We went last Sunday because my dog was very sick, and didn’t want to eat.. The staff was very professional and checked our dog. Did all the test and explained to us all the details about what was wrong with my dog.. Dr. Garner and Mathew provided to my dog an excellent service and attention.. Thank you very much to all the staff!!

Honestly, very sad and disappointed in this vet. I brought my dog here for a UTI and they misdiagnosed her and gave me medicine that did absolutely nothing and on top of that said my dog needed medication for the rest of her life (she doesn’t) When I was able to take my dog to the actual vet the doctor was very clear that Vetco made a mistake and did nothing to help my dog. I spent so much of my time and money to get zero help and while I’m so grateful that my dog is okay, I have to beg everyone who needs vet help to not come here. This is honestly a disgrace to all vets and sadly could do more harm than good to your pet. Please please do not come here. Pets and pet owners deserve better than this.

Vetco is the best hands down!! From the time you walk in the receptionist to the vet tech just on top of it and compassionate to boot. My bird was having seizures and hasn't had once since they started her on medication. Thank you for the bottom of our hearts. Amazing to see vets that truly care for your pet and not racking up a large bill. So grateful for Vetco for all my pets.

Everyone in the clinic is very nice. I brought my furbaby here and the staff looked at her and took the time to give me and my daughter a thorough explanation of our babies health. I honestly have never seen a staff so hands on and willing to go the extra mile for my furbaby. I sincerely appreciate them and all they've done and continue to do.My daughter wants to be a veterinary and the tech spoke to her about their experiences working with animals and suggested routes for her achieve her goals.

It was incredible! Dr. Rubin was personable, considered cost factor that could impact treatment, and recommended preventive cost effective measures. She treated my fur babies with caring, calm, understanding respect, and answered all of my questions. Nala and Riley agree, she is our vet for LIFE at Petco!

Came here once for an emergency with my chihuahua and was very impressed with the friendly and caring staff and switched here from my regular vet. Today I came in for a wellness and shot visit and was even more impressed by Laura in the front and the amazing Dr Rubin who not only was extra caring with my little mean chihuahua but also took the time to go over breed-specific possible future health concerns and choosing the appropriate diet for preventative care. This is my second chihuahua and I’ve never experienced such a caring and attentive Dr. and also all the staff members that handled my little meanie knew how to make her comfortable.

Had a really great first time experience at this Vetco! I was very nervous at first because I took my new kitty Poco off the streets but he had fleas and I needed him to see a vet.The nurse and doctor were friendly and informative and they listened to everything I explained. I felt very at ease and most importantly my kitty had a good experience and they tried really hard to make him comfortable! I would definitely recommend it, worth the drive too!

Great customer service. Staff is super friendly. As a new pet owner I’m not sure how competitive the prices are but I definitely feel very comfortable leaving my cat in their care.Edit: I have called multiple times trying to get my cat’s medical records. The woman who answers the phone keeps saying she’ll send them to me but hasn’t. I just had a baby last week and don’t have time to be chasing anyone down to send me my animal’s medical records. Please do what you say you will.

This vet practice is incredible.Dr Rubin explained all options for my dogs care.We were there for hours but never felt pressured or rushed. If there were more stars, I would give them to their staff. Our first visit was not a happy one, our beloved 15 yr old cat suddenly began to decline quickly, and we had to rush her on a Saturday for medical care. Unfortunately, she ended up on the rainbow bridge that day. Dr. Bashir, Laura, and Jasmine were so amazing and kind. It makes such a difference to have such caring and understanding staff during such a sad time.

My dachshund received a wonderful care at this location. We called on Saturday 2 hours before they close and the lovely receptionist Jasmine was able to arrange for us to be seen by the doctor. The staff is very caring, attentive and helpful! I highly recommend Vetco and I certainly come back!

I have used them for about a year and a half as a supplement to my regular vet (West Boca Veterinary Center) for technician services. Vetco was easy to schedule online and you get in/out quickly. I mostly used them for my dog's gland expressions that he needs fairly regularly. In the beginning the total for this service at Vetco was $34.20. Sometime last year they started to add on a $20.00 "Admin Fee". Then this last time in February they added another $5.70 for "Biohazard/Medical Waste". So today I had the same service done at my regular vet and the TOTAL charge was $33.28, a $26.62 savings over Vetco. So I won't be returning to Vetco for anything and I recommend you call around other vets first for pricing because Vetco is much more expensive in our neighborhood.

My experience at Petco vet hospital was excellent. Bernardo the vet assistant was very nice, and kind to Ralphie (my dog). He was very friendly and played with my dog before taking him to the vet. He answered all my questions and was extremely helpful. He told me to call and ask for him if we ever needed anything else for Ralphie. Also Jasmine the receptionist was very polite, kind and helpful. She was very nice with Ralphie as well. Thank you for the excellent service.

Since relocating to Boca, I’ve been taking Kirby to this location. To refer to the staff as kind, welcoming, and patient is an understatement. Kirby is not the nicest pup, but they always manage to take care of him whether he is sick or needs a nail trim. 11/10 recommend!

I have had alot of experience in different vets and animal hospitals due to me being a foster parent. But let me tell you from the first phone call here Receptionist Reanna and Jasmine were with out a doubt some of the best I have ever worked with from beginning to the end. We were family and can I just tell ypu that when the Nurse Caroline walked in the room and litterly sat on the floor with my nervous dog I was stunned . Not something I was used to . But wow blown away I was given step by step instructions and every next step again not something I'm used too.. and I have to say the Dr's are hands down the most knowledgeable Dr's. I have met in 25 years of fostering. I can not say it enough how please with this all around service .. fantastic and about time boca has a place that treats you like gold ... oh and sorry about the little accident..(uti) 😐 thanks again see you next follow up ..
