Always super friendly staff that of course remember me because im here so much.I love the self serve dog wash. I bring my Shepard here all the time. I just wish prices didn't go up. But I like that they have everything you need available there, from towels, air dryer, shampoo, conditioner.

They just upgraded the self-serve dog wash from beautifully tiled baths with stairs to metal tubs with a ramp that has a huge gap so much so that I would have to actually lift my 80 lb pet into the metal tub. The metal top has a very low profile on the front so I'm going to get soaking wet.

Brian the shift lead was incredibly kind and helpful, he knew the location of what I needed like the back of his hand and helped find the sweet potato chews my dog loves. The store is clean and is definitely one of the top in the area.Thank you!!!

My daughter and I frequent this store. She is obsessed with animals but unfortunately allergic to most. So we pop in to visit the cats, bunnies, guinea pigs, birds and various other animals. A young man by the name of Derrick is usually working. Tonight, I had to take the time to express my gratitude to him. He is always willing to show my 4 year old whatever animal she wants to see up close and answer the gazillion questions that she ask. He does so very willingly and with a smile on his face. I have never experienced such kindness in a business. Thank you Derrick for making my little girls day every time we come in!

Please BEWARE of location! All of the kibble may be contaminated! I bought a Halo bag of dog food and there were shells around the bag and spiders as well. I didn’t think much of it at the time since it’s sealed, but once I kept inspecting the rest of the other dog kibble bags it seemed to all have the same bug shells on them. You wouldn’t believe what happened when I got home. I opened the halo bag of dog food AND A MOTH FLEW OUT. Upon more inspection I saw MORE MOTH SHELLS IN THE BAG! I don’t understand how a pet shop can be ran like that. They definitely need to have their store inspected for pests. Worst of all is that other people were buying food and maybe hadn’t noticed or inspected the kibble. I’m hoping dogs don’t get sick or pesticides in their stomach. PLEASE BEWARE!!!!

This place is awesome. I walked in not wanting to purchace.. Now i want a cat and his name Rudy wants a home and i dont have the home adequate right now for this fairly feline. So by the time i do he unfortunately will be gone but there's always next time and another kitty. Till next time America shop on and dont forget to spay or neuter your animals

I came in today hoping to get a betta fish. Before my recent betta fish passed away, I owned betta fish for years, and my last one lived over 5 years. When i started very respectfully asking questions to a worker about how my previous fish may have died, he told me to go do some research and denied my sale. i feel very disrespected by many aspects of the conversation being that i am a 19 year old female in this society. I had done a lot of research and I thought the fish was oxygen deprived so I was just asking questions and received the most utter disrespect. I live in an home overwhelmed with creatures and have always cared deeply for all living things, and I felt very underestimated today. All humans make mistakes and learn from them. Unfortunately, I made a mistake by choosing this pet store today. Don’t waste your time. There was absolutely no customers around me to witness this conversation and I wish there was.

It was my first time entering a Pet Supermarket. I was just looking around with my kids. A worker, Sam, came up to us and answered all of our questions. She was so patient and let our kids pet every animal. If you’re looking for a good pet store, go here. I recognized her because she used to work at an animal shelter. She was the one that would be willing to work with the aggressive animals. Amazing service!

I was in this store for 20 minutes today and received no help. I walked the store several times and seen only one person working the register and her name was Andrea. Every time I was going to ask her to help me with dog food she had a line up front. I literally waited and waited.. Eventually i gave up and left. Shame on this place for having one person working midday alone.

Absolutely LOVE Leanne. Best Assistant Store Manager Ever. Had the best attitude. So calm with our Dogs and Kids. Overall just wonderful. Was extremely helpful in explaining what products were and we will definitely be back because of her. We are new to the area and she was super helpful. i've been your customers for years and i'm also joni grooming spa what you guys are doing with them isn't fair to them i'm totally disappointed i'm never going to your shop this is ridiculous you're not a competition you're wanting to destroy a company small for nothing much damage you are doing to them and as of today I am no longer your most shameful customer. I've been a customer of yours for a long time, I arrived at Joni Grooming Spa & Boutique on Saturday and I was scared they didn't have anything to sell and I thought they were broke and then the management of Joni Grooming Spa & Boutique explained to me that they were unable to sell their products. for you and what disappointed me the most with you was the fact that whenever I needed feed, treats, medicine for dysentery, they recommended me a pet supermarket, it is revolting to know that they are not your competitors and being unfairly harmed in this way, I hope this is reversible because otherwise a Pet Supermarket has a lot to lose

Pet Supermarket is a National chain of pet supply stores based out of Sunrise Florida. The company was founded in 1973 by Charles West Jr. of Fort Lauderdale. There are now more than 200 locations and they carry more than 2,500 brands. While they are not the largest of this type of store they like to emphasize their connection to the pets people love like family They carry food and supplies for dogs, cats, fish, birds, reptiles, and small mammals. They sell small animals and offer grooming, dog washes, and offer pet adoptions. Their motto is "we speak pet".I have a lot of pets. Right now my family includes 2 dogs, 5 cats, 1 parakeet, and 1 rabbit, Saving money and buying quality products are my two top concerns. Given the choice, Pet Supermarket is not usually my first choice for pet supplies. I find them to be more expensive although they do have a loyalty program but they have a smaller selection of items. I was shopping in the 5th Avenue Shoppes when I passed by this store and decided to try and knock an errand off my list.On the positive side the store was bright, clean, and well marked. I have switched my dogs over to the refrigerated food like Fresh Pet. Unfortunately they only carry the frozen food and the rabbit section was quite small. I left empty handed although the store employees were happy to tell me where else I could shop to find what I need. It is sad when Walmart has a better selection of dog food than a specialty pet store.

I want to thank Dennis the Manager of this store for the patience, kindness and empathy he showed me. I just rescued a dog and it wasn't responding to the food I was feeding her. Dennis spent an enormous amount of time with me going over what foods to feed her and times as well. It worked. My dog is now healthy. I thank you. My children thank you and so does my new dog. I’m very upset with this business . I’ve been it’s client for a long time, I always buy my dogs treats and food there but now I won’t go there anymore . I don’t think a big company like this should interfere in small business’ work . There is space for everyone. Joni grooming spa and boutique is a great place just like your store , they are just doing their job , just working. The owners of Pets should be ashamed of themselves. It’s unfair to interfere in small businesses. It’s unprofessional. Let the people work !!! Don’t be afraid of loosing your business . Everyone I know goes to both places for different things, there is no need for what’s going on . It’s embarrassing coming from such a big company like this .

I love this place it's really close to home as I live right here in Boca and I bought a dog chain and my dog chewed it and bought another chain and acute it so I decided to get a real chain chain. Chain and they gave me an extra one for free because it wasn't long enough the people here are really cool nice clean store very nice clean store I like it and I'll be back

I love going in to visit the kitties from Peggy Adam's, who are up for adoption to a furever loving home. Tonight there was a new kitty girl named Pebbles, a beautiful tuxedo cat with white paws. It was her first night and she is so friendly, I was surprised because the new cats are usually shy for the first few days. I'm so grateful Pet Supermarket supports Peggy Adam's Animal Rescue! Thank you Pet Supermarket!

They open at 9am and close around 9pm. You can look at the animals and they'll look back at you. Neat!Takes them a bit to actually open the registers when the store opens though. Otherwise the employees seem alright. Competent enough.

Extremely helpful staff. I normally go to the other pet store but since I moved this was the closest one to my house and wow what a difference than the one on Boca and 441. I was absolutely stunned how helpful and caring and knowledgeable the staff is at this particular store
