WOW "CARE" is more like "GREED"........ Called about just a "walk-in" appointment during NIORMAL BUSINESS HOURS since they are scheduling over 3 weeks out. Yup $150.00 extra for "emergency". Plus the $55.00 inital exam..... Can you imagine if your family doctor charged that. I can see paying those prices in an "Emergency" but really. After reading the website and looking at things, I honestly thought they cared.... NOPE ITS ALL ABOUT MONEY!!!!!

I’m a big supporter of small businesses. I’m disappointed in Critter Care. I took all three of my animals there a few months back and spent quite a bit. Sams said that I had to have a written Rx for flee medicine. I tried multiple times to request one and they refused. I really wanted to give them a chance but if you spend that kind of money this should be a request you can make. Front office is also very rude.

The Dr is awesome and everyone that works there are very friendly and they all seem to love animals. My 13 year old service dog is very sick and having lung issues and the Dr got him into a study and he is doing a lot better and it didn't cost me anything. Total awesome people there.

I trust the people that work here explicitly. They are always willing to provide affordable pricing options without compromising on service🙏🙏🙏We live in Tallahassee and drive 40 minutes to come here for larger issues like heart worm/tooth extraction etc. Thank y'all!! So much!!

Dr Hubbard is the best vet I’ve been to, she’s kind and patient with your questions. My cat butter had a broken leg and she’s healed up perfectly. I highly recommend this vet.

I can't give enough praise to Dr Carla Hubbard& her loving caring staff... No matter which fur baby it is... They love and care for them beautifully. From having surgeries on Skidds, my grand kitty and various bladder problems they show such care and love to having my oldest grand puppy,"Bug" to sleep(oh how Doc talked us through it and left us to be with him till we were ready to leave & then bringing the new grand puppy Smokey Joe for his shots. I do not know if a better more loving group of ladies.Update... Skidds has had to have several procedures and operations. He seems to stay at Critter Care more than he stays at home. Lately, we've started calling it his Spa time. Our beloved Skidds has gone through heartworms, bladder problems and now has MRSA in his bladder. Without Dr Hubbard, Tracy, Angel and the rest of the loving staff there I don't know what we would have done. He comes home...plays, runs, hides & now is acting like his old self even though he's still on meds. He loves the people there & I'm beginning to wonder... Is he theirs or our son. The love is so freely given there. Thank you to all the beautiful ladies at Critter Care in Blountstown.

Always friendly for me. Have had no personal issues with this Vet or the Techs . Wish there was more than one vet there sometimes the time frame for pets to be seen is a little longer than I'd like as far as making an appointment today and it taking two months to get in . For the most part. .. it's a good and it's a need in the area .

Dr. Hubbard was so good with our dog, Anna. They were able to get us in on short notice to diagnose the issue. The surgery went wonderfully, and her eye healed up beautifully. Thank you!

There isn't enough time or space to say all the good things I have to say about this vet. One word of advice though, DON'T WAIT if you "really need a good vet right NOW!". It's hard to find a good vet these days. She truly does this to help the animals.

Dr. Hubbard was so caring. Took my very young Frenchie over a holiday weekend and got him back healthy again. I'm sure he would have died without her extra attention and treatment. And the bill for services was very reasonable.

Dr. Hubbard is caring compassionate and kind. She always gives options for the patient and his generous with her time. She was able to fix my dog's eye which was essentially gone with platelet treatments when there really wasn't much hope of saving it. Now he is fine and she is wonderful. The staff especially the name of the lady I think is Becky is awesome but everyone there is super nice

We normally go to blountstown ofc which is amazing. We needed an appointment today and got in to the PC ofc. They are just as great and helpful. Very caring and explain everything. Answer all questions fully so you aren't making any decisions without knowing both pros and cons. Short wait time to get in and to be seen. Friendly staff and clean environment

We've been to Critter Care numerous times, as we have 16 cats and a dog in house. They have been incredible with our furbabies and with us. Everyone is so caring and compassionate from the gals at the desk, to the assistants and the vets. I highly recommend them. They all seem to love our babies almost as much as we do. To me, that is very important. We had to have 1 of our cats put down but both of us had covid at the time. Critter care worked very hard with us to figure out a way to make that possible so our baby didn't have to suffer any longer.If you have animals in need of medical attention, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Critter Care! I can't thank them enough for how great they have been to our family. 💕

Dr. Hubbard is the best Vet around. Have been seeing her for well over 15+ years when all she worked from was a Mobil office. She's wonderful with my horses even the one who gives you a hard time when getting shots. I call her the horse wisperer. And she's also wonderful with all my dogs! Really can't say enough good things about her and her staff! Very good people and staff!

I have a Bluetick that became ill very quickly. They are amazing. They worked us in on a Saturday. They took into consideration my financial situation and went to work and worked magic for me. Everyone there was so compassionate and understanding. I couldn't have even imagined a staff being any better than these ladies. I am eternally grateful to them. I am so grateful for them opening shop in blountstown. Y'all are angels. God Bless y'all. If you need veterinarian services I highly recommend them.

We brought our injured senior cat to critter care due to an injury to her tail. They required a 250 deposit up front to see her and told us she’d need surgery upon inspection of her tail. They asked us to leave her with them and that they’d call us with updates. We never heard back from them. Next day we went in there and they charged us well over what we were quoted and did not deduct our initial deposit from the bill. It’s now two weeks later and we still have not been told about the deposit and our cat has not received follow up care for her tail or removal of her stitches. Do not use this vet. They do not care about your animals.

Our furry family member, Molly (Lee) under went an operation to remove her spleen. Dr Hubbard and Dr Green were compassionate, honest and very competent. Molly is doing remarkably well after just two days. Thank you Dr Hubbard, Dr Green and Becky for your kindness and professionalism --- very much appreciated.

I cannot sing Dr. Hubbard’s praises enough. She sees all our animals but last night we had an after hours emergency. I called EIGHT emergency vets all the way from Tallahassee to Pensacola in an effort not to bother her after hours and NONE of them would see a goat. She didn’t hesitate to tell me she’d stay at the office and wait for us to get our goat in. We got him there and she got him almost immediately diagnosed. And while the outcome wasn’t what we hoped for and he unfortunately had to be euthanized, she was incredibly caring and compassionate to the very end. We got there at 830pm and didn’t get out of there until well after 1030pm and she didn’t bat an eye at any of it. Her only concern was getting him diagnosed. For anyone who thinks vets don’t earn their paychecks or are just in it for the money, I encourage you to take your animals to Dr. Hubbard because it will change your mind in a heartbeat.

We were a walk in visit. They worked us in and got us out in a timely manner. My fur baby has a bit of anxiety, they were great with him. Also it was affordable!!
