This lady is rude unprofessional and a racist and Winn Dixie need to fire her immediately. She gave me crab legs to purchase and when I went back gave and excuse that she wasn’t cooking till a certain time which no where on Winn Dixie site there no mention. If she wasn’t cooking till a certain time why she ain’t express that when she gave them to me …she always has a bad attitude and act like she don’t want to work….poor. Customer service ….Winn Dixie has unprofessional associates

This is the most unorganized store I have ever seen no customer service skills at all not friendly at all. Every day they close the customer service line when they feel like it I do not recommend shopping here at all

Always find everything I need here. They have some great deals (This week eggs were 99 cents!!!). Their meat selections are better then a lot of other grocery stores. Pork always has BOGO deals.I usually use self check out most of the times I shop here, but the few times I’ve gone to a cashier they’ve been really great. Which is impressive, any other grocery store that I frequented often gad cashiers that typically seemed miserable, distracted, and didn’t seem to care much about their job or the customers.Each time I’ve been to the cashier here I have been very happy with the experience.Last week 2 lane were open and had a few people in line, only 2 people ahead of me so it wasn’t that bad I didn’t mind. Within a couple minutes an employee opened up the lane next to mine and rang me up super fast and efficiently. Very happy with my experiences here!

My family and I are very frequent shoppers at our local store we love our store and our girls/ladies working the evening shift! They love us too! We are almost every evening shoppers! If we miss more than one day the wonder about us lol

Excellent shopping environment every time. The bathroom is the only thing that brings this store down. If not for the customer service by 95% of the employees, the condition of the bathroom would bring the rating to 2 stars. It’s that bad. Today was my first time using it but I won’t make that mistake again. Other than that every other aspect is very pleasurable.

Amazing pop brand check. Tried cola, strawberry, and the Dr check and all were awesome.This next one might not appeal to everyone but it made my entire trip to Florida 1,000% worth it. There were like feral chickens in the parking lot and it was awesome. I clucked at one and it clucked back. We had a moment that I will remember forever.

It's just ok...some employees are very nice, others seem upset or having a bad day...maybe because I was that early and some were still in bed wishing not to be there, I visit only once in a while.The orange juice was just disgusting, however, is perfect for chemistry class, who knows how many chemicals it has... I wonder why do we spend billions in the Food and Drug administration 🤔.

The prices are too high and when it’s a holiday the prices are gouged ridiculously.The lines are so long during the beginning of the month, your feet hurt.The produce section sucks because the leafy veggies are soaked with water and the grated below are dirty. This is the only real grocery store in this town so they don’t care about satisfying customers needs.Returns are taken care of expeditiously and no questions asked...mostly produce.The shelves can be lowly stocked at times but this city is small and the business is unchallenged so they should be better.

If you have the time to remember all the prices to everything you buy, make sure you check before leaving the store. This Winn-Dixie is famous for charging customers the regular price for an advertised on sale item. Every time i’ve bought food at this store, i was over charged for items that were on sale or clearance. And who has time to drive all the way back to the store for that. Check the prices before you leave that store.. not worth 2 stars...

Lines are longer than usual but Winn Dixie helps to get customers on their way fast by opening up more lines. Winn Dixie is pretty good and probably the best grocery store in Belle Glade. I have not had any problems when looking for products that I need. There's also a deli section, and and the fresh baked bread is great as well. The staffs are very nice also.

Economically repressed area. Staff does not like to work hard store reflects this attitude. A lot cleaner that it used to be since the remodel. But still short of willing to work staff.

Ever since the store manager was changed the store looks very dirty. Egg shelves are sticky and nasty with old busted eggs, floors look dirty and many items are expired. You literally have to check expiration dates on EVERYTHING. The staff is not friendly at all, they always have attitudes and are always on they're phones. Most of the time I say thank you when checking out only to be ignored. I only go here because it's the closest grocery store to my home but if I had a different choice I wouldn't even think about going there.

The prices are good. Remodeling is awesome.Isle are spacious.Finding products in new areas becoming easy.Items well stock very important. I look forward to shopping there now!

They selling expired items that should be pulled off the shelf and I bought a Welch's Passion Fruit, it stated it was still good. I opened the product it was sour and tasted funny. I have to drive to Clewiston Walmart to shop for food. Edited *** It's now 2 yrs later no comment. You are still selling spoiled food. I reporting you guys to OSHA and whatever else at this point might have to get lawyer how you treat people in this area. All the food states it expires months or next year on can goods but you open them spoiled butter, spoiled bread with molded. This will not be the last time I find an item spoiled with mold on it.

About 2 cashiers taking on everyone, extremely slow. The discounts are good, but it is not worth the 30min+ wait time for checkout. If they added more cashiers, I would definitely shop there.

It had everything I needed. Going thru the self checkout, the young was very courteous. She placed and item in a bag that was to heavy for me to lift. Way to go Winn Dixie!

Clean, friendly staff, good selection of goods, ethnic food, produce, good bakery department (key lime pie, fudge). Four stars bc of following complaint, people leaving shopping carts all over parking lot which could dent vehicle and takes up parking spaces.
