Friendly very helpful employees. They have cleaned and organized this location and it looks fabulous!It used to not be nice so I stopped going there until last week. I was really surprised at how nice and clean it looks! Prices are much better now too. I have been there 3x in a week now. Lovin it.It's is obvious they take pride in what they do.

Sunday afternoon at around 5:30 the staff was so excellent and helpful. My cashier on my receipt says Ronnie who was extremely excellent, very courteous and knowledgeable. Then there was a young lady with glasses who helped us as well. We actually had left Petco because nobody assisted us and we were kind of confused with what we needed. We walked into Pet Supermarket were assisted and glad to spend our money there. Nothing better than knowledgeable, friendly, caring, customer service.

If anyone is looking for fish they take exceptional care of their tanks here!!! Plus ghost shrimp are a killer price compared to anywhere else!!!I made the mistake of going across the street to the competitor the past four months to get ghost shrimp for my Dinosaur Bichir. I got snails in my tank from them & am now battling fixing that.Staff is so nice & they will give you their honest opinion which I appreciate!!! Thanks again, I'll be coming here from now on only!

I purchased liquid vet feline kidney and bladder control at the Pet Supermarket in Boca Raton 441 and Glades. We’ve been feeding some feral cats and noticed the male having trouble urinating. After using 1/2 bottle just 1-1:2 tsp on food in tha AM, he’s doing better and back to normal! Thank you for carrying this product. I’ll always keep a bottle on hand. Thanks for the store personnel who recommended the product and she was very knowledgeable!

Excellent selection, excellent staff! The first pet store I have ever been to that takes great care of their fish. The tanks were clean, and the stock showed no visible signs of disease or distress. :) The staff acted like they cared about both their animals and their customers..thank you!

Bought a pet Oscar fish for $9.99 at this place, didn’t last 2 days. I have $250 worth of fish in my aquarium and they are as healthy and happy as they could be. Either they didn’t take care of it well at the store or it was sick. Would appreciate my money back.

Not just your average, run of the mill pet store. Pet Supermarket can be a little pricey, but they have a greater selection than many standard retailers do! Staff is always helpful and informative. We come often.

The people here have been exceedingly helpful with my family setting up our new fish tank! Wonderful people are here, who helped us not only start the tank, but diagnose issues that crop up with it. Since we went to get help here, the tanks have been nothing but well! From tank, to filter, to water, it's all been up!

They wouldn't take the order over the phone, even though they have a sign out front saying that you can place the order over the phone. The person said they would come out to the car... They never did. I waited outside the store, they never came out. During the pandemic we have some vulnerable people staying with us. Stores like this that are disrespectful of the situation deserve to close. At least they've lost my business.

My husband went and got some toys and things for my puppy but some did not fit him and he did not like. He went to the pet supermarket in Coral Springs and was very happy with the help that he got. So I went to return three things at the pet supermarket in Boca Raton off of Glades Road and had a very great experience with cashier 32960. While she was refunding me the money to my credit card the manager on duty, Candy, came over and yelled at her to stop talking with me because that there was another customer in line. It was offensive to cashier 32960, to me and to the customer behind me. I’ve never seen any manager in my life act so unprofessional and all I wanted to do was leave the store. This should be handled and I am sorry that the cashier I was speaking with had to be so embarrassed. Shame on her!

The manager is not trustable at all. She gave me her word that she couldn't sell a rabbit before Saturday and I came first time in the morning for her to tell me they sold it the night before. I made arrangements trusting in what she said as I thought she was representing a trustful company.

This store is the best pet shop in the area with best prices ever comparing with the 2 other stores people are very professional and friendly . The sales person Brittany (29828) was AMAZING super friendly and very helpful also knowledgeable she helped my dog diet and best food to buy everything she explained was super helpful and answered all my questions Pet Supermarket is so lucky to have her also the place is very clean and neat that's why I only shopping at this store !!!!

We have a new puppy so I took my daughter to pet supermarket to buy some supplies and of course puppy toys. Everyone worked there was great. Super helpful and I would highly recommend everyone go there for their pet needs.

They have competitive prices on dog food this is where we buy our dog's food. Make sure you join the rewards program you get a free bag after you purchase so many. They usually have pretty good sales as well.

Other big pet stores but more personalized attention. I am now able to get my Stella and chewy there so there is no longer any reason to use other higher-priced stores period after you purchase 10 bags you get one for free.
