Worst store manager. Rude and condescending. I've overheard her in a few needless confrontations. Yesterday it happened to me. I will not be patronizing that store. I will take my business elsewhere.

This store by far its always messy, the people in the cash register has little to no common sense they put a bunch of heavy stuff in one bag you have to tell them to double bag please, always attitude nobody ever greets you (I know it's a family dollar)but a hello goes a long way and on top of that they always scan your thinks twice check your receipt it's the 3rd time happend to me at this store...if you have patience to deal with incompetent people go there....I WILL NO LONGER COME HERE.

Worst place to shop, I went there to buy 3 things. The racks atbthe cleaning products were half empty. I don't find what I need it . The went to the beauty section to get a hair spray. I test the product I was going to buy. The manager started screaming across ti say I wasn't allow to do that. She was unprofessional aggressive and even augmented if I was going to leave without paying. Just like that. At the end she just denied my purchased. Honestly she is just garbage. .I hope family dollar takes pride in his employees instead of hiring trash.

It is about the same some of there dollar items are now 1.25 but they got really good prices still that you would noticed if you went shopping for example at Publix same merchandise at about quarter to half the prise differentThey are coming down with some new 1.00 items so that is good

They always have great things for great prices for every season! The staff is very helpful and so sweet.. I really feel at ease and at home coming here. Of course I love the savings too :) convenient parking etc.. store is very well organized and easy to navigate... just a relaxing walk through in general

,Store used to be organized much better and the shelves used to be much more stocked. I used to stop in there when I was in the area but have stopped going due to the fact that there shelves aren't stocked up with merchandise, things are scattered around and they have been carrying less and less stuff. As to why, your guess is as good as mine. The one positive thing I can say is that the Staff is friendly, helpful, polite and Courteous every single time I've been there.

The store is great the employee are very nice except the manager she is rude and not a people person.. I was looking for a cart and she told me there was 1 at the store a few doors down. Really how rude since she was outside smoking.

I was invited from a friend of my to stop by and actually she got lots of little thinks and very nice to have around your house and your kitchen in time of need with very reasonable prices.

this place has gone from bad to worse ever since the one year my wife & i have been in boca raton this family dollar has gone through several employees, most rude & extremely useless, they sell expired items. i was just there in line waiting, since there were several ppl in front of me i went looking for the second of the only two employees there. i find the lady, she proceeded to tell me that she doesn't have the other employees phone number, all i asked was is there someone for the register. anyway i was trying to return an expired milk (expired by 5 whole days). moral of the story is avoid this place at all costs

Pricey for a dollar store, most products seem to be priced what they should be and very little discounts on food and cleaning supplies. Location is not very clean and very cluttered

I went to this location to look for a greeting card. It was a MESS, smelled like homelessness and urine, and they had a very small selection of cards. I decided to go to Dollar General instead.
