This is a really nice Petco! Most of them are so pale and run down, but this one has shelter dogs (I think only on Saturdays), is super colorful, and they have a great selection of products.

I'm not going to share details about this store. I went here twice for my dog walking business and the staff is incompetent. I also was asking for social distancing and they didn't " hear" me under my mask.So they walked closer to me. A while back I needed money for food and cost of living. I've been a professional caretaker of pets and rescue. They did not hire me I lived in that neighborhood and asked every week if they would help me. They also put my friends pet in danger and he was dog napped while he was hospitalized. Don't go to this store. There is another one in the same plaza. I buy my birds seeds there though it's a dollar more difference. You were warned.

I've had a really positive experience at this store for the most part. The dog training I participated in, helped a ton. Also, it's a nice, clean and organized store to shop in. The employees seem to really strive in getting to know the customers.

I purchased a dwarf hamster here just because of Alyssa who was very knowledgeable and helpful, she took her time explaining the care of each hamster and what would work best for my daughter. I could’ve have bought a hamster at a competitor near by but because they didn’t take their time and explain anything at all they didn’t make me as secure on which breed to get as Alyssa did at this Petco. I would recommend her for any pet needs at this store :)

The entire treat section was some what low on stock. The I always buy $19.00 each was out all sizes. Pallets of merchandise were lined up down the main isles. I didn't feel safe with my pet and forced to go around them , they blocking the treats I was looking for.

No words on how upset I am with this place The groomer (Brent) at this store is horrible!!! Please do yourself a favor and take your pet to a real groomer. He made my beautiful puppy look like a rat. After we agreed on leaving her fur untouched and ONLY doing a light trimming

I love Petco!! Always have everything I need for my babies, and provides awesome rewards and coupons. Thank you Petco for allowing me to feed my cat family with nutritious food, and having the best staff that help with questions and make checkout as smooth as possible!!

There is not a location to park for curbside pickup, so I was asked to park infront of the store and was blocking traffic. Also, they cleared out the order and lost my order which ment I sat in front of the store for another 10 minutes while they picked my order again. I wouldn't of minded, things happen , but to have me park in front of the store at a very busy plaza blocking cars is not practical. Please try to get an assigned area, it's kind of a big deal.

This store is large, clean, and well organized beyond anything I’ve seen in other Petcos. Their store manager and all of the staff are always kind and helpful. Excellent customer service. This is the only Petco I’ve ever been truly impressed with.

I rescued a dog the other day and they told me she was a finicky Eater. They were correct! The people at petco understood and said try the food (dry) and if she doesn’t like it bring it back and try another! They said they would eventually find one to her liking!!

We were looking for a crate for our new dogs and Anil was very helpful to us.. He told us the differences between all types of crates and what would have been the most effective for our 2 dogs. He even offered to take it to our car when it was so hot out side and gave us all coupons to use for the dogs! I will definitely return :)))

We loved the store, the attention of the staff and my daughter got her kitten Nova to her first medical appointment and we loved all the staff from the vet, the receptionist, the nurse and the Doctor

The Humane Society satellite at Petco Boca is an amazing place to adopt a dog or cat from. Melissa, the team leader, is very kind and only wants the best for the animals and people looking for a family member. One of the ladies, Roberta, is very knowledgeable and will help with any of your questions relating to the animals and adoption. I really recommend stopping by because this place is well taken care of and clean. By far one of my favorite places.

I am so upset! I used to love petco it is very clean and organized the staff are friendly but the grooming salon is a completely different story. The only male who works there completely changed my puppy for the worst. I went in for his 3rd puppy trim I clearly told him only bath and puppy trim nothing else pleases. When I got there my poor puppy was completely different I could not even recognize him I was so in shock that I didn’t even have words. Being a szhnauzer/ Yorkie the guy decided to shave his beautiful mustache Due to “he will not stay still” he also traumatized him with a nail trim ! Because before I ever took him my puppy would let me do it it took us 3 months for him to allow us to touch his paws ! I’m so disappointed and on top of that today I met someone at the dog park with the almost the same story

i always come here when i need something for my cat. they have a wide selection of pet products and even small pets as fish etc. they have an adoption center and you can adopt a dog or a cat there. they also offer on location grooming services.

Good products and most of the animals are taken care of well. The beta fish containers are too small. The dogs and cats for adoption are wonderful. Overall, it's a good experience.👍🏻

Please for the love and health of your pet DO NOT LISTEN TO THE "Pet nutritionist" they have on staff there. I went to pick up a bag of my typical dog food (that was recommended to me by my vet) and the girl there went on a rampage telling me I was feeding my dog garbage and that she knew more about nutrition than my vet does? What a joke. She then recommended one of the most expensive dog food brands, that is known for recalls and has been sued for false marketing and didn't have a vet nutritionist on staff till recently. Please do your own research when looking for dog food rather than listening to some random sales spew, every dog is different and does different on different brands. Talk to a vet. I won't be shopping with Petco anymore.

There seems to be a disconnect between the groomers and the customers. While my dog was clean, I made it a point to tell her not to cut or touch his face. When I came to pick her up , my dogs ears were all cut short. A Papillon has long flowing ears. My dog looks like a pomeranian because she cut all the long hair off his ears. Groomer was very pleasant, but she didn't listen to what I wanted.

I have been shopping at Petsupermarket for years, but I decided to give Petco a try... bad idea, really bad service. They simply don't care about your time, even if you'd previously made an appointment, they don't respect that.

I brought my brother's dog there after he died and they took such good care of my brother's dog they clean them up and I was able to find a nice home for him I would absolutely recommend the grooming and the store
