I love Whalton's. They are always so friendly and Mr. Spock ( the resident Black Palm Cockatoo ) is always there. I needed some advice and help with my African Gray and they were super friendly and helpful. Here in the Keys, there are practically no Avian vets and Whalton's is my go to place when I need in person advice. Thank you for being so kind and helpful.

Great bunch of people and really like the bird shop. Especially seeing Mr. Spock which is a beautiful black palm cockatoo. Cool pet shop to check out when you are in the keys.

Rude...never greeted us or asked if we needed anything, was not friendly or welcoming. A local walked in, and they gave them their undivided attention. Carried on multiple conversations to him and his bird.The 2 employees acted as if we weren't even in their place of business. Will never go back, and do not recommend it. Horrible customer service.
