I enjoy visiting my local Target store in Boca Raton! Extremely fast service and everything is always very well maintained and organized! Employees are knowledgeable and courteous. A really pleasant experience.

Horrible customer service !! The manager on nights on 12/5/23 is rude and should not be a manager ! I believe his name is ovalues or Darius ! As I was shopping I noticed an item was on sale, after I struggled getting the drawer in my cart I went to self check out where the employee then tells me the item I grabbed was not on sale and I must of grabbed the wrong one. He advised me to go back and take a picture of what I saw was on sale so he could advise me which is the right one. I went back with the picture and he tells me which is the right one. I go back and again , have to lift this heavy items into the cart with no help as their is no employees to help because they are clearly short staffed, only for him to tell me for some reason it’s not scanning as the sale price. He looks at my phone and his system and says “yes it’s definitely misleading but I got you” and then enters the advertised sale price, and walks away. Before I paid , I noticed he forgot to remove the original item that was scanned and I didn’t need so I called him back so he could void it. As he did not have the power to void it , he calls his manager. As he is awaiting for his manager to come , I guess he panicked and took the sale price off the item he adjusted and says “I have to ask my manager first” . At this point the manager walks over and says no he can not do that and the most he can do is 20% off. I immediately informed him respectly of what happened and how I was already told I was getting the price and it was in the system and deleted as soon as he was called. He looks at me and says he does not care as he is the manager . This is the WORST customer experience that I have encountered !!!!!

I love browsing down the aisles. Especially the little corner shelves in the front of store. I always find something to use or gift. I have 3 great grandsons 8;7;6; that come up with the uses of any items I purchase in that corner. I do a lot of my grocery shopping. Their prices are great and the aisles are very spacious.

I wanted to buy a Christmas item on 1/24/2024 I had to go to customer service for a price because it wasn’t ringing up and I picked it up from an area that said 30 to 70% off being Christmas. I figured it would 70% or at least they said they couldn’t sell it to me because it was salvage and I said I’ll take it for 70% off he goes no the best we could do is 30% of that makes sense it just really bothered me that he couldn’t give me 70% off for something that would’ve been 70 or 90% off it was still Christmas I won’t go to the Boca store anymore

Wow! We just unpacked our 'NEW' $100 comforter.This item has been used. The original factory sticker is missing and the comforter had yellow stains. REALLY TARGET??I'll call the corporate office and file a complaint. Didn't expect it from Target.

My family and I were in today and checking out waiting for a self check out to be ready, never enjoying waiting in line in between close space. Seeing as most people use the self check out the line gets backed up. Shonda stepped up to the plate and redirected us to a check out line with Dazmin. I heard Shonda explain how she was able to keep everything moving to a fellow coworker, who seemed to think helping in that way maybe out of there scope….. a simple customer service redirect with a smile and my family was on our way and impressed with Shonda and her initiative and most of all how she handled the coworker nay sayer with a positive and reassuring manner. If Shonda isnt the GM, make sure to find her a store and offer whatever it takes to keep that woman happy, she is a value to your company target.

This store is in need of better leadership. Poor attitude and poor communication especially from the manager that was there on September 23. I have been to other locations and this was not the case. It is generally understood that retail can be a challenging job. However, there is no need to be argumentative and disrespectful toward customers when they are communicating in a civil manner. Way to set an example for your staff. Customers have other options for where they go and it seems like it would be preferable based on the attitude of that manager here that the store have no one shop here.The representative with corporate was professional and understanding of the issue and was able to assist me, which the store was unwilling to do after spending 20 minutes speaking with several employees including the “manager.”

Went there on October 20th right when the store opened to buy the new Super Mario Wonder game on release day. The game wasn’t even out on display and worst of all the bonus item ( a shadow box ) only given to those who buy the game on that particular day in store receive it, which is the main reason I went there and missed out on other bonuses if I were to order the game elsewhere. The associate in the electronic department was very helpful and retrieved the game itself in the back and then checked again for the limited bonus item which they didn’t have at all. Very upset that this isn’t the first time this has happened with this location, same thing happened with the New Horizons preorder and the Amiibo Cards. Also tried to contact the electronic department a few days later over the phone, with no answer.

The layout of the store is wonderful. Very easy to navigate and find the departments that I'm looking for. There's a huge food section on the right side of the store with great prices and selections. Fresh, frozen and dry goods. The products are generally designed for people who want more than ordinary stuff for their home. Reasonably priced and very affordable. The staff was very helpful and professional and friendly.

If I could give this target, zero stars, I would. I have never encountered such laziness in my entire life. If it wasn’t so close to home, I would never come back. I always wait for over 30 minutes for a drive up order and when I decide to go inside after waiting 30 minutes, there is rarely a line. I understand if the store is actually busy but it wasn’t. Today there were 3 employees standing at customer service and no one appeared to be doing any work. The shelves are a mess and it’s impossible to find anything that you’re looking for. I have no idea who the manager is here, but they are clearly not running a tight ship. Unless you’re desperate, stay away. This store gives target such a bad name. Make better choices target because your staff here are not doing you any favors.

Maybe store management changed between when all these negative reviews were written and when I shopped here. Store is clean and well-stocked, and nothing was difficult to find. They are constantly having sales on essential items. It is overall a vastly superior experience to the Walmart across 441 and palmetto Park.

Was delighted to find unusual merchandise in their $5 or less section at the store’s entrance. I’ve seen other stores charge more for similar merchandise. The line to checkout moved fairly quickly.

This is the worst Target. It's dirty, staff have bad attitudes, and the store is constantly a mess. Impossible to ask for help. Fitting rooms close at 9pm and was told this was a "new policy." Funny, because the 3 other Targets I've shopped at said that was not true. Fitting rooms close at 10pm.

I find it very unfair that multiple shoppers were able to apply to price match with other retailers and apply their target circle offers at once. If your policy doesn’t allow that why do it for some and deny others!!!! Very unfair! I’ll take my business elsewhere! If I could give 0 stars I would!

I am fascinated by this Target in particular. It is certainly a fine establishment. Its marketing strategy is unique as it caters to a certain demographic just above Walmart. They have quality brands at inexpensive prices.Today I was assisted by a gentleman named Armando who works in the electronics department who was accommodating and responsive. He was very helpful when I chose to select a PS4 game for purchase. We talked about our similar heritage and I was curious to know if we shared the same bloodline.I also was assisted by Rachel, a girl who was stocking in the men's clothing department. She answered all my questions very politely and had a cheerful disposition. She helped me select the perfect set of Hanes socks, as I had difficulty deciding.In the return department, there was Alexandria who, despite having to deal with technological issues, was warm and receptive when I decided to exchange an item.These three employees deserve credit where credit is due. I highly urge management to recognize their achievements and appreciate them for all the hard work they do.Overall, I love Target because I'm a nerd at heart and love their comic book t-shirts. They also have an excellent selection online and it's never a problem if you have to return an item.My only qualm is the self-checkout, as it blatantly disregards the meaningful personal interaction you can have with a real person at the register.

Was going through self checkout and associate that was "assisting" (informing us which POS to go to) just pointed and grunted. Then seemed annoyed when I was trying to verify which one they had pointed at. Also, it seemed the store generally was not stocked. I'm not sure if deliveries haven't come or if there are problems in the "supply chain." Which I feel some places (not sure if Target is one of those places) use that as an excuse.Update: Google is asking for an update. I assume to see if I feel the same way about the place as I did the last time. I still give it 3 stars, but for different reasons. I don't feel they were understocked anymore, but it felt more chaotic than before. I feel the store doesn't have a nice "flow" to it. So I'm sticking qith 3 stars.

As an avid connoisseur of gastronomical delights, my eagerness was palpable as I ventured into the hallowed halls of "Target" lured by the enticing fragrances wafting from their culinary domain. Alas, my culinary aspirations were swiftly thwarted as I embarked on a most regrettable gustatory expedition.While the ambience and hospitality were commendable, the tacos presented a deleterious spectacle. The once-promising morsels of meat were rendered into a lamentable state of overcooking, resulting in a desiccated and rubbery texture that was as palatable as cardboard. The liberal employment of sodium chloride was egregious, assaulting my taste buds with an unrelenting torrent of salinity, leaving me parched and craving respite.Furthermore, the capricious employment of spices was nothing short of a culinary assault, as each bite was an inferno of sensory torment, with flavors obfuscated by a bewildering mélange of heat. The promised nuances of flavors were eclipsed by the overpowering pyrotechnics of capsaicin-induced distress, leaving me yearning for a reprieve from the culinary inferno.Alas, my grievances were compounded by lackluster service, with inattentive staff who seemed nonchalant in the face of my plight. The protracted wait times for refills only served to exacerbate my dissatisfaction, leaving me bereft of respite from the culinary misadventure.In sum, my sojourn at "Target" was a regrettable escapade, with overcooked, salty, and needlessly spicy tacos that left my palate in a state of anguish. The superfluity of salt and spice obfuscated any semblance of culinary finesse, and the lackadaisical service further marred the experience.

You have to work your own register and check yourself out at this target. They don't have any personnel checking you out and expect for you to scan and bag your groceries. This is not my job and they make shopping work. This dampers my shopping experience from enjoyable to laborious.I don't expect to go shopping and perform unpaid labor. Avoid this target.

It was the day before Mother's Day (5/7/2022), and there were ONLY two cashiers open, despite the long lines, including the self-serve cashiers! The cashier who served us was really slow, and acted as if she did me a big favor for giving me the advertised discount for the handbag I purchased. At the moment my Target phone app was not working, so she referred to her personal app. Nonetheless, fact is I was entitled to the discount; yet she repeatedly told me "I am giving you the 20% discount." I don't like being treated lesser than.

Your pharmacists at the CVS should have access to being able to open the security box to check out the emergency contraceptive…it’s too personal of an item to carry all the way up to the front of a family oriented shopping center such as this one ….Some of us find your lack of awareness for peoples privacy is inconsiderate and insensitive to your customers. I would reconsider that system you have in place. Thank you
