The staff there was amazing mostly Jasmine Sadik, she really cares about the puppies and you can tell she loves the puppies and her job. She was more than helpful with our new puppy and she made the process really easy I’m definitely coming back to get my second puppy from her! Jasmine Sadik was awesome go talk to her !

This will now be our second purchase from LOVE MY PUPPY! We got our dog Ella here 10+ years ago and she is still healthy and happy and now with a new little sis! My boyfriend and I couldn’t recommend this place more! We got our puppy here and she is the best. Everyone at Love My Puppy is so nice and knowledgeable and they have the cutest puppies at very fair prices. Rose was so calming and the puppies all trusted her and I’m so glad we did too! There is no reason to go anywhere else for a new puppy or groomer except for Love My Puppy in Boca!

This is one of the cleanest and well kept stores around. From management to all the employees. They are just so knowledgeable and very kind. They just don’t have cutest little puppies but in my opinion the healthiest little ones. Joanne is amazing and such an advocate for her puppies. They only acquire the best and sell you the best. If you are looking for top quality this is the place for you. We bought our little girl Lola from her and have never been happier with her.

I found this store from doing months of research for a mini golden doodle that would fill my home with love and joy! I loved all the reviews from this store and reached out to the owner via the website because I saw only one red golden doodle that was perfect! She called back promptly and my fiance and I were on our way to rescue our precious pup Sonny! The store is so clean and welcoming, we got our baby Sonny and everything he needed like food, toys, and treats from the store the same day which made it super easy. We took him to the vet the next day and he is in PERFECT health. We've had him a little over a month, and I am so grateful to Joann and Gina! I was able to bring in sonny for a little mini wash and he came back so clean and happy. This is a family oriented small business that I love and will recommend to everyone! I am a customer for life! Love My Puppies provides concierge puppy services. We are in love with our new puppies Elly and Piper. When we walked in for the first time, the place was silent despite being full of pups. Love My Puppies takes loving care of their puppies. Follow their advice and you will have precious, behaved puppies. They deserve 5 plus stars. You will not be disappointed.

We had explored the option of getting a dog but never got very series. We honestly went in to the store one Saturday morning just so the kids can look at the puppies while waiting for a table at the restaurant next door. The owner was very helpful and shared her knowledge and experience with selecting the best dog. In other stores we had visited in the past they were not as friendly with our kids and pushed to make a sale and leave the puppies alone of you were not buying . We wound up falling in love with a 3 month old maltipoo and made a sporadic decision to take home our first family dog that day.It couldn’t have been a better decision and we thank the team at Love my Puppy for helping us find our new family member.

Outstanding service. We love our puppy! The atmosphere here was awesome and felt very loving, and caring. The owner and her assistant were very knowledgeable and answered every question w/ out any hesitation. Our puppy was already potty trained (which is a plus at only 3 months!) and he’s just filled w/ love! My kids are the happiest and there’s no better feeling! My experience is always fantastic. I love my puppy. The store is immaculate. Has the most creative items for your dog period Yasmine - Groomer is exceptional. I have a very elderly dog and a very young dog and she cares with them with special TLC. The owners are warm and friendly and always there to help you strongly. The owner Joann was very patient and willing to help us with plenty of information and even FaceTime chatted with us before we drove all the way from Orlando to pick up what is the most perfect puppy we have ever owned! Some people may say we were crazy to travel so far for a puppy but with Joann’s willingness to answer all of our questions and work with us to find the best puppy for us it was the best three hour trip. Joanne chose the most wonderful puppy for me based on my needs. I was looking for a very calm small female. She went on FaceTime to show me what she looked like and to show me how calm she was. I went to her shop to meet my “little angel” and was immediately in love. She gets along great with my 3 yr old Havanese. I would recommend Love My Puppy to anyone looking for a healthy, happy puppy.

I was in search of certain size and breed of puppy. I was misrepresented facts About puppy’s parents. I called breeder directly in Kansas and was given the truth about puppy’s parents . The store lied to me about parents of puppy just to get a sale for puppy. Very bad business. The store was only concerned in making a sale and making money and not what customer wanted. Yes because when I came into store you all kept telling me he’s just fluff. His parents are small. Asked you weight of puppy s parents was told 5 to 6 pounds. Sad . Joann seriously. You ordered this puppy for me from Kansas and parents were supposed to be small poms. You lied about parents weight just to make a sale.

We got our puppy here a few months ago and had such a pleasant experience! The owner and her staff were extremely informative and friendly to us. They were also very honest with everything they were saying, which we have a lot of respect for in regards to customer service. We occasionally come back here to get our puppy groomed. Love My Puppy does an excellent job grooming the dogs for a reasonable price, especially compared to other pet stores in Boca. I definitely suggest to consider buying your dog from this place!

Love My Puppy helped me in my search to bring home the newest member of my family, a happy, healthy pug puppy! I came into the store looking for a pug (there were none currently there), but the staff quickly searched and found my pup. He was at the store within a week and a half. In addition to a wonderfully friendly staff and plenty of vet options post-take home, Love My Puppy provided my boy with his first round of shots, food (which my vet raved about the quality of their choice!), and constant communication. I am so thankful to have such a happy healthy puppy!

Four years ago I purchased my loving, loyal, sweet, healthy cavachon from Love My Puppy. It was an amazing experience and still is to this day as we take her here to get groomed here every few weeks! The staff is friendly, accommodating, welcoming and the grooming is amazing. Yasmin does a great job and most importantly she takes care of my dog. She is never scared going here, they listen and they really make her and myself feel comfortable everytime we visit. I feel safe leaving her here, which is very important to me.
