Great place, great staff, good quality food and products. I think they recently extended their hours to 7pm Mon-Fri which was great! Can’t wait til they extend hours on the weekends ❤️

Best pet store in town. The owner sews the cutest dog bandanas and they have homemade cat toys that my kitties absolutely love. Please support this amazing business.

Great pet store, Fins Furs N Feathers is an independent family 👪 They sell a variety of food for cats and dogs, canned, bag, and fresh. They have fish, fish supplies, and general reptile supplies as well. They also offer a babysitting service where you can pay to drop off your rabbit, bird, snake, and any other family member for a certain amount of time. When you first walk into the store you go over a handmade wooden bridge, underneath is a pond of beautiful koi. They have a gumball machine with plenty of koi food to keep them for 25cents, very nice.

So basically, me and my boyfriend went into the store to return an old fish item that I had bought about two or three weeks ago for 5 dollars, I was looking at a bag carrier for dogs and had originally gone into find a new cat bed. As I was digging for a cat bed, they didn’t have as a pet shops it’s for animals right? no, no here. So I went back to the front to see if I could ask for some help but by the time I was there, I could hear someone yelling, accusing my boyfriend of stealing when we had just been in for 2 minutes. I could not believe the audacity, the attitude, the rudeness and unprofessionalism this old lady had. I thought it was cute but definitely very messy and old. They didn’t have much of a variety for us to choose from. This experience was indeed, very upsetting. Therefore the one star rating. Just find it very hard to grasp my head around the fact that the store is probably going out of business because of her. I have yet to have dealt with racism here in Boca Raton. So please stay away from the small business that will not treat you kindly in anyway whatsoever. I will be keeping my five dollar fish tank accessory and never going back.**TERRIBLE PLACE DO NOT SHOP**

This store is the best! Debbie and Lisa (and all their staff) are extremely knowledgeable and kind. If they don't have a product that you need, they will get it and follow up by calling you once it has come in. 51 years in business and it's easy to see how that has come to be. I've been a customer since 1999!! Fins, Furs N Feathers is the place to go if you have a pet!!

Very good pet supply store with a huge selection and old time vibe. The employees are super helpful and they have stuff in stock you mostly can find anywhere but online. Believe it or not, their prices are actually cheaper than Amazon which is impressive. I drive 40 miles to go to this store and would recommend anyone else to do the same. Truly amazing place.

Good store, nice people. However be careful of the prices. I went to buy Zymox for my dogs ears. It's almost 30.00 at this store. Got the same exact product at another store for half the price. I was really upset when I saw how much more they charged. Be careful.

With everything going on we are trying to support small, local businesses more than ever & this one's been a winner for at least 30 years! Sad to see they downsized their live fish area (no more salt water) but totally understand considering the cost & labor involved plus big box competition. Large supply of dog & cat food, treats & toys very reasonably priced & they were offering delivery & pick up as well. Always friendly, helpful staff & lots of little extras too!

F, F, & F is awesome, friendly, and consistently excellent. They carry locally made products in addition to the best national brands. The store and employees are active in community adoptions for all kinds of pets, too. They're the best kind of family owned business. I've been in plenty plenty of the pet super stores that are all around, but none can match the friendliness, service, and experience of a real local shop like Fins Furs N Feathers. I'm somebody who likes to get a good deal, but sometimes the best deal isn't the lowest price tag.

This is an awesome pet store that's been around for a long time. The owners and everyone who works there are friendly and knowledgeable. They special order my cat food for me and are always quick to offer assistance. Perhaps the reviewers below went on off days; my experience has never been anything short of wonderful. I've been shopping at Fins Furs N Feathers for just about 20 years now.

Clerk Terry has not only been extremely helpful in choosing right food for my beloved sphynx but also supported me with eye-opening insights when my pet was having health issues. There's a big sign on the front door that says masks required. I entered the store saw an individual they did not have her mask on. Brought it to the Management's attention. The lady that didn't have her mask on then F bombed the wrong man for bringing it to Management's attention he had two small children with him. I can't believe the store still served the individual that created the situation. And now that store has lost at least two very good clients. The store should have demanded she left for the fact that she dropped the F-bomb in front of other patrons. Will never ever ever go back again

Successful boutique ran buy an experienced family with local connections. Provides specialized attention to clientele and their pets. I have been going here over 10 years for various pet related items, only pet store in Boca Raton that carries decent inventory at competitive prices.The nice thing about this small business, is that they are sensitive to the needs of pet owners. This small business is much more desirable than another corporate store front, where kids earning min. wage, and don't know the answers to my questions...I've had several pets over the years... When I had a high-maintenance bird, they had all the feed, cages, toys I could possibly need. My dog, lizard, fish, and snake all got items from this store too. If they don't have it, they will get it.Particularly, the owner's son sold me a snake cage and all the accompanying rocks, bedding, etc... He knew so much about snakes, he could have written a book!Oh and for those "Mommies" out there who like special treats for your pets, or custom hand woven linens for your pets... The owner hand crafts them regularly... Check it out!

Lisa , one of the owners is very nice and friendly. I have been boarding my African Grey Andy for the last 5 years for the summer and never had any issues. The staff is very nice , kept sending me pictures and videos throughout the summer. I highly recommend.

Fins Furs N Feathers is a wonderful pet shoppe! The staff is always friendly, very helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. I have received excellent advice many times that has always benefited both of my dogs tremendously! FFNF always have the products I need and no matter how busy they are, they work very efficiently and are genuinely attentive to each customer.In reference to Special K...yes, swearing in a public place, especially in front of children is unacceptable. However, going forward and regardless of where you are in public, it may be helpful to you to realize that masks are not mandatory and even a health risk. Many people are exempt from wearing them. So if you choose to wear a mask, I assume you feel it is “protecting” you, so why question an individual who is not wearing one? This just stirs up trouble and maybe this individual had enough of being told by others they need to wear a mask when it is not anyone’s business as to why they are not wearing one. You obviously have no knowledge of the science and data on the fact that masks do not work as well as the health risks of wearing a mask. You did not mind your own business, are misinformed on mask wearing, and initiated this unfortunate encounter and then took the results out on a well-established business and the tremendous owners/employees whose duty it is to operate their business, not police the masked and unmasked. You would do well to realize your mistake and reconsider patronizing this excellent establishment. I hope many others will discover this wonderful pet shoppe and have the privilege and benefits of the experienced staff at Fins Furs N Feathers who genuinely provide for the needs of their customer’s pets.

This is a fabulous pet and all other supply place. The owner's are extremely friendly and accommodating! They will help you find "just what you need" and will also offer holistic suggestions for such things as hot spots! They also carry a full range of Stella and Chewy products -- and at reasonable prices.It is easy to find -- in the same plaza as Flakowitz Deli!

About 18 years ago My wife purchased Chickadee, our Cockatiel. We have been patrons since. Great advice, knowledgeable staff and good prices keep us going back. Raised two Rottweilers and a bird with the help of the staff's recommendations. Dig them in a big way.
