Pharmacist and pharmacist techs are very helpful. For me they even took extra time looking into discounts available for my expensive prescription co/pay. I've Also seen them deal Patiently with some very difficult customers.

Sadly this pharmacylocation caused a delay in patient care for me today. I had a partial fill ready for pickup and I'm completely out today, so I was perfectly happy with picking it up when I got off of work. When I got to the pharmacy, I did not have to wait long in line and no one was around at first. The female technician took my information and then told me that they reprinted the Rx and have to fill it again, so it was no longer ready and I needed to wait another 30 minutes. There is no reason why I should not have been able to just pay for my partial fill that was ready for me and leave. Nope, the tech had to give me an attitude about waiting instead. Upper management really needs to fix all the locations for the pharmacies. All over worked and the techs are surely under payed. That leads to bad attitudes and Healthcare workers not caring about their patients anymore. It's all ridiculous and very unprofessional! I could not wait the 30 minutes because I had other places to be afterwards, so now I will miss my dose today and should not have to. That's not okay to do to people. I've been working in pharmacy for over 15 years and I would never treat patients this way!!

It's truly a shame how understaffed and overwhelmed the pharmacy is here...pharmacy service is literally the staple of a Walgreens yet they do not have anywhere near the staff necessary provide service to the community. Whomever is responsible for this NEEDS to do better! INCREASE the wage, offer benefits..there is a way! The staff is swamped and no one should have to deal with a company's lack of understanding in what is needed to run smoothly. I witnessed a newer employee hired as a cashier being thrown into pharmacy to help the understaffed crew for her to be yelled at and stressed out by angry customers not getting prescriptions when they were told they would be ready. Thirty years of service with Walgreens, this one is by far the absolute worst pharmacist I have ever encountered!!! Delays, lack of adequate communication, unprofessional and rude! We will never set foot in this Walgreens again!!! Clearly incompetent. The tech who answered our first call told me the delay had to do with insurance issue. This time, the pharmacist, just before he is closing, tells us the script wasn’t typed correctly. Which, is it, Walgreen’s? Who’s paying the price? The patient, of course, making us wait 5 days before we actually get our medications!!!To update: interesting how our PA was able to notify another Walgreens and had the same exact script filled STAT!!! How nice of this incompetent pharmacist to put 2 seniors in jeopardy to drive at 8 pm to another town. The whole staff is just as bad having never notified me or handed me the ibuprofen script that was also ordered! Will be reporting this to the district manager of Walgreens. Seniors deserve better care than this!

10 minute wait to drop off a prescription seems a little excessive, but hey, they are the boss after all.Came back half an hour later, still not ready even though they said 10 mins. Left and come back and it was ready, didn’t scan my rewards card ā€œtoo lateā€ was the response. Not sure if Walgreens is going down hill or I’m going uphill. I suspect the former. One good thing though, the Sun was shining.I popped in today for a script and thought I’d use the restroom and wish I hadn’t, pretty bad considering we’re in a pandemic. See pics. Today is 6/29/21.

Minus 5 billion stars for this pharmacy.Waiting on one scrip for 10 days, no communication on what's going on. Doctor called in 2 scrips 2 days ago, went in and 15 minutes later they tell me they can't fill one and are "working" on the other one. 3 people behind the county and 2 pharmacy techs. Lady takes off with no communication on when it will be ready so I wait and wait and wait. 45 minutes later still nothing. Walked out. we'll se what happens tomorrow.

I do not typically leave poor reviews but this experience needs to be known. Especially since this happened twice in one week!This pharmacy does not even deserve the one star that’s required in order to leave a review!We waited at the pharmacy pickup window for over 40 minutes without one person even acknowledging that we were waiting for service.One female with a white coat was working nonstop (The only one I could see actually focused and working hard) So, the one star goes to her! Great job! You are noticed and appreciated!But, There had to be at least 5 other employees walking around and even stopping to hold conversations while the cars were way backed up behind me.Finally I beeped my horn because I had someplace to be and definitely didn’t plan on sitting at the pharmacy window for that long. And still after beeping my horn I waited another 20 minutes before anyone came to the window.I asked to speak to a manager and when a female came to the window I asked if she was the manager? She said, ā€œYeahā€ I asked, ā€œCan you help me understand why I waited for over 40 mins and without at least an explanation for the wait?ā€ Her response was ā€œWell, we’re busy, we’re short staffed and we have a budgetā€šŸ˜³ Whaaattt?!I don’t think it was a budget issue. I think it’s poor management.Poorly run pharmacy! Do not go there if you want professional service and good business.Even if you go inside the wait and line is just as long! (That was my first experience) šŸ™„

The quality of customer service has declined in the last 2 years. I have been on hold for over 4 minutes and the 2 before me were taken care of in less than 15 minutes. When they did answer they asked me to hold and didn't even give me a chance to say I'd been holding for over 40 minutes. I'm not sure what has happened in these last 2 years but I will not recommend pharmacy services to anyone who asks.

I wish I could give a 0 stars. The pharmacy here sucks I wish WD pharmacy never closed. Can't give me a refund on 2 meds I told you beforehand that I didn't need but yet you gave anyway. I'm taking my business to Publix

Your pharmacy staff is VERY obnoxious. I would like to know why it takes forever at the drive thru. One car takes 15 minutes or more to get their medication. I have never ever been to a Walgreens drive thru pharmacy that took this long. I have 5 cars ahead of me. I'll be here for an hour. It's ridiculous. I would go inside to get my prescriptions but I have back and neck issues. It's already bad enough I have to wait for a long time in the drive thru!

Nowhere is Walgreens commitment to hiring the least qualified pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and managers more evident than at this location. Walgreens definitely has the reputation of hiring pharmacists who finish at the flat bottom of their class with zero work ethic and this Pharmacy takes that to a whole new level. In fact, the Pharmacy ā€œmanager" as well as the store ā€œmanager" are unbelievably inept. When I asked Kayla, the Pharmacy ā€œmanager" to spell the district managers last name she kept repeating his name as if that was spelling it. Kayla, you should have stayed in school at least to the 5th grade so you would know what spelling is! Katie Craft, the store ā€œmanager" refused to speak to me on the phone. Are you a child? In no way is the person management material. So, I’m pretty sure if you lined up the store manager, the Pharmacy manager, the Pharmacist and the Pharmacy technicians all together, you would be hard pressed to get a double digit IQ. I will say though, they all passed rude with flying colors!

My son made an appointment for a flu shot and arrived on time for the appointment and paid for the shot. He then waited patiently for well over an hour and a half while being totally ignored by the pharmacy staff. He finally gave up, got a refund and left. It is outright dishonest for Walgreens to offer appointments for vaccinations online if the appointments don't really mean anything. The honest thing would be for the web site to just say "walk-ins only". For the pharmacy staff to ignore a patiently-waiting customer for well over an hour and a half is just RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. If they will not be able to honor the appointment due to being too busy, they should at least have the courtesy to tell the customer right up front. Needless to say we will not be shopping at Walgreens in the future. Recommend you go to CVS for vaccines.

How do you only have two cashiers working on the day before Christmas and no one in the photo department. At least put a button so people can call for help instead of waiting to be noticed. You can see multiple employees walking around and none of them come forward to ask if you need help just stocking the shelf’s like drones with no personality. CVS will be my local drug store for now on

The Walgreens at home (Tennessee) I give them 5stars. The one here I give 2 they never have my pain medication in stock. Do they actually know what people go through when they go 2 or 3 days without their medication? It’s prescribed for a reason.

Editing this review 6/18/23: This pharmacy has fast gone down hill with customer service, prescription fill times and not giving honest accurate information to customers when they inquire about their prescriptions. My current situation has included a 3 day wait time with clerks telling me my medication was in stock. Each of those 3 days I checked and response was it’s still being processed. I finally went to the pharmacy, inquired if it was ready and informed they only had 3 days of my medication available, that my prescription expires on the 29th and they’re not sure if/when they’ll have my medication in stock. My advice- find another pharmacy-this one is not an honest, productive pharmacy.Have always had fast, friendly service at the pharmacy & store! Much better than any other pharmacy I've tried.Update 2/22/19: Not changing my 5 star rating, but recently have encountered very long waits at the drive thru prescription pick up. All those waits are associated when a certain pharmacist is there. First incident was about 3 weeks ago. Was only customer & waited 20 minutes (even after pressing the button) while the pharmacist chose to give his attention to filling prescriptions. I felt totally ignored and as if I was bothering him. Last pickup attempt was 2/21/19 around 7:30 pm. Pulled up behind one car already at window. Two more cars pulled in behind me. Sat & waited 15 minutes, car behind me left and I decided to leave after he had not helped the car in front of me. I could see it was the same pharmacist from my previous encounter. These are the only times I have ever waited this long, and felt this ignored at this location. I believe he places little to no importance on helping Walgreens customers.

We have been waiting at the drive through at least 40 min. First we where 4 cars back and now we are only 3 cars back. This is our 2nd time ,we left the last time. I am disable and the prescription/pharmacy vs. front door are as far apart as possible

The pharmacy wait times are horrific. Every time we've been here it's been a nearly 30-45 minute wait and generally there's only a few people ahead of us. I don't know what's going on here but in every other location I've been to I have not experienced this.

Horrible!!! Pharmacy needs more staff. Wait literally 20 minutes or more in store to pick up prescription. Forget about calling they dont answer. Spent 25 minutes on hold and still had 3 or more callers ahead of me. I could go on and on. 1 star is being generous.

11-3-2022 11:30am Called Pharmacy, got in que, waited 23 minutes for agent. She could not find my account, spelled name 3 times, finally found it. I wanted to purchase, she denied selling me items. She said no script.........! I said YES, same ongoing for over 1 year. I asked for Pharmacist. Placed me on hold for another 13 minutes, and disconnected me! My guess, not the sharpest. WOULD NEVER USE THIS LOCATION EVER! If this is what and how they handle clients...........!

Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They put you on hold til you are disconnected or the pharmacist hangs up on you. Not the first time. Shop somewhere else. Beverly hills FL store on lecanto hwy. New pharmacist refuses to fill prescriptions. Has to speak to Dr first. Never had these issues before. Now my wife has to suffer the pain of PHN because a new pharmasist feels like he knows better than the doctor.

I'm very upset today. Called to ck on my RX's and a new Pharmacist told me he will not fill, after I've been a customer for 14 yrs. My doctor is in Tampa and I now live in Citrus County but never had a problem getting my prescriptions in the Beverly Hills Walgreens. I'm disabled and need my meds. And I'm over 60 and no one at this Walgreens ever was so rude to me. I'm sure he could of explained why? Not no he's not going to fill..... Walgreens pls help can I fill in Tampa? I'm lost right now

The pharmacist here has actually walked out several times, forcing the pharmacy and store to close. Prescriptions that have been filled but not picked up are then inaccessible and cannot be filled elsewhere if they are a controlled medication. Such a situation could create a serious medical emergency for some patients. This is very unethical of the pharmacist, yet Walgreens seems to do nothing in the way of mitigation. I have seen and heard of so many people's, Walgreens' pharmacy horror stories (in multiple locations), I will go out of my way to avoid filling any Rx there.

Horrible currupt people. Like others have said they will make you pay full price for your scripts. And give you the run around with your insurance. I'll be moving all my families needs to CVS. They never gave me trouble. Using this Walgreens was a complete lapse in judgment on my part. Definitely won't happen again. If you take anything from this review- USE A DIFFERENT PHARMACY!!!

Photo department needs help! They need to hire someone who knows how to make the products they are selling. Multiple times have had to have my canvases remade, because of poor workmanship/care/laziness from employees. I’m going to start sending my photo products to another Walgreens.. Also need to get some shift leads with better customer service skills. Marissa was extremely rude and had poor customer service skills, laughed at me when telling her my concerns about my photo products as if she couldn’t be bothered. Store manager Becky was awesome though. Might ask her for Marissa’s job.

Waited over one hour past my appointment time to get a flu shot. I didn't receive any updates or apologies and if I hadn't asked a couple times what was going on (no one had an answer) I'd probably still be waiting.
