I have dealt with nearly a dozen Walgreens over the years and this one is the worst by far. After speaking with my insurance company about the price of a medication they informed me i should have been charged $106.00 not the $529.74 Walgreens charged me. When I inquired about it to the so called "store operations manager" he told me to call the insurance company and get it back. Duh, they are not the ones that stole my $421.74. That guy needs serious lessons on customer relations. He did not even bother to look into it on the computer.Also there was another script ready when they stole my money for $750.00 or so i don't remember the exact price. I declined it then and just picked it up for $126.00.A couple of weeks ago i went to pick up a script that i had just received a text that it was ready. They told me I had nothing on order. At least she looked into it and found that it was internally returned after 4 days. So she told me to come back later and get it. 24 miles round trip and then it was only half the order filled.I am moving on, I guess Walgreens won't miss the several thousand dollars a year my insurance company pays them.So long crooks!!!

Scott the manager was more than helpful . He refunded me the money I was over charged for. Without a question.i appreciate that. Cause when you're homeless every dollar counts. It was 2.74$; over charged. He fixed the situation. But I stood My ground. he had no questions and understood. Good guy.

The manager Michelle explains the 30 day rule regarding controlled substances in a polite way. Very professional! The staff are very kind and keep a smile on their faces even during the tourist season. 😀

Donna has to be one of the rudest employees I’ve dealt with. She was short and rude with multiple customers in line before us and to us when we asked her a question. Glad I don’t have to shop here regularly.

This review is solely on a staff member named Carol, or Carrie maybe even Caren but it started yesterday when i was in line i noticed she kept the lady in front of me’s register rewards, along with a stack she had on the side… when i checked out, she also kept mine (worth $6) without even asking me if i wanted it!!! To my knowledge theyre supposed to ask, i had to ask her if i could please have my coupon she just put aside!!.. tonight i came in again, and i scanned every item on my phone to check prices as i shopped, she was VERY RUDE and told me “I DONT HAVE TIME TO FIGURE THIS OUT!” When the prices were coming up wrong from what was advertised.. She kept sucking her teeth at me and told me “THERES A LINE BEHIND YOU AND I NEED TO CHECK THESE PEOPLE OUT!” i then asked her to cancel my order until we figured out why the prices were wrong and then she proceeded to tell me “I CANTTTT, IM STUCK HERE WITH YOU!!” By the way i have all this recorded on my phone because i was actually trying to record the screen of the price drop, AND i will be calling corporate as well!

Outstanding experience with pharmacist Aiesha and pharmacy staff member, Le'Shile. On several different occasions, they provided consistent support, with illnesses, out of state refills, medication education, and professional kindness. I felt genuinely valued, as a person and customer. I highly recommend this Walgreens location, and appreciate the special staff.

For Walgreens company. 2/24/2023 11:07 am. I VISITED THIS PHARMACY,WHICH IS A PUBLIC PLACE,BECAUSE I HAD HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE AND DIZZINESS. THE FIRST THING I DID WAS ASK PERMISSION FROM A MAN,I CAN IDENTIFY. HE WAS INSIDE THE COUNTER, NEXT TO A CASHIER. I ASKED HIM IF I COULD LEAVE THE PACKAGES THE I WAS CARRIED IN THIS PLACE WHERE HE WAS AND HE ANSWERED YES. AFTER LIVING MY PACKAGES THERE I WHEN TO THE PHARMACY AND I ASKED TO A BLONDE LADY IF SHE CAN PLEASE HOW TO CHECK MY BLOOD PRESSURE. SHE ANSWERED ME ,GO TO CVS.I BOUGHT 2 GATORADE AND EYES PENCIL. AFTER I PAID AT THE REGISTER,I WENT TO PICK UP, MY PACKAGES WHICH WERE FOOD THAT I HAD BOUGHT AT WIN DIXIE, BY THE WAY, I HAD CLARIFIED TO THE MAN ,THAT WAS FOOD. WHEN I’M PICKING UP MY PACKAGES AN A OLDER LADY COMES OUT AND TELL ME IN A BAD WAY “DO NOT LEAVE PACKAGES HERE BECAUSE YOU CAN THROW A BOMB AT US.MY SITUATION IS HORRIBLE. I’VE BEEN ABUSED,NEGLECTED,BLOCKED ,STALKING ,UNDER HARASSMENT, CONSTANTLY UNDER INTIMIDATION . I’M A VICTIM OF DISTURBING EMOTIONAL TORTURE. Very unprofessional experience with the pharmacy today. I had two teeth pulled earlier in the day up in Key Largo. Before I left the Dentist office the Dr. called the pharmacy and left 2 prescriptions. On my way back home I stopped to pick up my pain meds. Was 15 minutes before closing. I explained to the pharmacist I had just had 2 molers pulled today and would really appreciate filling my pain meds for me before closing. Looked right at me and said won't do it. Wow, thanks Walgreens. Done with this place.

Worst pharmacy ever! They never get the script right. Dispense half of the script but charge you for whole script and tell you to come back in a couple of days to pick the rest…only when you come back and be told to come back another day because the meds came in but they haven’t filled it. Second try same story. 3rd try and they waste over 20 minutes of your time while they try and figure out the rest of the script to dispense and still don’t get the balance of the script I already paid for. Moving my stuff to Winn Dixiepharmacy in key west. I may drive further but in the end it will be quicker and cheaper!

Very clean. They have a much better inventory in cosmetics to seasonal items. The staff is so nice and helpful. Especially the lady that is always working in cosmetics! She is so nice and helpful.Glad this store is in my neighborhood and this is my choice over CVS.

The Walgreens team on Big Pine Key has always provided great customer treatment. Tonight however, Valerie went above & beyond to ensure that I received the proper product I was looking for at the best value. Her professionalism, ease of communication, product knowledge and insistence on going out of her way to accommodate my needs made me feel truly valued as a customer. Valerie also made the entire shopping experience fun! She is exceptional & a credit to the entire Big Pine Walgreens team & the company! Thank you Valerie. Well done ! I’ll be back with friends !

The pharmacy can never get our prescriptions right. Both my husband and I are supposed to be on an auto-refill, and receive phone calls when our prescriptions are ready. Every single month, for the last year, we have had to call in our refills. Every time I go in to pick up our refills, I ask about being put on auto-refill, they look in their records and tell me that both my husband and I are on the auto-refill. They also continue to contact our old doctor from 2 years ago when we need to have a prescription renewed, when our new doctor has rewritten our prescriptions. Some they get right, and others they try to contact our old doctor for refills. Every time I go to pick up certain refills, they tell me they’ve been trying to comtact our doctor because we have no refills left, and every time I tell them to look again because our new doctor has rewritten them and they should have them. They check, and sure enough they do have the new refill written by the new doctor. If our insurance didn’t require us to use Walgreens, I’d go elsewhere!

I have been going to Walgreens for 3 years.I went then to pick up my prescription and the price had doubled! When I questioned the gal she said if I don’t like the price , I suggest you go to another pharmacy!My script at Walgreens for a antibiotics was $112.00At Publix it was $11.20 !!Don’t go there they are rude and 10x the price!Will never go the again for anything.Don’t be a victim like me!They should be ashamed of themself!!!

Went to the pharmacy to pick up a simple antibiotic. I was the only person in line. There were 2 pharmacy technicians behind the counter.I asked the rude young man behind the counter If I should wait in line to be called he said yes. after sitting for 25 minutes while they kindly assisted 5 vehicles thur drive thru. Finally I said should I go get in my car and go thru the drive thru so I can be helped? He said yes I should and then told me he had to go use the restroom. I had to leave the pharmacy get into my car and drive thru to finally got my 16.00 antibiotics. I cant make this stuff up.

I am very disappointed in this drugs store because they will not allow a sign to be put up to inform their customers and tourists not to touch or feed the key deer that are endangered. One of their employees is seen in a news article in the Miami Herald with an apple in his hand with a deer in the store. I will no longer be shopping at any Walgreens but will go to CVS who did allow the sign to be put up. Thank you so much for putting up signs about the key deer.
