I used to love this store as my backup but not only did they tell me no more slicing at the deli ( ANYTHING). This was at quarter of 8 so I was super confused when I asked the manager and Krystal had to call back to advice her staff the counter was NOT closed. Now was all this necessary tho to spend twice as much as we normally do her?? Gtfoh

Their prices are ridiculous!! 7 dollars for a bag of chips?? 10 dollars for a 12 pack of soda?? The prices were always a little on the high side, but, wow! It's not a great looking store, either. It's clean enough, but it's like shopping in a store from the 80s. You're definitely not paying for any modern aesthetics. I'm not sure where the pricing is coming from?

The location is ideal. As far as pricing goes that is always my biggest beef with this company. The prices are high compared to other competitor locations. The bogos are not BOGOs when they jack the price up so high that you can literally go to W m@rt and buy two of the exact same item for less than what Winn-Dixie's BOGO price is.

The store is definitely struggling to keep up to the increase in customers..The prepared food section in particular has gone downhill. After another overcooked 8 piece fried chicken, the dark meat was burnt in places..I have learned my lesson..

So many of the cashiers and baggers at this Winn Dixie are awful. Rude, inattentive, too busy talking to each other to pay attention to what they are doing.Are they taught how to bag groceries? Or are they taught to just throw whatever they grab into a bag? Maybe new management would be appropriate.

It is my local Winn Dixie and I love love it. It's big, and clean. The only annoying thing is when Aldi bought them they got rid of the pharmacy. So that's been a bit of a problem. The staff is excellent also, very nice associates.

Almost got ripped off from the associate not knowing the price of a sale item. Argued with me until I had to go back to the shelf and pull off the sales ad label that, she should have done, and actually should have a little more knowledge of the sale prices

I love Winn Dixie. They have a wonderful Pharmacy. Friendly and well mannered and very helpful for their customers. All who works at are also helpful and respectful to their customers. Prices are responsible. It was wrong too sell and not asked their customers. What is with Aldi to charge customers for shopping carts and anything else they charge for beside there foods. When they take over I won't be going to that store. Thank you for asking. I love winn Dixie

I've only shopped at this particular location twice. The first time I didn't have any issues. The second time though, my card wouldn't scan and the younger cashier didn't know what to do. She solicited the help from an older cashier, who also didn't know what to do. The older cashier was rude and a bit condescending. I asked the cashier to just enter the card number manually. It worked. I used to work at Winn-Dixie when I was a teenager so I knew that. Why don't they know that? It was a bit frustrating because of the older cashier's attitude. Other than that I would have rated a 5. The store was clean, the cashiers were friendly and helpful (minus Debbie Downer). I mainly shop there for the meats because Winn-Dixie has the freshest meat.

Dallas was so helpful today, instead of walking by me like all the other employees have done...he stopped and began bagging all my groceries. Then when I left I saw him in parking lot cleaning up and that's when I asked for his name! Kudos to whomever hired him!!! Update**** went to shop other evening, it was 857pm, asked an associate if they have any checkout lanes open. She states " we shut them down at 9" my reply , oh just asking bc its 857. She just stares blankly. I went to self checkout while about 8 employees standing around talking, on their cellphones. Only 1 associate asked if I'll need help outside , I replied ill have to see bc I'm too busy bagging my own groceries after having surgery 🙃. Not a soul offered to help. Had to double & triple bag bc the bags you use shred like thin paper. Worst trip here by far... not to mention getting scolded for taking too long in the store once I made it back to the car. Had to explain how noone wanted to attempt to actually "work" Thanks!

Store product and supply had improved since the last time I shopped. Appreciated the cashier who pointed out the wraps I had put on the belt had mold. She sent a clerk back to get me a new pack. Really appreciated the outstanding customer service. Store was clean and even more importantly the ladies room was the cleanest I had seen in a very long time.

Very disappointed.just picked up my daughter's baby shower cake, it had the wrong spelling for the baby's name and I especially told him the spelling when ordering it in person, the cake looks like the icing was put on so thin the icing is cracking across the top both corners and the decoative border tell is done in some bla lavender the thin itself ous so plain. Also you can see the cake thru the icing. Hate this cake!!! Ps the cake is not even level.

Their wings are awesome if you get there right after they've been cooked and not sitting as they get dried up under heat lamp and they still try to sell them. The Buffalo wings could be cooked a bit longer though so they're a bit more crisper instead of rubbery. The garlic parmesan are a good choice as well as buffalo, I haven't tried any other flavors they offer. The pork and beans are the best you can get from any store.

Beverly Hills used to be my favorite deli. Not any more. There is always one worker waiting on customers that are standing waiting. 5 to 7 people waiting and at least 2 other workers working in background. I refuse to be ignored continuously. Can't blame it on the one person that is actually helping customers there. Good bye

I will say that it's a clean store. But as a former union grocer member (retired) your grocery aisles make no sense PERIOD. And I refuse to use self-checkout, I understand the convenience but not even one checker had to wait 17 minutes. Only after 4 other customers with their weekly shopping went to the customer service counter and said something. WE deserve better

My husband was trying to get a cash back. And the cashier with a towel on her head circled then handed him the the receipt and he said umm my cash back??? And she said sorry she closed the drawer already. And this happend not only once but twice at this location. I would keep an eye on her because how many people is she taking advantage of. She tries to distract you. Also very rude and condescending

This one star review does NOT apply to any of the associates that work there. It is soley directed at Management and Winn Dixie Corporate.....EVERY time there is a LOCAL power outage at this store that lasts a few hours ( I am not sure what the requirements are for spoilage time frame) , management have the employees take everything out from the coolers and freezers....I mean the whole back wall, left side and free standing and throw all the product in the dumpsters out back.That cost is passed on to YOU.Too cheap to get a backup generator system and too lazy to have a list of food banks on hand that could take the product before "spoilage" occurs.(But we know who got a lot of that "spoiled" food don't we?)

Great prices on meat and many many other items. Store associates were helpful.Update: meat is expensive nowdays. Still like the deals I get at WD. Update: due to distribution supply chain shortages they have no strawberry shortcake 7-1-2022. Update 9-6-22 just got fat pork chops and gnd chuck 80% lean on sale. But really don't buy as much or eat as much lately due to Biden economics ( I'm broke & he's rich). 2-11-2023 Overwelmed at the prices of Food. The logo deals help a little but even simple staples are up 300-400%. He's Killing me. 6-13-2023 still good deals but the Winn Dixie App is the pits! Update 91723 hit app and it didn't know me. Had to sign up again. Technology is a pain lately. Also 5 bags, 18 items, most expensive was chicken, $21 and bill was $147... BIDENOMICS😵😵😵😵112223-a few big, prices are still Buydem High. Update 3/6/24 Got coffee bigotry..yeah
