I like it since its a nearby neighbood Publix. And the staff are nice. But I have had experiences with the food being past the expiration date or spoiled. Not sure if it's because it's lower volume of people at that Publix or a lack of checking the products routinely. But I always have to check all the items I buy there for the exp dates. So I only do small shopping runs at this Publix.

Mike is an awesome manager always has a great attitude. Charles in the meat department and the rest of the meat staff are exceptional people. Really enjoy doing business at this location it almost feels like it’s a personal spot. Thank you, keep up the great work.

I am deeply disappointed with the service provided at the pharmacy in this particular location. It is perplexing to witness such a stark contrast between the kind and collaborative demeanor of the supermarket associates, and the rude and disrespectful behavior exhibited by the pharmacy staff. On two separate occasions, I sought assistance from the pharmacy for urgent matters, only to be met with unkind and unsympathetic responses. It is disheartening to encounter such behavior in a critical service that provides medications, especially considering the importance of empathy in such situations. Notably, one of these instances involved my 88-year-old mother. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this store location due to the poor experience I had with the pharmacy. I believe Publix should invest in training their pharmacy staff and foster a culture of empathy towards those who rely on their services for pain relief and medical treatment.

Publix price gouges based on location. This is the closest grocery store to all the neighborhoods to the west and they get away with charging literally 25% more than if you’re willing to drive a bit further. I encourage you not to shop at places that engage in price gouging.

Why go to any other Publix on the main road(441) when you can come here and everyone knows your name. Literally like going to a Small Town Country store. They have everything and are Beyond accommodating shopping here is truly a pleasure

Nice little Publix in west boca. Honestly, probably the smallest Publix I’ve ever been in, but it’s super clean, well stocked and has a very friendly staff 😊👍

I used to love this Publix, but this place has gone downhill. There are only a couple nice deli associates, so hopefully you pick the right day and won't have to deal with their bad attitudes and eye rolls. Also, the produce department has no good options for fruit anymore. I will buy something and its rotten the next day! I have been wasting to much money shopping here and will need to go somewhere else.

I had a problem with the manager there. Very disrespectful and is very vulgar and not nice to anyone even customers. I have seen him do things to others for no reason then I experienced him too myself not a nice person to deal with. His name is Todd. Please customers watch yourselves from this employee he's a very disgruntled employee. I've seen him have it out with two customers a man and a lady for no reason these customers weren't doing anything wrong but the manager Todd says differently. It's his way or the highway

I have been shopping at Publix for 37 years and this one is not one that black people should shop at as soon as you walk in the people are watching and seen to not even want to check you out it is an all white staff that makes you Simferopol very unwanted I didn’t see one black person working there which is odd just drive to the next one down the street

This is very nice grocery store. Everything was in place and it was so organized. The staff was very friendly especially Gregory in the meat department! He went out of his way late on Sunday night to help fulfill a order for me. Such a great customer service experience.

I appreciate that there is a unique vegan option at the sub station, the vegan turkey club, but I don’t think you should advertise a product you can’t actually offer because you don’t train your employees to make the sandwich, and don’t have the ingredients for it. The sandwich was supposed to come with “Meatless turkey and bacon, vegan ranch and cheese, lettuce and tomato”. I only was given the meatless turkey and paid full price. They tried to argue with me that the bacon was not supposed to be meatless, only the turkey, and that the cheese was also not supposed to be vegan, because of the wording of the ingredients. Extremely disappointed, won’t be ordering from here again.

I love my Christmas/Birthday Shark cake. Even though they were extremely busy this weekend, they took the time to make me the best birthday cake I've had since I was a kid. It was vanilla & chocolate with strawberry filling and absolutely delicious. The woman I spoke with was helpful, creative, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I hope she had a great Christmas because she made me and my family very happy.

Overall staff is friendly. Selection is somewhat limited at this location. Deli staff could be a little more attentive, as they tend to cary on conversations with each other and tend to not pay attention to what customers are asking.

I really like this Publix location as it’s super close to where I live. Very friendly staff and is always clean. I do wish that their meat department was a bit bigger than it is with more selections but overall I’m happy shopping here!

The staff here is always so nice. This is a smaller location so we cannot always find everything we like, such as olives or salsa but it's a very convenient location to our home. Most of the shoppers here are also personable and nice.
