We bought our Cavapoo a year ago and it has been the best experience. He has an amazing personality and everyone loves him. It has been a year since we got him and he has been 100% healthy. I know their prices are a little high but you are getting a quality puppy. I am attaching a photo of when we got him and now a year later.

My wife started her search late night for a Chuahua and found one online at Palm Beach Puppies. The video was brilliant and had enough detail to have her call and ultimately bring us to the store after a speaking with Maribel. She was awesome with all her assistance and answers to our questions. Alan worked with us and made it so we could purchase this amazing puppy and bring home all the accessories needed. I highly recommend not judging this business by some of the reviews others have posted. When purchasing a puppy here you receive clear documents about what is covered regarding the dogs health and lemon laws for up to 1 year in the event they are diagnosed with anything wrong. You are guaranteed a refund of your money or another dog. Some of the information posted makes no sense based on the paperwork we received. There were multiple veterinarian's on the list so we went right after purchase to one nearby to have a check up and stool sample sent out. They were excellent and said the puppy is in good health.We are very happy and hope others visit and make a purchase that will add joy to their lives like it has for us.

Update; they now go by the name Puppy Buddies to avoid people seeing all the negative reviews that were left on Yelp (which falsely states the business is closed due to the name confusion) Do NOT support this horrible business I had to take the puppy to vet 3 times in first 2 weeks. They did zero when I went in to see if they could help, I wish I had listened to the many reviews here warning not to purchase. I’m embarrassed to say we purchased a dog from them and love her dearly but this place is a scam. Their “warranty” is useless, there are all kind of extra fees on top of the insane price for the pup, we were told we get a bag of food each month which was a lie, ( and we did ask 3 separate times to clarify )they said oh yes you come in each month and get a bag of food. Nope you have to purchase a bag each month to maintain the warranty that they say is included in the price, but was actually a few hundred extra. I know there will be another lame generic response from the store but please do better than we did.

I am very grateful I purchased my panedemic puppy from such a great store, she actually got very sick the week I got her due to a negative reaction to a vaccine and had to be hospitalized for a week (!) but the owner of the store took care of everything, I was incredibly grateful for his consideration. Now Bubble is doing great!

The owners and employees at Palm Beach Puppies are nothing short of amazing. After suddenly losing our 6 year old Maltese, they were there with the perfect Maltese puppy to fill the gap in our family.Not only are they incredibly professional and informative, they truly care about these puppies. They make sure they are properly cared for and insist on you visiting an approved vet within 48 hours.The store is extremely clean and they have everything you need for your new puppy. While we were looking specifically for a Maltese, they seem to have a good variety of great looking puppies.I strongly recommend visiting them if you are thinking of adding a puppy to your family. My family could not be happier.

Yes, I do love these puppies. I did not buy one, but I just wanted to say their parents spend their whole life in a cage being tortured to make more pups and don't even get to spend time with them. These puppies parents deserve to have a better life. I hope this makes you guys feel bad.ALL YOU CARE ABOUT IS MONEY

We shopped with 3 different puppy stores and had a terrible experience with the other 2 (Petland is a ripoff and Forever Love puppies has rude, unprofessional staff that don't get back to you). We can't say enough good things about Palm Beach puppies. Actually spoke to the owner on the phone several times, Alan is wonderful, as was his staff. and most importantly our puppy is AMAZING! I have had dogs all my life and have never had such a smooth transition, this dog is clearly healthy and well cared for, happy and perfect. He settled right in. And he is ADORABLE!! There were so many cute dogs there. Yes, these dogs are expensive but the financing makes it easy and the dogs are actually a bargain because in truth they are priceless. Thank you Palm Beach Puppies!! We love our new son!!

What a positive experience we had purchasing our Pomeranian. The owners were so helpful and knowledgeable. They consider every detail and it shows in the way they manage their business, the quality of the puppies they carefully and mindfully place. It’s a pleasure to do business with people who put the best interest of their puppies and perspective owners before everything else. And as for accessories...they have an impressive line of products for sale with beautifully created leashes and harnesses. Many unique items to pamper your fur baby with. A+++

Refuses to give prices on phone and even in person my husband went to see a yorkie today and the experience he was subjected to is highly questionable. We bought a morkie 10 years under different management prices were reasonable and felt comfortable. He said he felt like he entered a car dealership. He was placed in doggie pen to play puppy for 15minutes.. The employee Wouldn’t give a price still. My husband had to endure a presentation first. The cost was $8300 !!!!That is not a cost for a yorkie I have owned yorkies for 20 years And a current owner. That is absurd and seems like an unethical business practice. I really hope their puppies get sold and that they change their business scheme.

I bought a pup here for $6,500. I was promised that she was from a reputable breeder. I trusted them. As I was checking out they mentioned that she had a hernia that was scheduled for surgery the following morning. What the heck? I took her to my vet instead who informed me that the hernia was not painful & could be corrected in the future when she is spayed. I am glad she didn’t have to undergo unnecessary surgery.After having our new pup for a few weeks we were thinking that it would be cool if she could see her parents again at some point. We looked up her breeder and he is in the “terrible 100”. These are breeders (puppy-mills) where the dogs are in horrible conditions & have suffered injuries, neglect, so forth. Her mother’s jaw was actually broken and she was unable to eat. Furthermore, these types of breeders do not bother themselves with the early stages of potty training. Reputable breeders will start the process early for the benefit of the animal and their future owners. We have hired top trainers and have been persistent but dogs who spend the early weeks of their lives this way are incredibly difficult to potty train.I gave 2 starts because we love her very much. I am heartbroken that we contributed towards the unethical treatment of animals.

I couldn’t say anything better about my experience with Palm Beach Puppies. From the second I walked in the door Alan and everyone were very helpful and accommodating. I came in with two younger daughters and they were great about them being in the store and letting them play with the puppy. We bought a teddy bear who they had flown up to NJ for us even when everything was going on with the virus. Our teddybear is such a good boy and very healthy. He got checked on up in NJ and they couldn’t say how great he looked. I loved my experience and was so happy that I made this decision. I will definitely be coming back and checking in with the store to buy all their new amazing pet supplies as well! Thank you to everyone at the store for all your help and thank you for our adorable puppy!!

Please do not buy your puppy from PBP! No matter what they say a truly responsible breeder does not sell their puppies to pet stores; they want to meet their puppy buyers in person and do not sell their puppies to the first person who shows up with cash in hand! This store deals with the top 1% of irresponsible puppy mills in the nation. By purchasing your puppy from PBP you are contributing to sick, unhealthy and inbred dogs. Please consider giving a rescue dog a home! Their prices are not reflective of top breeders but rather greedy individuals who do not care about the animals they sell.

My boyfriend got me a puppy Siberian Husky from this store & it was the best experience I've ever had! They totally make sure they give you a healthy puppy, I even got to meet my puppy at the actual vet they send their animals to! He is completely healthy and absolutely beautiful! They also sell a puppy package which is fantastic! It brings absolutely everything you need plus some great toys! Everyone was absolutely great as well they have some awesome informative workers! Thank you so much for the new addition to our family & we will definitely recommend other people to this store!

We purchased Lola (female yellow lab) in October 2017 . She was 4 months old and they gave us a big discount for this reason. The staff/manager that day, it was a Sunday, was very nice to us as well as the other employees. I am writing this review 8 months later because I wanted to wait and see our Lola's growth and health to give a honest review. We were blessed with Lola. She is very energetic as one can expect from a lab puppy but she has never chewed on furniture or walls. She was housebroken after two weeks of training. She hardly ever barks, and she is the sweetest dog I've ever had. She has no medical issues and is a fast learner. Overall, Lola's temperament and health is good which says lots about the breeder they choose. Nevertheless, three weeks after we purchased Lola I walked into the store looking for a collar and the attendant on duty at the time (had black hair) was extremely rude. That day I wanted to write a negative review but after coming home and seeing Lola I did not because I would not like to ruin the chances of another dog having a family so I did nothing. Fast forward, my Lola is one week from being one year old and I am thankful that we found each other despite the circumstances.Joan

I am so upset that this place is now under horrible new ownership and management. I have visited this store multiple times now because I bought my last dog from here only to meet extremely rude employees / management and literally get robbed. I bought my last cavalier from the old owner Alan for $1,800 - he is absolutely PERFECT, pure bred, and healthy and when I went in to get another cavalier today I was told the price is $6,500. ?!?!?!?!...THAT IS UNHEARD OF!!..Your "quality" of dogs is no better than the breeders in South Florida that charge half the price. The "quality" you mention in response to negative reviews below is a sad excuse because all of the South Florida pet store puppies come from the Mid West and are all amazing dogs. I am just completely appalled. You justify your prices by offering to take the dog to "your vet" but we all already have vets in this area that we know and love. The manager of the store is extremely rude, keep in mind the dogs were all rolling around in their own poop and it smelled horrible. Good Luck to you. I understand we all have to make a living, cover bills, etc. but this is just so wrong. I hope nobody falls for this SCAM!!

I want to take a moment to review palm beach puppies and thank the staff for helping me and my family pick the right puppy for us. They were so friendly and answered all the questions we had about all the dogs we spent time with. The staff made sure we were happy with our new members and the process was thorough to the (T) from picking the right puppy to picking out the right leash and the paperwork. We have had our puppy for a month now and couldn’t be happier. We definitely recommend Palm Beach Puppies thank you guys for the our Coco Bear.

We purchased our GoldenDoodle from Palm Beach Puppies and we couldn't be happier. She is the sweetest, gentlest and cutest puppy ever. At only 12 weeks now (we purchased her at 8) she is already house trained, sitting, laying, staying (all on our own). You can tell what a smart dog she is!! We are so proud of our Gaby and very happy with our purchase. Thank you so much Palm Beach Puppy. For those looking for an amazing companion I would focus on the dogs in this establishment and not judge the staff so harshly. Taking care of 15 dogs at once can't be easy!!

We went to see Alan and Heidi Garson when we decided to add a new puppy to our family during this virus crisis. We could not be happier! Sophie our new dachshund puppy, is a happy, vibrant addition to our lives! Palm Beach puppies have a wonderful reputation for selecting and selling healthy, sweet, beautiful loving puppies! After having several rescue pets over many years, we decided to get a Pedegree of our choice. We could not have dealt with a better vendor then Alan. This puppy has enhanced our lives greatly and helps to make our sequestered virus time at home so much better. if you are considering a specific breed of puppy you can’t go wrong dealing with Palm Beach puppies! They are truly at the top of their game and my wife and I are truly extremely happy with Sophie!

I called on the phone to get a pricing for a Yorkshire terrier and the guy on the phone was absolutely rude. He seemed rushed and he cut me off when I said I was asking about the price for the puppy , he said “I need to speak to your parents “ .... I’m aware that I might sound pretty young on the phone but I am 24 years old and all I was calling was for a price. I’m not buying a puppy from here. I’ll take my business elsewhere.After my bad phone experience, I decided to read the reviews and I noticed a lot of people saying the same things. Nasty customer service. And if your young they’ll try to scare you off because they think you’re not serious about buying. Younger age groups are always looking for dogs so it’s unfortunate the way they treat customers. My family was very serious about buying a yorkie , too bad their customer service drives people away. Think twice about giving them your business.

Buyer beware! I purchased a puppy and was assured their puppies come from “the top 1% of breeders” and that if my puppy had congenital health problems they would cover up to the purchase price of the puppy. My puppy was confirmed to have hip dysplasia and luxating patellas by 2 different vets. I called to speak to the manager and was told she wasn’t in and they would ask her to call me back. She did not call me back and when I finally got hold of her she was rude. She told me to contact Petcare Solutions. They gave me the complete run around. I got a different story every time I talked to them. They told me I needed to get her evaluated by a vet in Palm Garden, which is more than 2 hours from where I live. They finally agreed to let me go to a vet hospital closer. That vet again confirmed the diagnoses. They have paid for nothing. I believe they make deceptive claims!

My friend bought a young pup from this place and was happy with it until it died about two months later. Apparently the dog had an illness that the staff did not tell her parents about. They tried getting a refund but the store never paid them back, despite fooling them into buying a sick dog without their knowledge. After asking her more, my friend told me that a similar scenario had happened to her parents’ friend. I encourage you all to be cautious about this.

I purchased my Peekapoo from Palm Beach Puppies and she is very healthy and perfect. I've had her for 7 months and she is a great addition to our family. The people at Palm Beach Puppies were very helpful and even called me two weeks after my purchase to see how we were doing. Great customer service! They also sell very chic dog carry bags, bows , dog beds and much more! If your looking to purchase a puppy I would definitely suggest to check out Palm Beach Puppies.

I purchased a Golden Doodle from PBP a week ago. I went in to look at a specific dog which was on hold. I looked at a few and was not feeling it. I was dealing with Amanda who was the absolute bomb. She asked if I was opposed to a big dog and I said no. I looked at a Golden Doodle that I passed by. I actually spent five minutes with the dog and was in love. I had a lot of interaction with the Manager also - Maribel. She was amazing also...and the customer service skills were exemplary. If it were not for Amanda, I would not have this beautiful addition to my family. They both gave me the time I needed and served me greatly. I would go back but I now have three dogs!! THANK YOU SO MUCH.

If I could leave 0 stars, I will. I had the most unpleasant experience visiting this place which name suppose to be "PuppyBuddy" but if you look up into internet is named as well "Palm Beach Puppies". After loosing my beloved pure breed diamond Maltese after 14 years of joy, I finally considering having a new angel. I came across this place just to leave heart broken and sick by the way and condition this business have all these innocent puppies.First, we entered this shop and was abruptly approached by a rude kid saying in a bad tone "You can NOT touch the puppies"!. Ok, I said , I'm sorry...The puppies were desperately for a loving human contact for sure. Then, one of the employees started spraying an overwhelming amount of a horrible abrasive toxic cleaning product on the floor that filled the whole shop that had NO air circulation whatsoever. So, my friend and I immediately had an allergic reaction to this toxic product that had an overpowering horrible synthetic fragrance on top of all. It was that obvious that even rude staff had to open the shop's door to "try" to release that poison from the room. I was appalled to see that after opening that door, the woman kept spraying the toxic product so much even on these two baby malteses inside the cradle. OMG, poor babies, if only they were conscious enough to know this poison is not only harmful for the puppies but for every human inside that business. This is why all those puppies looked sick, red eyed, anxious and tired. They all were chewing on their paws which is a strong sign of allergies!. I have to add the crib's condition were dire as well.Feces and urine in most of them. No water in their plates, no clean bedding. For an animal lover like me it simply was hell. I will never support this kind of treatment on an animal. I asked to talk with the manager but no one was on site and the staff was completely useless. These puppies are very neglected and they have the nerve to ask this ridiculous amount of money for them!.
