I called Cole on Saturday Dec 23rd with an emergency dog having allergic reaction.They fit him in and I have to say everyone there was so kind and niceI was impressed with how clean and caring the entire staff was. No rushing to get out for the holiday. Everyone was so nice.I will be going there from now on. Truly kind and compassionate office.

I have multiple dogs... all rescues and they are my "kids" this is the ONLY place I trust to care for my dogs! Dr. Philips is not only super smart, but caring as well and so is the entire staff. When i moved to Florida i was VERY lucky to find them, my dogs are all large and most bully breeds... my dogs love going to the clinic and that right there says a lot! :)

We started using Cole Animal Clinic earlier this year for our 10-year-old toy poodle mix. The staff is so nice here, it's clean and it's not chaotic in the lobby, which is important for vet-weary dogs. My dog recently hurt his foot (it ended up only being a bad bug bite) but he couldn't walk on it suddenly. It was 10 minutes before the they closed for the day, but the doctor and staff stayed late so I could rush him over. SO nice of them!Cole Animal Clinic often has rescue kittens that they find homes for, and we recently added a member to our family thanks to them. I really can't say enough nice things about the staff. We are happy to have found this Vet in east Boca Raton.

I can not say enough good things about this place. They really do love animals. They are extremely fair with their pricing. I completely trust them with my animals lives. We have a very healthy 14 year old dog and 3 bunnies. All the staff here is extremely professionally. Highly recommend

I have been bringing my pets here since I moved to FL, about 12 yrs ago. Dr. Phillips is by far, the kindest, most caring, and loving vet, I’ve ever encountered. He was there when my sweet Lassie passed away, he came running ! I was devastated and he literally took care of everything ! My family & our pets adore him !! Staff is friendly & helpful. I couldn’t recommend a better clinic.

Wonderful experience with this vet office. Highly recommended.Unfortunately our first visit was not a happy one. Our beloved cat of 13 years had passed away suddenly with no warning at 5 :00 am within minutes. We needed to make arrangements for him and was lucky enough to find the wonderful staff here that was so caring and helpful. They took care of everything for us.After this positive experience we decided to start bringing our female cat here for her vet care. First visit went just as expected and it was so nice to have a veterinarian that took time, listened and made you feel that they care about your pet. My cat was even relaxed at the office which is very unusual.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Wiseman! She was very friendly and thorough. She took care of my dog as if he were her own. The staff was very nice. My experience was pretty flawless there from start to finish. Also they have very competitive and reasonable prices at Cole Animal Clinic . My chihuahua needed a hip procedure and she did it the same day as my appointment. I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful place. I will consider them our new family vet!

They were SO nice and gentle with my Cat! They took such good care of him and did a the Jon reassuring me as a first time nervous cat mom. They taught me how to trim his nails too!! I definitely recommend this place to all animal lovers.

I’ve been to Cole Animal Clinic multiple times for vet visits. My most recent one was a more intense visit as my dog was badly injured and needed to be put under anesthesia for X-rays. The staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable dropping off my best bud with them during this rough time. Upon picking him up from his treatment a very small but big thing in my eyes stuck out to me, they went ahead and cut my dogs nails while he was under anesthesia getting his X-rays without me even asking. It might not seem like much but to me that was enough to make me a forever customer as I realized these people actually pay attention to not just what’s on the agenda but to what’s in the best interest of the animal (his nails were abnormally long-he’s large and hard to restrain to cut them) Thank you for taking good care of my best friend :)

I took this adorable picture with Cole Animal Clinics most incredible receptionist Debra. Albeit the fact that I go to another location for her vet, I come to CAC for her NexGard being her vet does not carry it. It's all good, because I have the delightful opportunity to not only do business with Debra, but also have a delightful conversation. She is just the nicest person and the prefect person to have up front to greet people. She said to me today "Do you remember how we met each other seven years ago" Yes I do, I was asking you how to find a breeder was well qualified..." She smiled and said "yes yes you remember that!" "I do remember.. You gave me all the ways I could look up breeders and it was so helpful. That's why I have the most incredible baby I have in my arms right now...." It's nice to share a sentimental meaningful bond with someone... and I cannot believe it's been seven years already since she provided me with that information. However, nothing has changed about her beautiful personality and helpful attitude, nothing about that has c hanged. Thank You Debra, sometimes I swear....I don't go online to buy my girl's medications, just so I can see you.. Enjoy the pic....! This pic .... this is the true essence of who Debra is! Cole Animal Clinic has been our vet of choice for nearly two decades. And that's how long they have been keeping our twin dogs, Sonny and Fredo, healthy and happy. The entire staff is always pleasant, polite, professional. We wouldn't consider letting anyone else care for our pets - and you shouldn't either.

The office was unorganized and with a 9:20 appt I was seen at 10:00 with no other clients in the building. The phone system and computer system were not working. The doctor was thorough but was more interested in add on features to my yearly visit. Felt like a car salesman was assisting my dogs who are family! I was asked to comeback at 4 and once again this office was surprised to see me.

My service dog, Buddicelli, has been a patient of Dr. Cole and Dr. Phillips for 5 years now. This is a fantastic facility: up-to-date technology, so clean you can practically eat off the floors. They are fully staffed, have their own surgical suites and can usually give you a same-day appointment. The only times I have not been able to get a same-day appointment is when I called an hour before they closed. If you have a dire emergency, and they cannot accommodate you by closing, then they will refer you to the Animal Hospital.

After taking my Very sick dog to two different vets and getting multiple inconclusive Results as well as a misdiagnosis of pancreatitis.. I found Cole animal clinic . They not only made Finnegan feel comfortable but they gave her the right medication to stop the symptoms whereas the other docs just loaded her with pain pills and sedatives - which made her even worse.My pitbull has very high anxiety at vets office and the staff especially Alex and Dr. Phillips greeted my pup outside to make her feel comfortable and as if they were friends ... for the first time Finnegan didn’t cry and scream going in to the vets office.They answer my hover mom questions on a regular basis at anytime of the day..my dog, I would say is special needs as she’s always getting into mischief and costing me lots of money -but I just feel that Cole Animal clinic cares- and most importantly, they make me feel like my baby girl is their only patient . That gives me comfort, that gives me peace.I love Cole animal clinic and will use them for the rest of my life. Thank you guys for everything you did for my baby girl.

They judge me on a dog that was found all I been trying to do was find the Owner he was neva mines to kerp and I wasn't try to kerp him but the way the judge me and tlk about as if I tryed to keep the Dog first off I'm a W.O.G. I neva done anything wrong to no one im always helping others I've gone kept many Friends dogs were they neva cme for them and I ask them first do they want there dog back I have pkc many list dogs with Family but for that worker to cme out there the way she did and scan him lke o he has a chip im lke ok I'm glad to have known that but at the end of the day I'm glad he found his owner I wouldn't neva want no one to tke my dig so I was really hurt by the way they judge me it's so sad we already get accuse for many thing else but this was really un call for cause I've could of took him to a pound but I did I see that he needed care and that's what I gave him im glad I did what I did I dnt have an hateful Heart but I dnt think I want to cme back there with my dig cause of me being Judge.☹☹☹☹

I took my Bulldog for an X-ray (leg). Other than the leg, the dog was healthy and happy. Two hours later they called me back telling me the dog was having trouble breathing. My dog nearly passed away while in the care of these people. I took the dog (dying) to the animal hospital where they resuscitated him. These people never called to ask after the dog and, which is more, they refuse to pay the hospital bill. Funny thing is they never did the x-ray or anything else. They just left him unattended, in a cage, while suffocating. These people deserve to have their license taken away.

My review is a few months late. In May of 2015 my cat was acting different (howling and not using the liter box) and I brought her in to Cole Animal Clinic. The doctor met with me and suggested I keep her there while I went to work so they could run tests. He called a few hours later and said her test results showed kidney disease and that I should consider putting her to sleep. I was obviously devastated but he said let's give her fluids and keep her overnight and recheck results the next day. I was so hopeful for my kitty and couldn't sleep a wink.I was hoping to hear from him sometime in the morning but not until late afternoon (ok busy I get it, I was just anxious). When he called he said let's keep her 1 more day and things looked pretty much the same.Next day, I didn't hear from him until 3ish and he said to come in to discuss.I asked to see her in the room and they brought her wrapped in a towel and she looked DISTRAUGHT. She was shaking and something didn't feel right. The vet comes in and says he thinks she's fine, I can take her home today, administer fluids at home and bring her back in a few days.What?!?! He told me I needed to put her to sleep a few days prior. I was completely confused. When I tried to get her in her car carrier as well, she was LIMPING- not something she came in with!!! When I asked him, he made up something about muscle mass. (I truly think she was mishandled).Here's the kicker, when I went to pay ( completly RIPPED off and overcharged...reasons following) the office manager had the nerve to say I was getting a discount. At that point I didn't even care what the vet said because I knew I would be bringing her somewhere else.I brought her home that night and she wouldn't move from the towel she laid on, peed all over herself and was still limping whenever she did move a few feet to eat.I brought her somewhere else immediately the next morning to basically have the tests repeated. What a difference!!! The vet called me with constant updates. When I called Cole to have my records faxed over they were so difficult (some nonsense about not having them available yet).My cat stayed again two nights and a treatment plan was laid out in detail for me. Cats with kidney disease is NOT a death sentence (it is something that requires medication and fluid therapy at home but absolutely manageable.)I was able to visit my cat during her stay of receiving fluids overnight and she seemed SO much calmer. I had a way better experience at new vet and basically had to pay everything all over again (which was still significantly cheaper then Cole even with the "discount").I truley believe she didn't even receive overnight treatment at Cole but that is my opinion on the experience I went through.This vet may be good for dogs, but certainly not for cats with kidney disease (he didn't even discuss the treatment going forward).Fast forward to October 2015 as I write this review, my cat is still alive and happy.

Inept, elderly, judgmental, front desk manager would be better served retiring. Poor judgment calls by the veterinarian. Vet tech staff wonderful. Would be better served handing the business over to the vet techs, they care about animals while the front desk could not be bothered. Don’t waste your time going here.

This should be renamed cold animal clinic since Dr. Cole died this place is not the same. I took my cat who was near death in there and a female Doctor Who is taking over the regular doctor said that her teeth need to be cleaned and I said the animal is hardly eating it weighs 3 pounds and it’s near death and you’re telling me to get his teeth cleaned and she said with a straight face we believe in geriatric animals we could do an MRI and ultrasound and x-ray and a whole Lotta tests and see what’s wrong with it I explained I’m not interested in paying you to postpone my animals suffering horrible didn’t care one bit about my pet not sympathetic just trying to run up the bill.

NOT RIGHT!I purchased several bags of special order cat food at the VETS recommendation. It didn't work. NO ONES Fault.However now COLES wants me to pay for a bag of food they special ordered for "ME" even thought the product doesn't work for my animal.I researched the company and they VERY CLEARLY have a satisfaction guaranteed policy and will reimburse you for product even if it is used. FUNNY that the vet won't bother to offer the same service.I'm out of there and on to another office. I can say I love the vet I saw there. Just not a fan of the above policy.

Poor experience, I would rate this veterinary clinic higher however a few of the nurses have a serious attitude and can’t even take a dogs temperature properly. I believe she referred to My animal as a nasty little creature.. if You’re going to be rude and talk bad about your clients make sure the door is closed so people don’t hear you, fool! If you want the typical subpar boca idiots with attitude use this place. Next is Yelp.

I brought my pitbull who was the love of my life who I found in my bedroom had stopped breathing at only 5 years old I rushed him to Cole veterinarian they were very compassionate and did their best to save my boy unfortunately it was too late but the staff and the doctors were very compassionate understanding and had much empathy for me which I appreciate more than words can explain if you're looking for a compassion a great place to go go here if I could give them 10 Stars I would...❤
