogs in there and telling a customer how she can't wait until 4pm when they close. Just miserable, I promptly left and took my items to the JCC where they couldn't be nicer. Tri County, I try to help you whenever I can through blanket donations, Amazon Smile, money through your FB donation drives and was hoping to support your Thrift Store but you have an extremely toxic person here that is bad enough for me to take my items elsewhere and write this review. Interesting that I am not the first person that is mentioning her.

About 3 months ago I adopted a dog named gia.. I saw her picture and when I called she was still available. The person on the phone was so wonderful. I went down and stay encouraged me to spend some time with gia. She was not doing well in the shelter and they had her in an office . After spending some time with her they told me to Bring my other dog to see how they got along. It was a wonderful meeting and I took gia home.. She is an amazing dog and because they knew her history I was able to adapt her to her surroundings accordingly. I recommend this wonderful facility to everyone. Please ignore the negative reviews they are trying to do wonderful things

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Terrible service and severely over priced for a thrift store. Susan in particular was rude, forcefully gave me "good prices" and got annoyed when I changed my mind because of the high price point.Ended up leaving with nothing because I refuse to give her my business.Go to a retail store for the same price and new items Don't come here

Rude two older ladies running this place. My friend and I visited recently and looking around. They became annoyed with us with everything we touched and there were other customers but they seemed just to target us. Was it because we were the youngest customers or you thought we couldn’t afford the things we were looking? They close at 4 and basically kicked us out at 3:30... literally just us and they didn’t anything to anyone else. I came here to support the place just because all money goes to the animal rescue, too bad it had to be ruined.

The owner is a lovely lady named Susan and some of her great employees make the place a really special atmosphere who are so kind to lend their time to help the animals. I found out that all the proceeds from the store go to the tricounty humane society. The prices are great and there are always some really great funds. I won't shop at any other thrift store!!

Thank you Thank you Thank you!!! A very kind person found our little shihtzu, Bella, who we didn't even know got out of our house! He brought her to Tri County. The amazing staff scanned her chip only to find out it was never registered with all of our information! Thankfully she didn't stop there she went above and beyond, reached out to the chip company who connected her to the vet who gave her my information and she called me to come pick up our Bella! Thank you so much to the awesome good citizen and to Tri County for taking such amazing care of our baby!

I will not come back! I went on a Saturday. No customers were in the store except me and my friend. Now I know why. There was 2 or 3 older ladies working there. After a while shopping I asked to use the ladies room. They told me they do not have a bathroom! How could a store not have a bathroom? Big lie. Trust me. Those older ladies cant go 2 hours without a bathroom! They told me they use the bathroom for storage. So they deny customers use of a bathroom. Not nice ladies! Bad business and I will make sure to.tell my friends not to.go there either.

If there was an option for no stars...I would have taken I! In all my years...I have never experienced worst customer service than here! The woman in charge screamed at me and verbally abused me just because I went un the wrong area of the store...there was no sign that stated for employees only . She could have just told me I was not supposed to be there but instead she went on and on ..screamingat me until I left the store .

I don’t want to talk about how bad the customer service is, many commenters have already covered this. But, I want to point this out; THIS PLACE IS SELLING REAL FUR! REAL FUR! REAL FUR! I’ll repeat myself, REAL FUR!!! How dare you try operating with money from animals killed for their fur, all in the name of saving animals! Woow!! People that adopt animals from Tri-County Animal Shelters, they trust you! It is ridiculous!What’s your excuse? “Someone donated these items and we are just selling them” or “it’s for the animals...” I can hear a thousand excuses...I hope you come to your senses and realize that there is no excuse for this! I’m going to share this everywhere until you know what to sell, how to run a store, and how to really save animals. You don’t even deserve zero stars!What a scam!

Junks at sky high prices. And the people there are abrasive, acting like they know everything and you know nothing. One time they labeled something as Tiffany and I found out was not. Not worth your time, take it from a local who has seen 3 store operator changes in several years, as the quality continue to decline.

Absolutely love this place. The volunteers are so sweet and helpful. This store has wonderful stuff, and the best thing of all is that 100% of the proceeds go towards the care of the animals at Tri County Animal Shelter.

The best thrift store ever. They have a wonderful selection in everything. The clothing are in excellent conditions, some of then brand new. The store is clean and nice and the people there are very friendly.
