The store is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Glad to have a pet store nearby with grooming services, however their grooming prices are very high but not equally high quality. The good thing is that you can get an appointment quickly when you can’t get in with your regular groomer.

I've been here twice now. My parents live in Beverly Hills and when I come to visit this is where I go to get my girls food, toys, collar and name tag. I always go overboard when getting thing lol I can't remember the lady's name but she was wonderful. I'll definitely always come back.

This is a great place to find items or food for your pets! They have it all. Staff there are always friendly, helpful, and courteous. They watch their expiration dates, on pet food. They have great sales!I love to shop at Pet Sense!

Wonderful customer service as well as great service. I brought my Rottweiler in for a spa day, nails trimmed and a bath. The groomer I met was so sweet to myself and Maxi. The store has a great selection of merchandise for all your animal needs. I highly recommend you stop in.

It's okay, but they don't have large bags of litter. I know it's probably due to space, but it's really an inconvenience. I have to go to Ocala to get bigger bags as no one around carries bigger bags.

My family and I were shopping for a hamster and Matt (employee) was the most helpful and professional customer service assistant that we could ask for! He was knowledgeable and kind. We had a wonderful experience and are very grateful for his advice and help.I was so pleased and satisfied with this that I will always return to this location to buy any of my animal products.Matt is upstanding, professional and definitely deserves recognition for his outstanding job for effort he commits

Nice little pet store with all the bells and whistles you could ask for. Including stuff for exotic pets. I was impressed with how much stuff they have. I've an army of cats so it's nice to have a local pet store to shop at without having to drive miles out of county. Just wish the staff was a little friendlier. But great place for pet supplies overall. 🙂

Had a great overall experience shopping at Petsense recently for our new puppy. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Excellent selection of food, toys, beds and other necessities for puppies. Love the pet food loyalty program that offers free food after a specific amount of purchases. Store is conveniently located and we do not have to travel thirty miles to busy pet stores. We will definitely shop here again. Wonderful overall experience. Highly recommended.

Stock everything your dog needs, Bully sticks $2 more than Chewy but it’s nice to chat and browse with like-minded people. Definitely my choice locally, Very friendly associates, Particularly Jen.

The place is clean, but the prices are high!They quoted me 9 dollars to clip my 15lbs dog nails. When I got there and took my dog to the back, all they did was Drummel ground her nails took 3 minutes. When I was going to pay they changed the price to 18 dollars!!! Really. They gave some bull story about why the price changed. Never will use them again or recommend.

Unfortunately for 2 days it showed that items were in stock and both days that I went there they did not have them. Completely empty on the shelf even though it showed online that it was in stock. Person had no idea where the item was and said they didn't have it in the back. I mean they're 40 lb bags of dog food they didn't just get up and walk out. So that tells me they have inventory issues.... Walked around the store both days while we were there and was a bit shocked to see that prices are an average of $5 more there than other local stores. Even prices that were cheaper currently at Tractor Supply even though this store is owned by Tractor Supply.

, My Vet recommended Petsense to me. They groom cats, they not a lot cat groomers around Beverly Hills,Florida. I made appointment with Jennifer she is Petsense groomer and she did a great job on our cat. If you need to get a good groomer make an appointment with Jennifer at Petsense they also do dogs.

This is our second time using the grooming salon, both experiences have been awesome. We brought our two Great Danes in the first time and we brought one of our Great Danes and our Rottweiler in today. They look absolutely amazing. Thank you!

Store is clean and well organized and the staff is very friendly. However, I will not be taking my rough-coat collie back to be groomed. Instead of clipping and brushing out mats, the groomer totally shaved her underbelly. I was not pleased. Both my dogs needed brushing as soon as I got them home. And they did not have that freshly groomed smell...more like wet dog smell. I will have to find another place in the area.

Had never been here before til yesterday. Employees were nice and helpful. I got exactly what I needed and some. I did see what looked like a grooming area, or medical area. All cages were empty so Im not sure if they do adoption there or what. They don't tell you much. they are a limited store, meaning you do not have alot to chooses from their products.. I gave 4 stars because I their store could use some eye popping displays or something or some better signs. I probably won't be back but it was a good first time there because I got what I needed.

As I’ve told the employees at Petsense several times, it’s great to have a store that has the product’s I need (bulbs, substrate, etc.) so close to home. I have a large collection of reptiles and arachnids and Petsense has come through for me many times. I value their close proximity to where I live and their extensive selection. I’m happy they came to Beverly Hills, we need them.

Jackie does my does my dog's nails and she is awesome! Today I had a girl who is being trained, Harli, do his nails and she did a good job.They are fast and efficient. I have no problem walking away cause I know he's in good hands.

I wish they would carry large bags of Worlds Best Cat Litter so I didn't have to drive to Ocala all the time. It would be so much more convenient as well as closer.

It's a nice store and all the employees are so nice and helpful with anything I need, my only issue is I wish they would have a constant supply of crickets and worms. I've only been able to purchase them a few times from this location because they are always out! Which makes me have to drive to Inverness store and purchase them there when they could be the ones getting my money since they're only a couple blocks from my house, and I'm a constant customer.
