I always bring my two Shiba's here for their nail trims. While these dogs are notorious for being combative during nail jobs, the grooming staff has some kind of connection with them. My dogs don't fight and make a sound during the trimming. Grooming staff is always fast and courteous.

Very friendly staff from the moment we walked in. Especially from Andrew, who came over and helped me with helpful information and items I need for my son very first fish/fishtank. You can tell he loves animals and what he does, based on how passionate and friendly he was to us and the pets there, and the information he shared. Overall a wonderful experience and this petsmart will definitely be my home going forward for fish food, items etc. Or when I finally get an hamster.

So happy we came here to get our dog groomed ! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Emily was a gem extremely helpful and sweet , the best haircut ever and so pleased ! This location has a good variety of pet supplies. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The groomers do a great job and can manage even finicky dogs. I also would recommend the obedience school. The trainers are knowledgeable and patient.

I came here to buy something for my cat, and I was getting closer to the entrance. There were a couple of ducks trying to get into the store it was hilarious and cute. According to one of the employees, they do that all the time, and when they finally get inside the store, they freak out. So cute. The store is clean and if you can't find something the friendly staff is ready to help.

We love this place. We have our little girl in classes here with Dani. We will miss her dearly when she leaves I don’t know what an asset she is to this company. Dani is such a wonderful trainer and our girl loves her. The employees here are very nice and very helpful. We visit this store once a week for classes and it is always clean and consistent.

The PetSmart in Boca Raton is a clean and well-stocked store. Staff is always on hand and ready to assist you. I've been coming to this PetSmart for since I adopted my dog more than 7 years ago.Your dog will have a field day with all the scents that are in the parking lot.

The store is great if you're looking to adopt a cat. Good Karma Pet Rescue always has adoptable cats on display and their volunteers bring in additional animals on Saturdays.

Unfortunately, wasn’t good at all.. she didn’t do anything right.. she didn’t touch my dog’s nails.. she said oh when I tried he bite.. that is not excuse if you are groomer you should know how to do your job.. intimate part also wasn’t done right … over all I won’t recommend this place to anyone!!

We have taken or cat here before and they have done an amazing job! They are very kind and accommodating but when we brought her back for another haircut we unfortunately had an inexperienced groomer who didn’t cut her tail or face right. We had to bring our cat back twice in order for her haircut to get fixed it was all a big waste of gas and time! Next time we will just make sure to book with the same groomer. This was very disappointing as we pay for a service and receive such a bad groom.

Everyone is always helpful and if you need assistance with anything. Help comes right away. It’s very big, so they have a lot of variety for all pets and animals. The Cattery is very nice, always cute cats. Dog Training area is huge.

I would recommend this PetSmart grooming salon. I am new to the area and went to a different location and the services that were listed in the basic bath package were not all completed. I was in another state and never had a single problem with PetSmart grooming so this surprised me and frankly made me really upset. So I decided to try this store and used Michayla O. She did a fantastic job! Completed everything that was stated that is included in the service I choose and I was very happy with how my golden retriever looked when I picked him up.

You'd be hard-pressed to think of a pet supply (or service) that is not available at PetSmart. I find that the employees at our local store are well informed and trained.On the other hand, if your needs are simple you're likely to find your local supermarket or superstore a less costly alternative.

Love this location so much! I frequent often to buy my fur babies food and the staff is always so lovely ☺️ There is a Petco closer to me however I rather take the drive to Petsmart where staff is top notch and so much friendlier.

I had my 115 lb Malamute bathed here and WOW they did an amazing job! Akira was just boarded for 10 days and was stinky and full of fur. The nice young man who bathed her spend hours bathing her and brushing her. I am so thrilled! Please remember to tip your groomer! Thank you grooming team!

I moved to Boca a year ago and have only been to this petsmart. Since day one I had a horrible experience and kept wishing my experience would get better if I just met the right person. Today was the straw that broke the camels back and I will no longer return. I have a very easy service. Bath and brush for a labrador. Anytime I would go they charge an upcharge in order for me to pick up my dog right away because my dog doesnt like to be in the cage. THIS TIME I WENT IN AFTER CALLING FOR 15 MINUTES TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE and driving 15 minutes in traffic to get there and the lady in the front asks do I have an appt? Yes, I do, She then says she can't see him today because the AC is broken. I was thinking maybe she forgot to call ME however 5-6 dogs showed up while I was talking. Meaning they called NOONE to inform them their AC was down and the appt would be canceled. This is extremely unprofessional and they have lost my continuous business! I went right across the street and was treated magnificently by PETCO and their prices are 10 dollars less.
