I have a rough coat collie, and truly, many groomers aren't real experienced with them. So I was nervous about taking her to a new groomer, but was not happy with the ones I'd been to before in this area. So, after reading all the great reviews, I decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed. The owner and the groomer, Tracey, spent time with me before I left her, to discuss my concerns and the look I was wanting. Here's the result. Beautiful job! Just how I'd pictured. You have a new loyal customer. (And your prices are more than reasonable!!) Thank you!

I was a little nervous due to the fact, I’ve never owned a dog Ive had to get groomed before. They got me in a week later from calling regarding information which was great. The staff was nice and they did a great job with my pup. They didn’t take to much off her and she came out happy, smelling good & looking adorable. Definitely recommend!

I can't even brush my dog. I don't know how they're able to trim her as well as washing her and doing nails. They're miracle workers. My dog loves them.

I always have a very pleasant experience @ Hands& Paws . My fur baby loves her groomer . Today she was so nervous and when the groomer took her in her arms my baby actually hugged her . Touching moment . Thanks H&P ! ❤️

First Pim groomed our Ruby Friday. Claudia knew the best for our Goldendoodle. Everyone is very helpful and pleasant. Pim took time to listen and did a wonderful job. Thank you all.UPDATE 3/5/24. Pim has perfected to the “short muzzle” which she and Jesse explained. So happy for the shorter look🐾🐶

Attention Doodle owners.Seamus has been going to “Hands to Paws” from 3 months of age. To say he loves Tracy is an understatement. She does a great cut which she changes for the season’s temperatures. All staff are outstanding.

These lady’s are amazing and always really nice when you arrive to drop off your pet to be groomed. They do amazing work and I would never take our JoJo to any other groomer. I’ve used them 3 times now and will not use them again. The first time was great but the second and third times were not. The second time they kept my dog there for 3 and a half hours. They were busy and did an ok job so I decided to try again. When I called to make the third appointment I specifically told them I wanted a time that they knew they could get him in right away and not have to keep him there so long. When I dropped him off they said 2-3 hours. That’s not what I asked for when I made the appointment but they already took him back so I went with it. They did not have him ready until 5 hours later and his hair is still very long on around his eyes and he smells dirty. Not a single hint of shampoo or their “blueberry facial”. When I called to check on him the groomer answered and said she got busy working the front desk and that he was washed and dried but needed the other services still. She asked me to give her 30 minutes. I told her I had to go get my son from school so I would be there in 45 and she said “good, gives me time to smoke a cigarette”. When I got there she was cutting his hair with one hand and was talking on the phone with the other hand. She didn’t realize I was there and was trying to get him to jump off the table. She made a comment about him not wanting to jump down and then realized I was there. She said she was done with him. He was going crazy and was ready to go. When I got him home and settled I realized how bad he looked and still smelled. I called to speak to the manager but was told the manager was the one who did the grooming. I will never ever use this business again! Unprofessional and a rip off.

Edit- I talked to the owner 2 days after the result. And they were able to work something out and apologize for how it was handled as it happened at a stressful time. So they agreed to tend to the coats and maintain it as it grows. Free of charge. I’m extremely satisfied of how we were able to solve the issue. I will be back for them to maintain our dogs fur and coats from here on out.So I’m not one to usually write reviews, even in bad experiences but this situation was one of a kind and the way it was taken care of completely appalled me. I was a first time customer coming here, and I called to schedule a full grooming on 3 of my Siberian huskies. In the grooming I requested to shave the paws so they stopped walking on their fur. It was agreed and the price they told me was 75 dollars a dog. So 225 total. Everything was great today I was not able to take them myself to the appointment due to work so I had my sister in law take the puppies. Once there it took 6 hours for the process to be complete, and my sister in law received the dogs and I was charged 285. When we received the dogs they were completely shaved of their coat. So I called to discuss with them about the issue. At first the worker was extremely respectful and understanding of the problem. She concluded the confusion was of when I asked to shave the paws they took it as shave the entire coat. But the owner ended up taking over the call, talking over me and proceeded to blame my sister in law. Told me they do not receive directions over the phone and that my “representive” told them specifically to shave the coats. Which never occurred. Then told me that the extra charge was for them shaving the coats which was never requested. She then refused to discuss any other solution to this other than it was 100% my sister in laws fault and they did absolutely nothing wrong. I’ll never return to this place cause the disrespect from the owner personally.

This was my 2nd time bringing my golden to Hands to Paws and I am very happy with the services I received both times. She got a little report card with how she was and I really appreciated the detail and the bows she got after her haircut and bath! She smelled so good afterwards too!

THIS PLACE IS SO AMAZING!From the second I walked through the door, the receptionist is beyond friendly & answered any questions I had. Jessica did an absolute phenomenal job grooming my Golden Retriever, Samson! She exceeded my expectations and I will forever use this place for all grooming services. Paws grooming was a very pleasant surprise for me. I was visiting family and took my handsome pug in on a whim just to see if they could take him. They immediately took him in and gave him a full spa experience. My boy came out so happy and looking so good I will definitely be bringing him back every time I am visiting Beverly Hills.

Called spur of the moment and talked with Jess. Super friendly. Just needed to get my fur baby's nails trimmed. She told me to bring him right down! He was done before I knew it without any issues! He even got some yummy dog treats there! And their hours are great for people to pop in after work. Super happy with their service and will be using them again and recommending to my friends!

Very nice ladies who did a beautiful job grooming my dog. The price is very reasonable also.The only thing that I am unhappy about is the length of time he is there. The last 2 times, he was there over 3 hours. I know from previous experiences that it should only take about half that time. Other than that I would highly recommend them.

I gotta say hands to paws is for sure the best in citrus county. I took my German shepherd named Jack there who has very bad separation anxiety and get very nervous around other dogs and new people and also hates being in a cage, I've had experiences in the past that didn't go so well with other grooming shops in the county. I dropped my dog off and not even gonna lie was a bit nervous at first but once I talked to Jessie and the other employees and told them about my dog I knew he'd be in great hands..I came back a little over an hour later and my dog was lying there right next to one of the employees feet calm and happy with his tail wagging away lol. Kind of seemed like he didn't want to leave the place. With all that being said I very highly recommend hands to paws!!

Very friendly staff, the place was spotless and smelled very fresh not like some of the dog groomer shops that smell like moldy towels. I thought it was a fair price for the services that they gave, I would recommend anybody with an animal that they can pamper go there.
