Ellen is extremely knowledgeable about dog breeds and proper fear-free training, and she gives you the tools to continue training while at home. Recently I've enrolled my golden retriever puppy in training sessions with Ellen Gray, alongside daycare, and the experience has been fantastic. Ellen's expertise and extensive knowledge shine through, making each session both enjoyable and highly effective. Thanks to Ellen's guidance, my puppy has conquered some of her fears and has truly thrived in training.

I left my puppies Mac and Crema for the day on a Saturday… what a great experience! I was able to watch them on a live webcam and saw them play and have fun while I had fun at a farmers market. Win, win! Thank you guys for taking care of my babies! I’ll be back soon ! They were very tired afterwards.

We took our rescue, Skye, to PLC for some excelled obedience training. She is 3 years old and already had the "sit, lay down, paw" thing down, we needed more work on her recall and reactivity to other pets. She's a vocal lover, and assumes everyone loves her, too. She jumped on every one and every pet she met. When we met the team, we had only had Skye for about 6 weeks, so when they said they wanted to keep her for 4 I was a little shook, but understood it was to give her the time and attention she needed. We got regular updates and videos with all her progress, and we're able to come and visit her a couple weeks in. She developed such a great relationship with Billie. I almost got a little jealous! Lol! But it was so exciting to see her ability to walk without being distracted, and see the ability Billie and the team were able to uncover in her. They gave her confidence, and also gave us confidence as owners. We recently moved and I was a little hesitant taking Skye to the new dog park, new neighborhood, new dogs.. she did AMAZING! Her recall was perfect, she was not distracted by the pups that were trying to be dramatic, she was great. I reached out to Billie to thank her for all she's done for our family. I am so excited for this new found freedom we have with our good girl. Thank you to the PLC family for being so loving to our girl, Skye. We miss you dearly, but will always recommend you. They brought me out the wrong golden retreiver wearing my dogs collar. She peed on my foot. My dog is a male. I'm glad I got there first because he would definitely go home with any stranger.

I was very nervous for my pups first day. I have to tell you the way we were greeted was so welcoming. I felt so relaxed. When I picked my Stella up and we’re walking to the car she seemed like she didn’t want to leave. Signed her up for 10 sessions and I’m sure she’ll be thrilled. They even gave me a report card for her first day, needless to say she passed!! Very happy to have found Petcentral and can’t wait to start some training.! Thank you.

This is an extremely well run daycare. From the online tools, the welcome sign, online cameras and preparedness when you drop off & pick up your dog. Curbside service is a bonus. The facilities are spotless. Everyone is focused and the business model is impressive. From the dog's perspective, she simply loved it. The play rooms are inside with AC at all times with an attendant or two at all times. Ability to watch all day on web cam is a comforting bonus as well. My dog came home so happy and exhausted. She will be attending weekly. I will also board her there when traveling for business and not stressing. Boarding facilities were also spotless and clear walls instead of chain link. Full time attendant there when boarding too. I'm so relieved to have a place where my dog is not only happy but well taken car of. Very impressed with Petlover Central. Several of my neighbors' dogs attend to with glowing reviews as well.

We went to Disney for one week to celebrate our anniversary and needed a reliable pet hotel. We found Petlover Central in Boca Raton and were very pleased with the attention and care they gave our 14 year old Cavashon, Murphy. Great, friendly staff. Highly recommend.

We have been sending our dog to Petlover Central for boarding and daycare since she was a puppy and we absolutely love it! We really appreciate how clean the facility is, being able to view the webcams, easy booking through the online portal, and how happy and exhausted our dog is when she comes home. And, of course, the photoshoots!The staff is so sweet and gives us peace of mind that she is safe, loved, and cared for with them.

I moved to the area about a year ago and had to find all new people and places where my 16 year old rescue Havanese would feel and be safe and well cared for. My vet suggested Petlover Central and Cody and I never looked back. Fabulous staff--grateful to know these folks are caring for my beloved Cody.

Where to start? I decided to go with this boarding center because of the good reviews and that’s why I feel like I have to leave mine, we have two dogs, we’ve been to over 100 daycare/boarders and never had an experience as sour as this one (including Rover pet boarders), we were requested to take our dogs a few days before to make sure they would ‘’qualify’’ to stay there, we did and everything seemed fine. The day came and we dropped them off, the staff received us with a pretty nasty attitude, the place is very small and expensive, they state you can monitor your dogs through their webcams but we where NEVER able to see them during their three days stay, even though we paid extra to give them a ‘’more comfortable stay’’ and scheduled baths for both of them and they are filthy (see picture) we tried to contact them through every method possible (phone, Instagram, Facebook) to check on our dogs and it was impossible to communicate with them. After all, when we went to pick them up they stated one of my dogs (the 20 pounds, 9 months old puppy) attacked one of the crew members and won’t be able to stay with them anymore (we weren’t planning to anyways), one of my dogs was clearly caged during this whole stay and we found him disoriented and very stressed. This place is overrated and very expensive, their staff is very unfriendly and careless. I advice you to find a better place to take your babies

My pup Reginald absolutely LOVES his time at daycare (photo for proof). It’s always hard to trust that your dog is going to be taken care of when you’re not around but I can honestly say everyone at PLC is so caring and accommodating. I have talked to MaryRose a ton and she is always looking out for all the animals and making sure their health and safety are #1 priorities. I have used a few different day cares prior and while they were all nice, PLC goes above and beyond to ensure that you feel comfortable leaving your dog in their care. My pup loves EVERYONE in there, but especially Taylor for giving him extra treats. Thank you so much for all you do!

I was a little nervous finding a daycare and boarding spot for our puppy Zeus. I couldn't be happier with our experiences! Zeus loves going to daycare, he practically sprints in the door and has the best days. Boarding was amazing and Zeus was spoiled and loved on. Highly recommend Petlover Central!!

We wouldn’t trust our fur babies with any one else. They love staying at pet lover’s central. We recently lost one of our dogs to cancer and they gave us the most beautiful gift package and a note signed by the staff and told us how much they loved our little Buster. My husband and I were so touched by this gesture. Such a wonderful place.

We left our 5 month old puppy for the 14 day board and training, and words cannot express the amazing experience it was, not only was our baby well taken cared of, the trainers did an excellent job with Mia, she learned manners and new skills at the same time she played and had fun with the staff and other doggies, the highlight of our days was receiving the videos showing her progress with training. We will definitely keep bringing her to enjoy all the amenities pet lover central offers for your babies.

I have taken my two dogs to Petlover Central a number of times now for overnight stays. They enjoy the wonderful, caring people that work here and also enjoy the playtime with other dogs during their daycare hours. I would highly recommend Petlover Central for daycare and/or overnight stays if your family is out of town.

Pet lovers Central is the very best in the care they give! My English bulldog is a bundle of energy, he goes in so excited & comes home & sleeps for days. I appreciate each & every member of their team for doing such a terrific job! I never have to worry about a thing when I have to be away, they are great!!!

I have been boarding my dogs here for about 3 years. I will also use the doggy daycare program from time to time. I highly recommend Petlover Central. They are clean, organized and the staff is wonderful. Its a home away from home for my dogs.

The staff were so friendly, helpful and made me completely comfortable leaving my dog in their hands,I watched my dog on-line playing with other dogs. Such a great place. Most places feel so business minded, your dog is just a dog to them. Here, they know every dog by name (some even by their bark) and it just feels so personable. I don’t live close at all but don’t mind driving the distance so I can be sure my dog is getting the best care and most enriching interactions. 10/10 recommend!

Our 10 month old puppy had never boarded and I was a little anxious to leave her especially as she is only 8 pounds. I called initially and Michael was extremely informative and friendly while we went through the options for her stay. We scheduled a visit and everyone was extremely friendly. I had a tour of the facilities and was very impressed and noted how spotlessly clean it was.When I picked up our puppy after her stay she was so happy, albeit exhausted from playing with all the other puppies! Throughout her stay I could text or telephone Pet Lover Central and I also had access to the puppy cams for the day care. I would highly recommend and would definitely use them again!

I understand from one of my neighbors that pet lover central has had no air conditioning there for a few weeks. My dogs went to plc for 15 years. They were the best until they sold to a corporation that does not seem to care. Be careful

Our dog is a boarding guest every other month or so and runs through the door! He is a high maitenance breed and has always come home in good health (his mouth and wrinkles constantly have to be cleaned and it's clear they are on top of it) We appreciate the cameras always work and you can shoot them a quick text. The staff loves our dog like we do and feel that he's in great hands!

People were great-explained everything, answered questions, pleasant, knowledgeable and all were so good with my puppy! Plus everything was clean!When I came to pick up I was recognized right away, didn’t have to wait long. Had a good report, I got to look at the room camera and was told everyone’s name and personality and my puppies favorites were pointed out!When I saw her she was happy and once in the car she fell asleep before I even started the car!I’m so happy and look forward to her playtime again!
