I am a physician who is trying to call in prescriptions for my patient who was told that the drug I prescribed was not available whereas it was always available in the past. The phone line sounds like someone picks up and then I get thrown to voice mail. My nurse tried numerous times to reach the pharmacist there yesterday as well. What has happened to patient service at CVS ? Its getting not just bad but dangerous.Update: I am sad to say its been 3 months and things are actually worse with this pharmacy. Tried to call in prescriptions twice today and the voice mail doesn't work and getting connected to the pharmacy staff doesn't work. The system just says it can't do anything right now so call back later.

I’ve been a member of CVS‘s care pass and utilize their great rewards and keep it frequently. Unfortunately, when I visited the East Boca Raton store, I was Extremely disappointed in how messy And unsanitary the men’s bathroom.was upon entering. I was going to get my flu shot, but not even having the necessary hand towels to properly clean, wash my hands and also having an under supply of Kleenexes I did not feel safe To get my vaccination at this location. I will consider and switching back to Walgreens if this matter is not rectified, as there is so much competition and the drugstore to have to experience such filthy conditions, especially as I’m trying to better my health and live a healthy lifestyle.

The new voicemail setup for the pharmacy is awful - it was better when you were put on hold and eventually spoke to someone. It can't be that hard if Walgreens does it. If it is, hire more workers.

I work right in front of the Federal Highway CVS in Boca Raton and come here often. I must say the night shift workers Thomas and Ron are wonderful, very polite and attentive and it's always a pleasure to come to the store knowing they will be happy to smile, help and answer my questions. Today I had three different employees extend themselves to help me at CVS. Each independently went out of their way to assist me find products, or help me with check out. Who knew drugstore shopping could provide the best interactions of my day?!

Waited a half hr for flu/rsv shots, not a word of customer service from anyone in the clinic. My RX’s were just switched from another CVS that was just shut down, and rightfully so. This store matches the quality of the other, terrible. CVS is so bad on so many levels, Walgreens fired their CEO today, I’m not sure what’s the hold up with CVS. Stock price has tanked in the last year, as low as their store customer service.

This store’s pharmacy is terrible. It cannot handle customers because is does not have the help it needs. Here in Boca Raton on Federal you cannot imagine how busy an area it is. You just made this store worse by closing another one close by. What is CVS doing. I am not going to settle for this for long and I am not going to getting prescriptions by nail either,

CVS is our go-to drugstore. Today we had the pleasure of having Kristy assist us in using the self-service checkout. We get “extra bucks”, but I wasn’t quite sure how to apply the coupons while checking out. I couldn’t believe how much money I saved thanks to her help.I might as well add more kudos since I have this opportunity to do so… We always find CVS to be clean, sales people are always available and knowledgeable, as well as the cashiers. Same kudos for the Minute Clinic, and Pharmacists. All in all, it’s always been a good experience. I might add that when I have had reason on occasion to change locations, I was able to transfer prescriptions online without a problem.

I'm a Veteran who had the VA call in a medication. The VA said that CVS was out of stock I called to see if the medication was available at another CVS . Seems like an easy question. The woman with an Asian accent started to yell at me. I was very polite and stated that all I wanted to know is what is the medication. She continued screaming at me and stated I should start calling all the CVS to see. I tried to say I don't know what the medication is and she Hung Up on me. Nice way to treat a sick Veteran !

This is the WORST pharmacy in the world. My doctor called in a prescription for me the day prior. I called this CVS at 10am and confirmed my prescription would be ready (after being on hold 10 minutes 2 separate times). They told me to pick it up after 5:00. I showed up after 5:00, and the pharmacist gave me some story about how he couldn’t hear my doctors voicemail well, and so he wasn’t going to fill the medication. Instead of calling my doctor earlier and getting the information that he needed, he just decided not to fill it. He also said he “did his job by listening to the voicemail”. He then told me it’s too late to do anything about it. If they had called me and told me the issues, I would have called my doctor and fixed the problem. Nobody called me to tell me any of this. Instead they just let me show up and not give me anything. So I went through all of this time and trouble just to show up to a pharmacy staff who didn’t do their full job. Seriously unprofessional and unorganized. I understand there are staffing issues, but this is a pharmacy and people need their medications. All of this happened on Christmas Eve where I had no other options for getting my medication elsewhere.

Worst CVS pharmacy I've ever been to. Pharmacy is always understaffed, staff always seems overwhelmed and stressed, and CONSTANT issues with my prescriptions. They always blame me or Dr. but others in line with the same issues such as not receiving the order from the Dr. Tonight was the FIFTH time trying to get a prescription and every time I go, there is a new reason its not ready. The Dr. was very unprofessional and I'll be transferring my prescriptions.

This is the worse store in the history of anything. CVS should consider throwing the entire store away. Nobody has life in there and everyone is miserable to be at work. The customer service is THAT bad and that’s terrible considering that they are handling people’s prescriptions. These medicines are keeping some people alive! An elderly lady was speaking to Belinda and Belinda had the audacity to tell the lady to “call the pharmacy manager because she can’t deal with the drama.” The lady simply was communicating instructions on her fill because she will not only be out of town but the last fill made her terribly sick from being incorrect. Belinda was extremely rude to this lady and even made the old lady cry (I’m not kidding!). She complained that the company does not pay overtime nor did she had the proper amount of staff. She said they close soon, there are a lot of people in the line and the lady is making a big deal out of nothing when she should be filing the remaining prescriptions (Remember she has no overtime). Let’s not forget that this is the reason why Belinda is no longer pharmacy manager. How is it possible that a person finds this appropriate to unpack all of this to customers? Nobody came here for that and if she hates her job so much Publix and Walgreens are hiring. To Sarah the new pharmacy manager, I’m writing this in hopes that you address this woman quickly. She is out of control and has no place in a customer service positions, especially one that is literally essential to people’s health.

Unfortunately, I had a negative experience when taking my passport photo at this place on August 4, 2023. The employee in charge was rude and unprofessional, which ruined my visit. Do not go here. Clinic here waited 6 months to bill the wrong insurance and then sent me a bill because their billing claim against the wrong insurance company got bounced back. I then provided them with the correct insurance to bill and they sent the charge to a collections agency rather than attempt to bill the correct party. Predatory. Do not go here.

Absolutely abysmal customer service. I tried calling the pharmacy to confirm a prescription. I spent over an hour on hold only to get disconnected before anyone answered my call. After the failed phone calls, I decided to visit in person. I was involved there was an issue, which I was worried about. Instead of calling my doctor to confirm the Rx they sent me away. I returned after calling my doctor and having her resubmit the prescription, only to find out the pharmacy closes an HOUR before their publicly listed time. I returned the next day thinking my prescription had been filled, only having to wait an additional half hour while they filled it. Good thing I only have COVID and not something serious or contagious.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The pharmacy NEVER picks up, the store is messy, and everyone is unfriendly. I went to help a friend get formula because the app said they had it in stock, not low stock, in stock. I understand that the app is not live live and that if someone runs in and buys four cases, the app won't alert me that it's out of stock or that I should turn back home, but that being said, it's still frustrating and the least they could've done is to empathize...

Had a wonderful experience with Ms Nenita Lotka, LPN in the MinuteClinic. She was delightful, respectful, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Recommended! Then, I purchased items with Mr. Banks who was also delightful, respectful, cheerful and funny! I noticed Robson was also very helpful with other customers nearby and thanked me for putting the shopping cart back in its place on my way out. This experience brightened up my day!

The pharmacist are extremely understaffed but that doesn't give them the right to be blatantly rude to the customers. They ALWAYS take over 20 mins to answer the phone. There's always a 15+ min wait just to pick up a prescription, even if there's no one in line in front of you... If there's more then 1 or 2 people in line, you're likely waiting 30 mins or more.. The only thing you can rely on from them, is having your prescription in stock

My daughter needed an antibiotic badly… they don’t even have a pharmacist working.. they said “hoping someone will come to fill in spot today but probably not”. She missed her meds for 2 days. After going there 5 times and endlessly calling (with no answer) we had to have the doctor call it in to another cvs (who at least had a pharmacist but had to go to 3 different cvs for prescription fill) and I had to pay for it all up front since the first order was held at this location waiting for a pharmacist therefore insurance was waiting to approve that one . Such a nightmare .

Terrible service in the pharmacy. The technicians are not friendly and are not very customer service orientated. The pharmacists are awful. It always takes at least two people to check you out or find your prescription.I will say the staff at the checkout area is amazing. Perhaps they could train the back-end a bit better.Perhaps will continue to shop for items but find another pharmacy in the area for my prescriptions

THE PHARMACY IS BLATANTLY POLITICAL! On two separate occasions my family was denied prescribed medication. The lead pharmacist is a wretched and completely unprofessional woman who communicates in a condescending manner. She should be fired! How a pharmacy with such prejudice maintains business is beyond my understanding. AVOID THIS CVS. There are several better options nearby.

The Minute Clinic here is violating Florida law be requiring masks. The clinician would not see me because I had a mask. As of July, medical facilities can no longer require them.

Had the worst experience at this CVS location today. Made an appointment for a booster shot, had to wait over an hour, they had no record of it. Asked for my Social Security number. It was so bad I walked out. Will never enter this location ever again. The management is nonexistent or doesn’t care.

The pharmacist named Robert (manager) takes his time to talk to his customers when he has it. Sometimes he doesn't have time to interact with every customer which is understandable given how busy it can be. He's always treated me with respect and answers any questions I have. Don't listen to the angry customers who are complaining/ making things up just because he might not have filled their narcotics. Robert is overworked and needs more help if anything, that's a problem with CVS the company and not him. The rest of the staff is great, I've been going here for years and have never had any complaints.

Second time I come to this CVS and second time I have the same problem. You see an item on the shelf with one price, you bring it to the register and it shows a different price. Cashier is very rude when you tell him the price is wrong, the manager acts like she doesn’t know what I’m talking about and later blames me for switching tags. Unheard off. Rudeness in our customer driven competitive market is not tolerated.
