Dr. Victoria Schad has been, by far, one of the best vets I have seen at this practice. She was patient, she got down on the floor with my dog, and she is very knowledgeable. She had way more insight in to my dog’s problems than I have previously received. She recommended treatments, explained the medications, and was all around wonderful. She didn’t push any unneeded testing or medications. Informative, to the point, caring, and friendly. I’d chose Dr. Schad every visit if possible.There are other wonderful vets at this practice as well. The practice spayed all 3 of my cats with no issue. I started coming to this practice when they squeezed my dog in for emergency surgery after being attacked by another dog. Now they are stuck with me & my 5 fur-kids.

We have been coming here for 18 years now. I can not stress this enough if you want good care for your pets this is the place to go. Not only do they care about our babies, but they also care about you. They will not try to up the charge like other vets do to us. They actually try to always help keep your bill low so you can afford to take good care of your fur babies.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The environment is nice and clean and smells great. One employee actually held my dog on its leash because he was over excited and pulling on the leash quite hard. She was concerned that my dog might cause me to fall. My dogs saw a vet tech for vaccines. They took them in the back and brought them back out front. The dogs weren’t afraid and seemed happy when they came back to me. 😊

Countryside is a great place with amazing people. They were the only local vet that would accept my little Rosalie AND they immediately started taking care of her when I brought her in for an emergency visit. Unfortunately, Rosie passed while in their care. Rose was 11 years old and her health had declined rapidly so it was NOT due to any kind of negligence on their part. They have been so kind and compassionate to me during this time…I’ve cried a lot, but I cried truly happy tears when I picked up the heart with her prints a few days later (I didn’t even know they were doing that for me!) and when I opened the card with short messages from the staff. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. I’ve included pictures of Rosalie when she was a big healthy girl in case the staff do happen to see this review. 💙

Excellent vetting with our cherished puppies...last minute appointment fell through with my usual vet..Countryside did summersaults to get my puppies in and certified...such great ..caring people..they are now my family vet office❤️❤️

Have never taken one of my pets to Countryside today. Took my cat in for an issue and they were luckily able to get her in same day. Upfront emergency fee, so no surprises at the end of the appointment. Dr. Buhler worked with my cat and was absolutely phenomenal. I honestly have never had a vet that was as thorough as she was with my pet and us pet parents. Physical exam, ultrasound, treatment plan breakdown, literature for care at home with references to books on cats, diet plan to help relieve my cats symptoms. Everything was just so thorough, which working in a medical profession myself is everything to me. I’m just so impressed at the care put in by her, the vet techs, and other staff. I highly recommend them and most likely will be slowly transitioning all of my pets over to Countryside.

Love love love this place. Worth every penny. Techs are wonderful, they listen and adjust for each dog which is so huge for my boy. Even when you can tell it's been crazy and stressful they still manage to listen and focus on the people they're with, and give a good experience every time. So glad we found them! ❤️

My dog had an issue that we noticed last week, on a Friday. We contacted Countryside and got an appointment for the following Wednesday; However, they did recommend calling on Monday to see if there had been any cancellations, etc. As my cat had a previously scheduled appointment for that day already - Monday. Countryside did manage to get my Sapphire in the same time as my cat, Sara. We arrived early, and Sapphire was taken care of within minutes of our arrival. Sara was seen and treated as well and we were out of the office within an hour of arriving. The staff is always tentative, knowledgeable, and always go the extra mile to assure that you and your fur-babies have the best care possible. If medication is needed they are able to provide that to you before you leave the office. And one of the other great perks about Countryside, is you earn "Paw Points" each time you visit the doctors office or order online at their pharmacy; which in return gives you discounts towards services rendered at Countryside. These people are the best! Our little boy cat Ozzie decided he couldn't pee the day after Christmas back in 2022. Every emergency vet listed was closed for the holiday except Countryside. They have been his go to vet ever since. These folks just seem to do everything correctly for both the patients and their owners. Recently Ozzie had a visit with Dr Rodriguez and along with her tech Ms Brooklyn he is back home, healthy, happy and pain free. As you all know-------if the cat is happy everyone is happy!

I woke up this morning to my guinea pig that had a lump on the side of his neck! I called Countryside Animal Clinic the second they opened. They were able to get me seen AND my poor fur baby needed surgery which they were able to get done today! He's home and much better! The prices were affordable! Highly recommend! Everyone was super sweet there! Thanks so much! 🙏🏻

I have been coming here for the past 4 years, and they take absolutely amazing care with all my fur children. I'm pleased with how they actually listen to what my concerns are. I recently went there with my service dog because of an injury, and they took absolutely amazing care of him and I at the same time. I highly recommend these guys all the way around.

They kindly gave me same day appt for my injured dog who was in pain. Dr. Raynor and Jesse were great with their thorough exam and explanation of treatment for my Lulu's corneal abrasion. She is doing so much better now. Your professionalism and care are appreciated!

The staff at Countryside are wonderful. Our first visit here last year was an emergency situation and they were more than accommodating. Her emergency surgery went well and she recovered nicely.Christine has been awesome and always does an wonderful job grooming Makena. Thank you so much for being so loving to our girl.This week's visit was the hardest as our sweet girl became sick quickly and was not doing well at all. The staff was very understanding with us and so gentle and compassionate with Makena. During our last moments with our beloved Makena, they made a very emotional and difficult time a little less stressful and gave us all the time we needed to love on her.Thank you for all you did for Makena and our family. We appreciate it so much.

Everyone at Countryside has been wonderful, from the front desk, to the vet techs, to the doctors! They've taken such excellent care of all my pets, they're very thorough, up-front about costs during our visits, and overall just create such a comforting and caring atmosphere. If you're the type of person who treats your pets like they were your own children, this is definitely the clinic I would recommend!

They were all very caring!! The vet tech training in a new tech was extremely knowledgeable and thourough. The prices seem to be pretty competitive and they looked for ways to save us money on top of it. They devided up the vaccines into two different days since our dog needed so many and are only charging for one vet visit. They did an extremely good job with trimming her nails too! They are very busy there however it did not at all feel rushed :)

Top Notch! My dog has a severe ear infection; I called my former vet clinic, Heritage Oaks, and they said I could bring her in on a date 30 days from the call. I took a chance and called Countryside, and they told me to bring her in that afternoon. They are a caring, competent, dedicated well-run establishment. Wonderful and compassionate. We had to have my sister’s 18 yr old cat euthanized after she had a stroke. My sister has Alzheimers and I explained the situation to them and they were so kind. They were able to get us an appointment in less than an hour and made a terrible situation much less traumatic. I highly recommend!!

Brought my sweet Ollie here for an emergency appt. From the receptionist to the vet and everyone in between they were all absolutely amazing and talked us through everything and answered every question we had. Unfortunately, our baby was too sick to be saved but the staff here made her crossing a little less hard. They were absolutely compassionate and understanding and helpful through the process. I can not say enough good things about this facility and how absolutely amazing they were to me, my family and our beloved Ollie.

My doc and techs listened and followed information I gave about how my cat prefers to be treated. I felt seen and heard —and this was the first time he’s been treated here without being on gabapentin. He did great with their attentive help!

Everyone at Countryside is caring and compassionate. The vet techs, and vets take the time to listen and reassure, and are gentle with my pets. When we first moved here a few years ago, they took my 11 year old Labrador in for an emergency surgery. They did an amazing job with her, and she did very well. I now bring all my pets to them, and wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Stay away. After many years of great service and even making some friends, we are out!. We are a dog family, great danes, and have used them since moving here years ago. We have spent at least $3,00 to $5,000 a year there. We called this morning for a minor emergency and were told they needed a deposit on the phone. We have never owed them one cent. After talking to the practice manager I was told to go find another vet if I didn't like it. This is exactly what we are doing. What a turn for the worst. It's too bad, I hope the good staff find a job at within an ethical practice.And now there response....what a crock. This is exactly why you should leave quickly, they need to make up things to justify. Just so so sad. Find an honest and ethical vet, they are out there, unfortunately the leadership of this practice can't even figure out how to be honest with themselves. I truly hope the great care staff find a better practice that actually cares about there future and future income.

I had an emergency. My mom was placed in a memory care facility and her elderly cat was in very poor health and peeing everywhere (probably kidney failure). The staff set up a fast appointment for me to humanely euthanize the cat and arrange for private cremation. They went above and beyond for us and I am eternally grateful.

We love country side! We bring our puppy Arlo here and they are always so kind and professional and I have never had a long wait for my appointment time. The rooms are clean and well maintained. We see Mark every appointment and he is so helpful and gentle with our Arlo and knowledgeable. He has given me many helpful tips on puppy training and care. Dr. Butler was so kind. Talking to her about my pups needs was so easy. She made me feel like we had been friends for years and educated me on our puppy breeds health concerns so we can take preventative measures. I would 100% recommend this facility.
