This is my local Walmart. And I hate doing a bad review but they can get it right. Why have to green light on self checkout if the lines are closed. People are flocking out of lines that are open to run over and lose their stop. To only find out the lines are closed. They said they can't cut them off. SMH! If you can cut lights off of stations that are broken you can cut light off.

Every time I have been in this store it’s been a good experience, well until about a month ago. I was in the store shopping for my elderly aunt and mother and had trouble locating a few items because the store was being restocked. I went and found a store employee to get help, and was totally ignored I said excuse me again and she walked off without even acknowledging that I was there.Today a totally separate occasion I entered the store having the same issue I looked for a store employee and I found Debra, and asked for help, I was ignored once again. She walked away, texting on her phone. When I realized she was the same person from last time. I made sure to get her name off her tag. This person shouldn’t be allowed to work in and environment, where she come in contact with peopleWalmart definitely needs to do better screening before hiring these people that aren’t qualified to do the job they are hired to do…

Walmart has gone down hill every since COVID and the decision to stop staying open 24 hours. They said it was to restock and clean but we all know that's a lie. Just go in there any time of day and like Dollar General (which is getting better) there's always pallets in the isle and blocking your way and the personal shoppers with the HUGE carts don't help either not to mention the shelves always seam to be almost empty. Not to mention those stupid self check outs! I hate them. Walmart isn't paying me to check myself out I mean nothing is cheaper because of it and the price the machine tells you something is, is not the price listed on the shelf and when you dare question them they just go over and remove the sticker off the item in question and then tell you they can't sell you the item. Wow

Who was the Bonehead manager that decided to remove 60 to 80 perfectly good parking spots in front of the grocery side to make 40 parking spots for store pick up? There are at least 100 or more parking spots over there in front of the nursery that never gets used, but I guess that's asking too much from Walmart. So, instead of a paid employee walking a little further. Now, customers have to do the walking.

HORRIBLE!!! Management here sucks! They don't know how to take care of their employees!!! They are always overworking their employees, and on top of that we are ALWAYS SHORT STAFFED. Management needs to get their stuff together...because if they don't everyone's leaving. Walmart is a JOKE. A JOKE!!! I don't recommend anyone to work here!!!!

It's almost like every other Wal-Mart. It's close to my destination. A convenience place with major things that you may need everyday. Salon pharmacy lenses and auto maintenance. Electronics food bakery and pick up and customer service. It's open 24 hours and always convenient. Although cashier's May not be the top of the class ( they are overworked and under appreciated) I recommend cutting hair here. Associates are nice in salon. Visit food isles as well.

Was actually able to walk through the aisles this evening, but all the prices have gone up yet again. Some things went up as much as a dollar, especially the frozen items such as the burritos and prepackaged lunch meat.

Everyone knows that shopping the night before Thanksgiving is chaotic! I had a few last minute things to grab but I’d forgotten my wallet at home. So, I walked into the store and asked an employee if I could pay at the register with my phone. She said yes and that she’d seen people pay with their phones before! (Unfortunately , she didn’t realize I was referring to my iPhone wallet and I didn’t realizing she was referring to the Walmart app. Miscommunication on both our ends)I worked all day and had just driven two hours. I had a headache and I was hungry. I just wasn’t in the best mood and the store was packed. Either way, I grabbed what I needed and finally made it to a self checkout.When I tried to pay, my iPhone wallet wasn’t working. I found an employee for help and that’s when I realized, iPhone wallet doesn’t work at Walmart registers. So, we ended up grabbing a manager named Lisa.I was obviously frustrated but she was able to put a smile on my face. She asked if I had cash app and offered to pay for my purchase if I was willing to cash app her the amount.This is not something that is in her job description. She went out of her way to demonstrate kindness to a complete stranger.This Thanksgiving Season, I am thankful for Lisa and people like her. Her act of kindness reminded me that there is good in the world.Thank you Lisa!!!

the service from the car tire department was very rude, I wanted to ask a question and the girl was very rude and shouted that he couldn't pass, we waited for almost 30 minutes and they didn't have the tire we needed, can improve.

This was a very crowded Walmart. It was difficult to maneuver the crowded aisles due to the high number of shoppers and associates that were stocking shelves. The high number of self checkouts is a plus for small orders but one machine was functioning very slowly.

We were traveling through headed to the airport in Miami to get our grandson home. On the way, we hit a HUGE piece of metal in the road and ruined our tire. We changed the tire on the side of the road and headed to Walmart to try and get a new tire. (We had an almost 7 hour round trip drive). Thankfully, we met the best employees EVER!!!! Luis was quick to help, got us in and had a new tire put on in record time. Amber also helped us get in and out quickly. The customer service here was BEYOND OUTSTANDING!!!!!!! I cannot thank them enough for going above and beyond!!!! Thanks to their efforts, we made it to the airport on time. Luis and Amber, thank you again!!!

It's Walmart. They have most everything you need from automotive to pharmacy and everything in between. All the shelves were well stocked and the prices reasonable.
