I love this store! Its convenient for me, it’s smaller than their competitors, and I like the more personal feel here. Good selection of food, toys, and all the necessities for your furry friend. The employees are always super friendly and helpful. Whenever I need to physically go to a pet store for something, this is my go to. I just got my boy some great new stuff for his birthday, and he of course loves it all! 🐾

This pet store was run by people who love love pets. They always have the cuttest pets comparing to many pet stores around Delray Beach and pompano Beach. I got 2 guinea pigs and 1 rabbit from them.

Truely the worst customer service… I’ve been here 3 times and every time I’ve had the very unfortunate pleasure of having to check out with the manager Rick…. He’s so unpleasant, lazy & does not have the simplest of qualities of being cordial & Pleasent to customers… without going into a long rant, save your time and energy it’s a guarantee you’ll leave worse off than when you walked through the doors to buy your fur babies necessities…? How someone like him is graced with a management job is beyond me… even his co-worker was disgusted by him before I had to engage with him… 3 strikes and I refuse to bring back my business back to pet super market 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

This place has everything! We were able to have our poodle sample treats which was fortunate because she did prefer the liver over the sweet potato.Jackson was the most thoughtful and upbeat store clerk. He helped us immensely and had a great deal of knowledge. I feel confident that my puppy likes our purchases.Much better than wasting $ on Amazon stuff that ends up not working out.

I spent a lot of money on fish at these stores both of them one in Boca and one in Del Ray and I had two fish die on me that were over $20 apiece , gold/red spotted Severums. and they will not compensate or replace the fish because it was over seven days?????!all my other fish are Healthy and thriving? they gave me two rotten fish and won’t compensate me??? I will never shop at their locations again I had the receipt and the two dead fish with me! shame on them

I went to this location to decide what type of pet to get my little one. The experience was okay until the manager/Supervisor of the store approached me asking how she could help. I told her why I was there and as soon as I told her how old my little one was, she then picked up her cell phone and began doing whatever it was she was doing. I guess she assumed that I wasn’t going to purchase anything. I was speaking to her, she didn’t answer, I asked her questions and she didn’t answer. I found her to be extremely rude and I’d never spend a dime or any more time in that store. That was unprofessional and it displayed poor taste especially because she is a Supervisor/Manager.

I’m very sorry that I came here today. Every time the employees have been really nice and helpful. They enroll me in the rewards program and everything but today the apparently manager Lisa was there and almost ruined my morning with her attitude and horrible customer service. She was very rude to me in front of my teen daughter. Please corporate do something about this Lisa and her bad bad attitude. These young employees deserve a much better leader.

I like pet stores, but this place I love. Really big variety of food, treats, toys, beds, accessories for all types of different pets. If you know how to look, you can get really great deals too! So awesome

The staff is friendly and the store always has exactly what I'm looking for. It's one of the only pet stores in my area that carrys the food my dog eats. The parking can be scarce (located right next to a supermarket).

Store at Polo Club Shoppes 5030 Champion Blvd, Boca Raton, FL is leaving pets overnight in the building at temperatures near 90 degrees while A/C is broken and will not be fixed till Thursday. I asked manager if they would relocate pets to another store overnight and she said no. Another associate said they will turn a fan on and hope for the best. There are cats, ferrets, hamsters and a bunny being subject to ANIMAL CRUELTY AND ABUSE. I contacted another store to get district manager involved and instead I get a phone call from the unethical store manager who is subjecting the animals to abuse and she starts yelling and coping an attitude. This is disgusting.
