Barbara at Holistic Pet Cuisine saved my sanity with our two feline family members. Until approximately two years ago, we were spending thousands of dollars and putting our Abe and Eve through multiple tests, surgeries and various medications. I stopped into Holistic Pet Cuisine and Barbara spent almost an hour educating me and helping me choose alternative foods for both Abe and Eve. Neither of them have had any issues since I switched their food and the only thing they see the veterinarian for are nail clippings and health check ups!Thank you again Barbara. You are the best!

This place is the BEST and Barbara and her staff are AMAZING! My scottish fold has been eating Small batch raw chicken for years and then started regularly regurgitating it after every meal. I spoke with Barbara about it and she recommended the Primal Venison raw. I was skeptical, but he has been eating it for almost a month now and no regurgitation! My other cat still eats the small batch raw chicken and has no issues. Rather than spending tons of money at the vet who will usually have no answer now I just ask Barbara!! So knowledgeable!

So glad I found this store for our 4 fur babies. Barbara takes an interest in what she is selling and asks specific questions about your pets. Very knowledgeable and very nice. We found a great selection of nutritious food for our 3 dogs and cat. We also took a couple of suggestions from Barbara and tried some new foods. What was suggested worked out great and was a hit at home. This is our new goto shop for all our pet food needs.

This pet store is amazing! The staff and owner are very knowledgeable about what is best for your dog or cat. They go above and beyond to help your pets be happy and healthy. I have had many health issues with my pups so I’m in the store frequently to confer with Barbara for suggestions regarding food and supplements to help them. If she is unable to answer my inquiry, she will stop and research my question to find the appropriate solution. I depend on Barbara and her staff to guide me in the correction direction to help and heal my puppies! I would never purchase my dogs’ food or supplements or toys anywhere else. This store is a MUST GO if you’re looking for the best for your pets!!

I’ve been coming here to buy food and treats for my dog for some time. You’ll be lucky if you even get a hello when you walk in the door, let alone any real customer service. They treat you like you are inconveniencing them every time. I went in again today, only bc of the convenience and was let down once again. The girl who rang me up, waved my cc in front of my face bc I was looking at my phone while waiting. They are just rude and overcharge you for everything- look up the brands and go online, you’ll get a better price and definitely better customer service.

Great place for your specially or non grocery store pet food! Many great options staff is always very polite and helpful. I'm sure they can help you get the food if they don't have it in the store!! Just ask. Lastly, when you checkout, take a look at the products on the bakc shelf, I got a great SunScreen for my pet!

First time visiting. HUGE selection and very helpful/informative/engaging owner... wish she would have listened a bit more than she talked, though. Will definitely be getting our big old puppy man's food here since our move north. Their delivery service is a plus!

Our cat, Rocco means the world to us. When we rescued him we immediately realized how special he was, but we also noticed he had some digestive issues and we would often find blood in his stools & he would often throw up in the mornings.. We took him to our vet, who we do very much like – but their advice was not making this issue disappear. We heard about Barbara Rotner, Owner/Founder of Holistic Pet Cuisine and thought we would give them a shot to help our little guy. Barbara had immediate solutions to our problem and was beyond thorough, genuine & you can simply tell.. she knows her stuff. She confidently recommended the Primal RAW Diet (Rocco loves Turkey & Salmon/Chicken the best) and we seriously could not believe the results. There was an IMMEDIATE positive reaction to eating this food over the standard product provided in grocery and chain stores. There was no longer and to this day, no blood in his stools. Rocco’s energy was and still is very lively – he is more active and you can tell he feels better and happier & his throwing up has been contained through her guidance. His coat has gotten thicker & it is 100% a result of this food. As Barbara taught us regarding many people with cat allergies – “They are not allergic to cats, they are allergic to what they eat & the dander in result of that..” We have seen first hand people who are highly “allergic to cats” be able to stay in the same room for hours as Rocco and no longer have the congestion or hive issues, etc. It is truly the food & could not be any more highly recommended! Please speak with Barbara, she will change your animals’ life! We could not be any more thankful for her care beyond working hours, always being honest and assisting with real solutions to make our cat/son, Rocco – feel his best every day. Thank you, Barbara!

This is the best place to buy good nutritious and real food for your pet, Barbara the owner is the best, she knows a lot about nutrition and what is best for your dog. I went to see her as my 14 year old dog was having chronic diarrhea and was very skinny, veterinarian keep giving him antibiotics over and over which made situation worst and worst. Barbara suggested raw diet combined with probiotics and two months later he is back to life!!!!! Thanks Barbara you are the best

I have been a customer for over 13 years. Barbara has been so helpful with my 13 year old Golden Doodle. From early stomach issues and dietary concerns when she was a puppy as well as in her senior years. Helped with ear issues, acid reflux and inflammation issues by recommending wholesome and holistic alternatives. Not everything works, but she keeps trying and her experience always has gotten me to a solution.

Best Holistic pet store in the area. Owner is friendly and so knowledgeable and informed about her products- which by the way, are so many. Excellent selection. My cat whom was diagnosed with kidney disease and was not doing so great, is now full of life (even playing everyday) after I switched his diet to freeze dried Felines Natural. He is also obsessed with the bamboo stick toy I got him there which came highly recommended :)If you care about your pet living a long healthy life and about supporting local businesses this is where you should be shopping!

Been going to the store and purchasing Wynwood Renal Support food for my dog that will be 17 years old next month for about 3 months. She loves the food, and would not eat any of the veterinary prescription food we had purchased. Total turn around for my baby. Highly recommend the K9 Biotics!!Our hound mix Jolene has had chronic skin conditions, welts on her stomach that she licks until they get infected requiring constant vet visits for anti biotics…. Then monthly allergy injections were recommended until Barbara, the owner of the store recommended this supplement which is an antioxidant with super greens etc as well as containing histamine and I’ll be darned if her belly is completely cleared up -we have not had an issue in months!Thank you thank you thank you Barbara from both of us and Jolene ♥️

The Owner Barbara and her staff are amazing. They are so great in informing you what can help your dog. I have two dogs they have been itching and biting themselves here in Florida especially where their allergies are so high. I tried The K9 Biotics as recommended. I put in in with their food. They love it. The results with in a couple of weeks have been amazing! They are not biting at themselves or constantly itching themselves. they are more relaxed now and they feel so much better. My Vet put them on Apoquel and Cytapoint injections. Now I no longer give them cytapoint injections and I weaned them off the Apoquel. I really don’t like pumping them up with all this medicines. I rather try a more natural and healthy approach. This is a one of the best products. Their coat is healthy and also my dog has a sensitive stomach which i was constantly giving him dog Pepcid medicine and since giving him the k 9 Biotics his stomach is so much better! No more Pepcid. So happy with the results!!!

My petite mini goldendoodle (11 months old) was experiencing digestion problems very often. About every 2 weeks she would not eat, drink and often times throw up. She was very lethargic as well. I racked my brain trying to figure out what was the problem! Our vet offered no assistance except to put her on antibiotics and other drugs... I was at a crossroads and started to research holistic approaches online. One of the companies had a link to the store HOLISTIC PET CUISINE on Clint Moore Rd in Boca Raton. What a miracle to have found this company and the wonderful owner Barbara. She spent time with me and listened to my concerns. The food she recommended, PRIMAL RAW frozen nuggets has been a total game changer! My dog Lucy LOVES it, eats enthusiastically, is happier, more contented and has had ZERO digestive issues! She is a different dog!!! I was skeptical about the raw diet initially but trusted Barbara and I am glad I did. The frozen nuggets contain all the essential nutrients that are necessary for a complete and balanced diet. They also offer a supplement called K9 Biotics that provides the probiotics/and other antioxidants that add additional benefits.Go see Barbara and she will help you find a better food solution for your dog or cat. Can't recommend this place highly enough!

They suggested the Primal Nuggets to me which are frozen and need to be defrosted. So they are kept in the freezer and defrost for 10min on the counter before serving. The second day of giving my dog her new food, she insisted she wait in the kitchen and bark to check on it until the food was ready. I’ve never seen her do that before! Anyway, great staff & great products :)

Our little dog is now in his teen years. With that said, he looks like he is 2 to 3 years old. We have been feeding him raw food from Holistic Pet Cuisine since he was born and it has really made a difference. They have so many healthy, non-gmo, organic products to keep your pet at their best. I highly recommend this place for not only their products, but for their wonderful customer service as well.

This is the #1 holistic pet store, I would never go anywhere else. I trust the owners of the store because they know what they are talking about and you see the passion that they have for your pets health. The owners have extensive knowledge in the health of pets, in my case, my dog. So they can really understand the needs of the customer (and the customers pet), the staff gives you personal attention while you are in the store. If you are looking for top quality food, treats, etc. and amazing service, Holistic is the place to go.

My wife travel from Boynton to Boca and we buy our pet products from Holistic Pet Cuisine loyally for our dog, We believe in our pets health.we would buy 2 bags of primal pronto raw dog food at $30 for beef and $35 for pork. The store says it gives you a free bag of Primal after 10 bags purchased which sounds great. However after I came in to the store to purchase another bag and pickup my free bag, I was told that I didn't have a free bag coming, The so called manager said I only had 9 purchases and that I would have to buy another to get the free bag. I was also told they had to be of specific type and other BS rules. I was really mad and asked that my receipts be printed out. Once printed it was determined that I had purchased 14 bags,but the manager still insisted they would not get reimbursed if they gave me the bag because of some receipt for rebate they needed from the manufacture. I explained that/s not what I was told and after a lengthy discourse I was able to get the bag owed me however not of my choice. well I spent a lot of money with these folks not counting collars and other treats and I have never asked for anything and when I did it was a fight. well I have found another pet store on Linton just pass target that not only sells me the Primal Pronto food for less,but offers discounts and coupons. I guess I wont bother fighting over another free bag of dog food at what is now my former pet supplier who's Customer service was poor if nothing else.

Awesome service! After spending $1,00.00 with the vet and not having any conclusive results, it was suggested by the owner to buy rabbit meat...a change in his diet. I tried other food recommend by the vet, but the results were still the same. My cat was still vomiting. The rabbit food was the key. No more vomiting! The owner's advice was free!!!

We adopted our Sofi 6 years ago and for some reason I have a good feeling about the place. The poor dog was suffering from food allergies and skin issues, Barbara was the only person on the entire earth to pinpoint raw diet and gave me such a great advice about my dog’s nutrition, for those who are little confused when it comes to raw diet, please give it a try and you never have to take your dog to vet again 👍, my Sofi is a leaving example of how much holistic approach can do to your pup . Trust Holistic Pet Cuisine and your dog will be the happiest and healthiest creature on the world! I applied to be a driver for this company and i was thinking it was a nice place to work for. The owner I got a good feedback after the interview. They hired somebody else but did not pasa the drug test. Then the owner called me to offer me the job again and went to do the drug test which i pass. After 1 day or 2 the owner call me about a ticket that i had in my license a year ago and thenn asked me why did i had change my license 3 times. After some explanation everything look ok and ask what will be next and told me that she will let me know.I waited 2 more days and call the store ,left a masage with one of the workers and she said that she was busy and to call back in a hour which i did but the same thing happened she was still busy. I call her personal number like 3 times and texted to just give me an explanation if we were moving forward with the hiring so i know what to do, to wait for the job or move forward finding something else. She never got back to me and called the store one more time, this time she pick up the phone, she realizes it was me and acted like it was not her and trasfer me to another worker. The worker told me again she was not available and i was hearing her on the background. I told the worker to let her boss know not to play games with people and not to be a little kid playing hide and seek and she would just tell straight out that she was no feeling conftable hiring me , I would understand. There was 2 job offers while rhis was happening and i said no because I was thinking i was going to work for this company.

The people at the store are really nice and knowledgeable, they will definitively help you out in any way they can. The store is clean, well organized and sectioned for easy access. They have local delivery, and if a product they usually have in stock is not available they put in orders and contact you as soon as it's back in stock. I overall really like the place.
